Bellissima posizione, camere nuove e ben arredata. Buono il ristorante
Livello di pulizia un po’ approssimativo, accoglienza mediocre, alcuni membri dello staff non ti fanno sentire ben accolti.

amazing view, in the upper suite you really feel like you arrived to heaven. Very nice staff, everyone is so kind and helpful.
its only one thing: if you are gluten or lactose intolerant, bring your own alternative milk and bread, or let them know early so they can be prepeared for your needs!

The glass window wall provides a fantastic view. The room was very cozy and the place was pet and kids friendly.
You need to pay for extra rides if you want to do the check-in first and then do the cavern visits. Tip: Use the locker at the first stop, do your tour an then go up to the hotel.

the place itself, good food, friendly staff
I had a budget room booked which seemed that we’re “different”. we had to have breakfast separately for example which was weird but other than that I really enjoyed the stay.

The lodge is located on an exceptional mountain with amazing views and mountain air. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was amazing. Very clean and comfortable with a great restaurant and outside terrace to enjoy the location. There are a lot of hikes to go to as well as 2 viewpoints in the vicinity of the hotel. The kitchen was very nice and affordable and breakfast as well.
You either have to hike to the hotel or use the cable car for 30 euros or so. However, this is very much worth the money as the view from the hotel is superb and the location is perfect. I very much recommend the place.

I loved everything - the location, the views from the Lodge, the surroundings, the cleanliness - that was impeccable, the food (the Hungarian cook is great!) but most of all I have to congratulate the owner for the election of the staff - all of them extremely kind but not pushy, humble and attentive all the time. I adored the whole atmosphere, the warmth in the rooms - even when outside was quite windy, you were able to warm up in the dining room by just staring at the changing scenery of the mountains. One of the best places I have ever been to!

The stunning view of the glacial mountains and magnificent sight of moraines.
The short service of operation of cable car. Annoyingly, it's too early to stop service after 5 o' clock.

We got upgraded to a panorama room which was a great surprise for us. We really enjoyed the outstanding view from our room. People who are afraid of heights might not enjoy it so much.
It was modern, everything worked well and you are in the mountains in more than 2000m elevation. People who like the night sky might enjoy the relativly dark sky from this area (depending of course also from the phases of the Moon). We enjoyed a great supper and the breakfast was really nice.
