RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF - disrespectful, not being helpful and insulting

Location

Total disaster. Worst experience ever with booking staff who hung up the phone because he believed he shouldn’t discuss out issues with us, called me names on the reception and claimed I never stayed at any hotel. Once I said he is right I never stayed in so bad hotel as I’m Rotana Rewards member and always stay with them, he requested to see my card as a proof. Never been insulted, called names and disrespected to the point to cry as that day. RUN AWAY!!!!!

Good value hotel let down by Night club noise.

Staff very good, Ahmed on from desk. Location is perfect for MOE and Metro. It's a good value Hotel. 3 stars.

Let down badly by three night clubs on the first floor. I was on 6th floor and you can still hear the thump thump until 04.00. Very intrusive. Either be a Hotel or a Night club but not both, it doesn't work.

Exceptional

Very nice stay and very much appreciated with the upgrade and thanks to Sk.Umaid he was very polite and very helpful and knows the work how to talk and Obaid from bell desk also helped with luggage and for sure will Visit again .

Location is very good.

The door lock was faulty, it did not work even after it was changed again in the reception. Staff have to come to used their own door key to open my room.

Never to go back or either recommend. Many other great properties in the area.

The location was superb, close to the metro station and mall of the Emirates, many convenient stores around

Very noisy club with no sound proof, the party was in our room everyday till 4am, we weren't informed of the situation, room wasn't very clean as you expect, we were charged upon checkout for towel stain the price of a new towel, first hotel to have this shortage of towels. We sent a new jacket for ironing and came back damaged and no further assistance was offered by the hotel even though we informed first time, room service team a friendly same as housekeeping.
