A medenceresz szuper, a szallas modern es korrekt aron elerheto!

A szalloda felulmulta az elvarasainkat, arfekves szempontjabol tokeletes (mi csak szallast fizettunk reggeli es vacsora nelkul). A medenceresz oriasi es elbuvolo, ritka az ilyen hely Europaban ilyen arkekvesben (Torokorszagban vagy Egyiptomban vannak ilyen egzotikus medencek). A kozponti medencen kivul meg rendelkezesre allt egy kisebb de annal hangulatosabb medence pont a szobank alatt amit csak a felette lakok hasznaltunk! A szalloda labanal kocsiberlesi lehetoseg (apropenzert), rengeteg vendeglo, uzlet, turisztikai hivatal van, tehat mindent megtalalsz amire szukseged lehet szabadsag alatt! A tengerpart 5-6 perc setara van, ki kell tapasztalni a legoptimalisabb utvonalat es erdemes az ingyen strandra menni!

Volt egy kellemetlen incidensunk az elso nap az egyik felugyelo holggyel a medencek korul: 4 szemely voltunk es a reggeli oraktol foglaltunk 4 napagyat, ahogy barki mas is. Delben 13-14 korul elmentunk mind a negyen ebedelni a szalloda sajat vendeglojebe (ami pont a medencere van epitve sziget formajaban), hianyoztunk emiatt kb. 1-1,5 orat. Mikor visszatertunk, megdobbenve lattuk hogy 2 napagy a 4-bol el volt foglalva masok altal es a ruhainkat, dolgainkat nem is talaltuk! Miutan megtalaltuk a felelos felugyelo holgyet, az teljesen flegmatikus stilusban eloszedte a dolgainkat egy bazart fiokbol es kozolte hogy mivel tobb mint 2 orat hianyoztunk es masok kerestek napagyat, ugy dontott hogy atadja a napagyainkat masoknak... az eszunk megallt mert mi tavolrol sem hianyoztunk annyit es akarhogy egy rendkivul megalazo gesztus volt amit csinalt a holgy! Tetezte a dolgot azzal hogy bocsanatot sem kert csak a vallat vonogatta flegmatikus arccal! A kovetkezo napokban "vigyaztunk" arra hogy mindig valaki maradjon a napagyak mellett vagy szemmel tartsuk oket! Egy ilyen "apro" dolog sajnos nagyon el tudja rontani az ember hangulatat, foleg hogy nem is jartak el szabalyosan!

Fun filled family week!

Facilities were amazing. All staff were brilliant.

The food for dinner and breakfast was very limited for the size of hotel. The layout of the dining area is small for the size of hotel, as a family of four we felt very limited for space. Only water offered with dinner- think there should be an option for other drinks.

Amazing pool! We had the best time there

The pool was by far the best bit. It was absolutely incredible, like a luxury tropical resort, with lazy rivers, beautiful planting and landscaping and well-thought out layout. Wherever you decided to sit there was a great vibe, sun loungers were plentiful (although you had to get there early to grab yours) and the music was fab. The restaurant in the middle of the pool was like something from the Caribbean, super stylish and delish food. The Greek dancers they brought in with live music was so much fun -loved this! For a 3* hotel with pretty basic rooms, you get a 5* luxury world outside your room. That in our eyes was a total WIN. Who cares if the room isn't high end luxury or filled with luxury touches and fluffy bathrobes. It was functional and comfy enough to sleep well and head out for the day, without it breaking the bank. Top marks Letsos -well will definitely come back next year

I could say the room but you get what you pay for at the end of the day. it's a 3* hotel and the accommodation reflected this. We had the cheapest self catering suites, and the room was HUGE. The kitchen was fine, kettle fridge etc all clean and no complaints. The bathroom was fine too although the bathroom door handle came off so we kept locking ourselves in but again no a big problem. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The only thing we really had an issue with was the air conditioning unit that sucked the hot air out the room. It was positioned on the floor of our balcony -that had a glass screen on it. Meaning the hot air got trapped on the balcony making it boiling hot to sit out there Also the air con switched off every time you removed your key fob to go out. During a heatwave you'd then come back to a sweltering hot room. Also every time you open the balcony door the air con goes off, which if you close it quickly it stays on but as there wasn't a handle on the outside we found it really hard to close it.

Fabulous pool..best in the area. Food v good at pool bar.

Breakfast ok...Staff were lovely and very hard working. Pool area fantastic...location in centre of the small town. Publin areas were modern and cleaned well.

Cleaning in hotel room. Drinking glasses were never changed. Alot of dust on shelf of top room clothes unit and under the beds. Bedding could have been changed more often.

Such a modern, beautiful hotel. The new pool renovations are amazing and it could not be in a better location!

