simple and good services

the staff very nice and friendly, they very good in check in process, provide my request without any complicated procedure, i can change my bed from twin to double, they help me carry my stuff, i can order various food 24 hours, change my room from non smoking to smoking room, they give matches while i don't have any, it's near to train station, travel pool, shopping mall, beauty salon, cafe, etc

they not provide mineral water in the room

Overpriced, we can get much better room with the same price even in Jakarta. No complimentary mineral water even though they provide water jug. Most of window glasses are dirty. They provide extra very small mattress instead of extra beds.

Simply nice

If you want something simple yet nice, Ibis Pasteur is your choice. Check in was easy with no fuss, and just any Accor group hotel, their lobby smells really really nice and calming. Breakfast was tasty with enough option to start the day. House keeping was very good at doing their job. Thank you Opik Hidayat for making us an adorable towel puppy.

I support the hotel being eco friendly, it was just a bit of a hassle not having bottled water in the room. They provide a jug that you can refill from water dispenser in the hallway. I was lucky enough, the dispenser was just in front of the room.

It was below expectations.

location was good along main road at Pasteur so easy to get around

limited parking space looks a bit old and not so well maintained eg 2 lifts but only 1 was working throughout my stay bathroom could be cleaner .. still had hair in drain bed cover seems not wash well and had stains

Great first stay

Room atmosphere, room condition, matress condition, the bathroom cleanliness, breakfast menus, water is clean and warm, the ac is cold in a perfect temperature for Bandung. Would definitely requested non corner/ending hall area room for my next stay or maybe middle area room :)

There were no receptionist or operator available after 00.00, so I had to call multiple extension numbers for a bottle of water. Luckily there was one restaurant staff on the line, he was polite. Sadly can't order room service after 10 PM, but no worries. My room is face to face with staff pantry/staff only room, so quite noisy when they are going in n out with their trolleys..

Best for value. For some people the room size might be an issue but not for solo traveller at least for me. The location is not the best for those who seek for cozy place. But I got what I need nearby.
