The owner was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect short walk to ferry terminal and anywhere you wanted to go. Supermarket close by.

A great stay in Skiathos Town

We had a lovely stay. The very friendly owner allowed us to check in a few hours early ( for free! ) and was very helpful. We had some very soggy clothes following a storm and she brought us some washing liquid and took us into the unoccupied studio next door and told us we could use the washing machine that was in it. We were very grateful. Our studio ( number 2 ) had an extremely comfortable bed, fantastic shower ( with 2 jets as well as the usual 2 shower heads ) and was well equipped. The location is great, step outside and there's a bakery, cross the road and it's the start of the main shopping and eating area. Thank you for a great stay - we'll definitely be back!

Excellent location for restaurants, bars and shops. The studio flat was very clean, well maintained, comfortable beds and spacious with lots of storage. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our departure time was late afternoon and the owners let us stay in our accommodation, as no other guests were arriving that day. We would definitely recommend the Polykratis Rooms to family and friends and would stay there again!

Great location at top of Papadiamanti Street, easy access to everything. Great shower and more spacious than most.

No kettle in the room. No tea available in the cafe, coffee only!

One night stopover on the way to Alonnisos so the ten minute walk to the ferry was handy. English speaking host picked me up from the airport.

perfect for my business trip

The property is very clean and comfortable. The owner generously let my stay after the check out time for free.

The water in the morning was cold twice and in November Skiathos can get quite cold.

The shower was cold, shower door was not on its slidders. The bathroom smelled. The shutters did not work. Smashed glass and the cutlery was dirty. Host was very nice friendly.