Our private pool was dirty constantly which meant we could not use it, staff did clean it regularly so it was not their fault it was just the position of our pool I think in room D101.

Just OK!!

Perfect location.

The room had a lot of maintenance issues, broken tiles, broken cover on the fuse box, leaking shower head. We were also in the newly renovated block so surprised that it had so many items that needed mending. The pool area is lovely but just too noisy with loud club type music, just not our thing.

The pool and pool facilities, pool staff, excellent! The new part of the hotel great!

When I booked the pictures of the room were from the new side. When we arrived we were given a terrible room. We asked for a better room and we have been offered a room in the new part of the hotel of course for an extra charge. Also the accommodation we booked was with breakfast included for 4 persons. When we arrived we told that we only have breakfast only for 3. We had to pay more also for that although we received from booking the assurance that all is set. I asked for invoice and they did not give invoice for the extra payment. We accepted all these because we were travelling with a 3 year old child in August and all was booked. The reservation was made in April. Overall we felt cheated. Breakfast poor. Does not pay the money

OK. But could be better.

The apartment was OK. The shower room was exceptional. The beds were changed every other day. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day.

Not a lot of wardrobe space for clothes. The chambermaids didn't come till mid afternoon, which was a little inconvenient. The private pool and patio never got any sunshine all day, which was very disappointing.

Stayed at Letsos before, pool and bar has been renovated to a very high standard

Booked private pool, very badly designed, had to climb over one lounger to get to other, they were overhanging pool. I couldn’t get into pool, too steep, and depth wasn’t suitable. Room not usually cleaned until late afternoon, when we had returned from beach.

Didn’t like toilet one end of room, sink in bedroom, shower the other end, which let water flowing into room, again badly designed.

New pool area lovely and food nice there too. Position of hotel is great. Close to beach and in centre of resort.

The noise was unbearable. Morning, noon and night.....and I mean all night. This was the beginning of October so hardly high season and in a quiet resort. Drunk, loud shouting doors banging, swearing. We were staying in the deluxe rooms too, across from main hotel. Disgusting behaviour and nothing done about it. Also private pool was freezing so unusable. Should be heated when you're paying for a room like that . Apparently uts like rhat on summer too as rooms and pool never see the sun that side.

Awesome stay

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff, every day clean room, the sea only about 150m, breakfasf was the same every day, but there was everything we needed. Dinners were ok. :-) We really enjoyed our stay a lot.

I was really dissapointed with the temperature of our private pool, it was cold as ice and for us it was impossible to use it. If I knew, I would not pay for this kind of room. Also the big pool was very cold...

Great modern stylish rooms with fantastic pool.

deluxe apartment was modern, spacious and clean. The pool was superb that was exclusive to the deluxe rooms.

The area was a bit scruffy and noisy with busy traffic.

Lets start with the basics on what you are actually booking when you select to stay at this hotel. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment at Letsos hotel but were not put in the hotel itself. There are 8 buildings, which are not all next to each other, that are all under the umbrella name of Letsos hotel. We were put in a building a 300 yard walk along the main road and away from the pool and facilities. The pool and bar shown in the photos is not owned and run by the hotel, it is run by a different company and is open to the public so it is not only those staying at the hotel that use it. So beware - you cannot nip back to your hotel room or let you kids go down to the pool on their own as you cannot see the pool from your room if you are put in a block down the road.

The 2 bedroom apartment was nothing like the pictures on the booking.com website. It was very run down, the decoration was poor and the facilities were not as described. The air conditioning was one unit above the door in one of the bedrooms only. The double bed was just two singles pushed together. The bathroom door wouldn't open fully because of the bath. There was no shower curtain so every time you used the shower you soaked the bathroom floor. The curtain in the second bedroom wouldn't stay shut as the curtain rail was hung on an incline. The patio furniture was plastic and not wicker a shown in the photograph so it was too hot to sit on. We had a table and 3 chairs to sit on for 5 people. We had 4 plates, bowls etc for 5 people. As we were on the top floor the ceiling had the roof beams in so you couldn't use half the room without banging your head on the beams. There was 1 sofa bed (not 2 as in the description) but it was so old it had a throw on it to cover the stains and dirt. Maybe we just got bad luck and ended up with a run down room but most importantly when we went to reception to say the room wasn't as described they decided to argue with us and clearly didn't care. The pool area was half empty every day so we knew there were other rooms available but the hotel elected not to do anything about our room or our complaint.

Exceptional

We enjoyed our 3 day 2 night stay. The staff is very powerful and kind. The pool is amazing, clean and the water was luke warm. There was a small garden for kids to play.

Breakfast was not perfect, but it was ok. Wifi access in the room was bad.
