Location.
Bed had topper so it was comfortable to sleep despite being made of two single beds.
Decent apartment size. Nice balcony with a view.
Constant cigarette and sewage mix smell in the bathroom.
Towels had the same smell despite being placed on the bed.
Mould and yellow stains in the bathroom/shower.
Toiletries made in PRC doesn't give confidence.
It is absolutely too expensive for given experience. Only positives are mentioned above: location and size.

Very clean and comfortable

The location is good.
The property is okay but if you want to stay in the apartment longer then 11am you can forget the cleaning of your room. Especially the trash starts to smell very bad when it’s not being thrown away.
Felt more like an AirBnB without kitchen not a hotel.
4.1
The spacious room, with the two indipedent balconies, and the one extra window. The physical light in the room is beautiful. The bed was comfy and the pillows were exactly what we liked.
The bathroom needs some serious attention. The area around the faucet in the shower cabin is a disaster and the light is miserable.

Nice view and the location in the city is amazing
The wi-fi was bad, at some places in room wasnt available
4.1
The roof terrace.
The decor and soft furnishings.

I loved everything about my stay here! But the views, I was blown away by the balcony views from my room. One of the best (imo) views I’ve had from any hotel, especially at golden hour. It’s also very well located in old town for shops and restaurants.
The room was large and nicely put together- you can tell it’s an older property but it’s very well maintained. The water pressure and hot water were both great, which surprised me (again, older property). The balcony doors do a really good job at keeping out a good amount of noise.
There are a lot of extra blankets! Which is great if you’re always cold like I am and the couch was comfy.
The property has an agreement with the hotel just down the stairs from it, you can check in and out from there. I found it kind of weird but it worked so no big deal.

Great location, fantastic view of the city, ocean and Palamati Fortress from its two balconies. Lovely friendly staff that make you feel at home and will go out of their way to help you. Room comes with amenities such as coffee, tea, water and extras like sleepers, all very welcomed by a traveler. Loved it!

The room was 2 story with 2 bathrooms, so nice for a family of 4. The view from the large terrace was quite beautiful. Beds were fine and location good - just a block up from the main shopping area. Breakfast was extra at this hotel - we went ahead and paid the extra 7 Euros per person and it was quite worth it. They set up a table in front of the hotel on the cobblestone street and brought us quite a feast!
When we arrived, nobody was available for check-in. We found out they have another hotel next door which is where the staff tends to be. Our room was not ready when we arrived even though we were there after check-in time. The room had some strange construction with the stairs built over the bathroom, but it was fine.

view ok
from parking to B&B over 120 steps with cases it was unacceptable. very poor directions so many better choices same price or less in great locations in town I don’t recommend staying here. if you have cases seriously forget it !

Near the centre, but still very quiet location.
Very small balcony. Not very easy to park the car nearby

This is a modest hotel. Our room is rather worn out but it has a striking terrace (we had two balconies!) overlooking the sea and the fortress. The hotel’s location is also excellent - the street is not noisy, but the central crowded streets are just a stone's throw away. It takes 10 minutes to get to the beach if you take a shortcut way.

Well located in town, king size bed, sofa bed for my kid. Quiet and good view. Small (only 5 rooms total. Strong wifi
Toilet in our room constantly had difficulty flushing.

My husband and I enjoyed our wonderful stay at Porto Bello. The room was a great size and was super clean. The location was amazing - just a couple of quiet streets up from the main streets and squares of Nafplio old town. We loved eating breakfast on our balcony with views of the rooftops and hills in the distance. The host was friendly and helpful, accommodating our needs. I’d highly recommend this BnB for a stay in Nafplio.
Nothing!

Great location near the town centre with all the shops, restaurants etc. Also near to a very nice beach (10' walk).
The view was panoramic of the city and the sea, pretty amazing! The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
The water temperature in the shower was not stable for some reason.

The apartment was spacious enough for a family of four, nice terrace, two bathrooms, kitchen, large terrace. The owner is actually staying at the reception of another place but she comes really quickly for the check-in. She also brought us some welcoming refreshments. The terrace has a big nice umbrella although in the afternoon it is too hot.
The town is small and beautiful, however not really to be visited in August. It was terribly hot and couldn't breath. Plus we were coming from the Ionian islands where it was a wonderful breeze. I would recommend visiting Napflio late September or October.
Something urgent came up and we need to leave after one night instead of two nights. The owner charged us for the two nights although we left at 8 in the morning and she could have found other guests.
That was not a problem as we paid the full price for the two nights BUT the owner declared our stay on Booking as NO SHOW which was a total lie. I would assume that she did that to avoid a negative review although I wasn't going to do it and to avoid paying Booking fees? Not a wise choice as Booking called me and asked and also called her to establish the truth. Not sure how many times this has happened in the past.
The place is quite hard to find on top of a lot of stairs if you come from the town center or through some wild paths from above. Quite noisy in the morning, the workers were doing a lot of noise right outside the windows. The weather was really hot and unfortunately cannot stay on the top terrace, it's only stone and it gets really hot.
We managed to park the car somewhere up the hill, close to an abandoned building but the streets to the accommodation were not well maintained, we saw dead cats and many workers. Maybe the timing of the trip was not the best.
