Great hotel in a great location. Great value for the price.

The location of the hotel is excellent. They have plenty of parking spots for the guests and it is walking distance to many casual restaurants and to boat services. The employees were vey courteous,answered all of our questions and they even accompanied us to our room. Our room was #13 with a nice view to the pool area and to the ocean. The room is big and the bathroom area has plenty of space. It was clean they had hot/cold water with good water pressure. The towels were new or almost new. The sheets were clean and soft and the pillows and mattress were comfortable. Free WiFi and the TV had a variety of channels. The room was also equipped with a safe box, ice bucket, water, snacks and beach/pool towels. The A/C wasn’t working properly but they solved the issue. The hotel was clean including the common areas. They also owned a few restaurants and if you visit one of them and mention that you are staying at the hotel they will give you a 10 % off. We visited Isla Cueva Restaurante and it was good and the attention was excellent.

Miły hotel z basenem i barem, pokoje z klimatyzacją. Dojazd OK. Obsługa miła. Czysto. Blisko port.

Generalnie wszystko było OK. Jednak pokoje nie miały okien. Hałas jakiś urządzeń z zewnątrz zakłócał spokój. Brak plaży w pobliżu.

…a Memorable experience!

I traveled from Orlando, Florida and we spent the most wonderful time… The hotel staff were very attentive… the hotel was very clean and neat…the room was gorgeous and the view was amazing… We also had the opportunity to enjoy the cocktails and food from the Brújula Restaurant… We had a memorable experience and we will be back…

Nice pool and cabanas, gorgeous room and comfortable bed. Location is fantastic, close to restaurants and water activities. Friendly staff, super clean. Nice set up.

Fraudulently charged me $55.75 to my credit card for a robe although there were no robes in our room at check in. Currently disputing this with credit card company. Not sure if cleaning staff doesnt inventory between guests or if this is a hustle bc I didn't tip. Either way, this is beyond aggravating for an otherwise lovely stay. No coffee maker in room, $3.75 cup of coffee can be made for you if someone is at their little store that opens at 7. Better off going to bakery down the street. Hotel restaurant expensive. Music is played loud at the pool, hard to go to bed early with the Loyd music.

Amazing stay

We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything from the staff to the facilities was amazing, the room was beautiful and super clean, the pool area is also great and everything is well maintained, the food at the restaurant is delicious, I’ll highly recommend it!

My favorite hotel in the area.

Perfect location, within walking distance from everything. A great pool with cabanas. Beautifully designed rooms. A small coffee shop is open 24 hours. A great restaurant with a wonderful breakfast.

Wonderful stay

Oh my goodness.. This property was AMAZING!!! The staff, ease of check in/ check out, the food, coffees, drinks, live bands, housekeeping, pool and lounge beds, parking…It was all amazing. This property is definitely a must stay. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable. We miss it already.

The hot water in the shower fluctuates between lukewarm to scolding hot. So be prepared to make adjustments. Not a fan of community soap bottles in the shower. Although they look aesthetically pleasing to the eye, I don’t know if it’s a functional way to keep germs at bay. These are very minor.

Perfect, Chic hotel with amazing pool & friendly service!

Amazing hotel! First, the location is perfect - you are right in town, so you can walk right to restaurants, shops, etc. Second. the staff is awesome - they are super friendly and accommodated any requests we had. Finally, the hotel itself is beautiful. The ambience is so chic! You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. Also, we absolutely loved the 24/7 pool - it was so cool swimming late at night under the stars. Finally, you must go to the restaurant - it is phenomenal! Best fried cheese and rum punch I've ever had. I wish we had stayed there longer but we will definitely be back!!

Exceptional

Liked the stay very much. The staff was great and all hotel areas were super clean... including a very nice pool.

We stayed there for a sunday race so we wen't to bed early... unfortunatelly since it was saturday the music in the pool was extremely loud.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Cocktails are good, food is delicious, music at the pool, pool really refresh

It’s an amazing boutique hotel, so many corners to take pictures, the pool is 24 hours for guests, it has parking, close by so many restaurants and things to do, just crossing the street you can find tours to different islands to swim, to see bioluminescence and more!

It was an 18 party that day, really loud until 2/3am and next day we had a plan for 7am and I had to drive so many hours with not good sleep!

Wonderful place, I would stay here again!

Great location, very nice installations and decor. Pool and bar area were also really nice.

Must Stay When in La Parguera

We loved the location of this hotel. It is right in the mix of everything La Parguera has to offer. We enjoyed the pool and cabanas very much. We appreciated how kind and accommodating the staff was as well.

It can get noisy due to being so close to everything, and the design of the rooms/ hotel allows sounds to travel easier.

You have to throw used toilet paper, etc. in the trash can

Hosts were very nice and attentive!

You can't flush toilet paper because the pipes are from the 1940s. This is not a super unusual situation in parts of PR, but it does not feel sanitary, and was not made clear to me when booking.
