This frontline two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the colourful Albufeira marina, with spectacular views over the marina and across the harbour to the sea. The marina hosts several bars and restaurants, along with activities including boat trips, Segway rides, indoor bowling and indoor go-karts - all on the doorstep to the apartment. Air conditioning provided to lounge and both bedrooms. Internet WiFi included. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people with two separate bedrooms (possible for a further person on a sofa bed in lounge, ask for details). There are two bathrooms, both containing sink, toilet and shower, one also has a bath and bidet. The large lounge is equipped with comfortable seating and entertainment including LCD TV, Bluray/DVD player along with an assortment of board games and books. A guest safe is also available for use (free of charge). A six person dining table and chairs gives spectacular views of the marina whilst dining and outside seating is available on the apartments two balconies. The kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Cooking appliances include electric oven, gas hob and microwave. A kettle, toaster and iron are also provided. A spacious shared pool provides somewhere to sunbathe (loungers provided) and to take a swim to cool off from the Algarve sunshine. The apartment is located on the second floor, with elevator access, intercom, CCTV and 24 hour security guard patrols. The apartment also features centrally monitored smoke/fire alarms and fire blanket and extinguisher. This apartment has been furnished and equipped with premium brand electricals from Sony, Bosch & Siemens. Location is ideal being only 40 minute transfer from Faro airport. The apartment is walking distance, along the sea front, to the old town with its many bars, cafes, restaurants and fisherman's beach area. Both taxi rank and bus stops are available directly outside the apartment complex. There are two large supermarkets within easy reach as well as several smaller shops. Salgados Golf Course is ten minutes drive away. Optional extras are available (additional costs may be incurred) including baby cots, high chairs and private secure car parking. When renting apartments in Portugal look for the owners rental licence number known as the “alojamento local” this ensures the apartment meets minimum safety standards and is suitable for holiday letting. This apartment is registered with the number of 25673 / AL. Albufeira council have introduced a tourist tax, which applies to all visitors to the region (apartments, hotels, B&B's). Guests who make a reservation after May 21st 2024 will be required to pay a tourist tax. This is charged at 2 euro per night/per adult or child aged over 13, for a maximum of 7 nights. The tourist tax is not included in the cost of this apartment booking, and will need to be paid locally or before arrival.

We stayed in Stuart’s and Caroline’s apartment for 5 weeks and could have stayed longer. The balconies overlooking the marina were perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon read. The apartment had everything we needed and the walk to and from Old Town was great. If we didn’t want to walk, the bus was close by. The Irish Pub below us was a friendly local spot for meeting people and watching sports. Lisa, who met us on our arrival was helpful and both she and Stuart were available to answer any questions we had. My only criticism would be a more comfortable couch would be perfect. We loved it.

I contacted our host a few times and always received a rapid response. Our apartment was very nice and met our needs. Future trips to the Algarve will start with requesting the same apartment complex. We traveled on day trips throughout the area and this was the perfect launching and landing point.

This is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in, very clean, nice size and everything you need for a relaxing holiday, and to top it all a fantastic view of the harbour, all in all a great stay.

This apartment is fabulous, so clean and spacious with everything you need, the quality of the apartment, location and cleanliness was excellent. The added extras for the pool etc were a welcome surprise and I purchased a beach throw and added to these along with toiletries etc so future guests could also benefit. Stuart provided a first class service. If you book this apartment you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a fabulous week.

Couldn't have found a better place, some nice bars and restaurants if you didn't fancy the hustle and bustle of the old town.
A lovely 15 minute walk into the town and lovely beach or if you're feeling lazy spending €5 will get you to other beaches in different directions.
Will definitely return.

Beautiful views, easy access to downtown and tours. Multiple options for dining. Was noisy a little later in the evening than north Americans are used to. Beautiful properry and the pool was great considering the heat.

Lovely apartment in a great location busy but not too busy. A nice walk into the old town and lovely views of the harbour. The pool area was quiet so getting beds was fine for us. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday and the apartment had everything we needed.

We loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for 4 people. The beds were comfy and the place was spotless. We could walk to old town and the beaches are unbelievably beautiful. Highly recommend this place.

The verandah overlooking the marina was exactly as pictured, but the pool you see in the photos is for the opposite building. That was disappointing for us as we planned to hang out at the pool and let our 85 year old mother with mobility problems sit on the balcony so that we could see her and vice versa. We couldn’t do that. It is important for guests to know that they can’t see the pool from the balcony especially if they have children who are old enough to be at the pool but parents still want to keep an eye on them.
Getting a wheelchair down to the marina was very awkward, because our lift went to -1,then we had to get off there, find a pull-up garage door, that got us into another garage, then we had to find another lift to take us to -2. Unfortunately the property manager didn’t tell or show us how to get down to the marina and we ended up having our first lunch at a little bakery across the road from our apt. We eventually called the property manager and asked how to get down to the marina. He gave us a quick explanation but in hindsight we realized he didn’t know exactly himself. It was through people in the garage that we figured out the puzzle. Part of the problem was that our building lift only went to -1 because there is a go cart area on -2. So just imagine us trying to figure this out on our first day pushing a wheelchair in and out of lifts and garages and not having a clue.
We called the property manager when we realized we couldn’t get the tv working. He told us to try various thing to no avail. He called the property owner re. the tv problem then called me back saying there is no tv. There was Netflix, and you tube though. Unfortunately our internet stopped working. We called the property manager. He said he was coming by the next morning to fix it. We went out and came back in that evening to no internet. I called the property manager the following morning and he was surprised that it wasn’t working. He obviously didn’t check to see if that fixed it otherwise he would have known that it didn’t work. He said he “cleaned the SIM card” and that that usually works. He ended up calling the owners who had to contact theI ISP to fix the problem. The reason that even just Netflix was important to have is that we were always back at our apt.

Had an absolutely fabulous holiday, staying at this gorgeous and spacious apartment located in Albufeira Marina.
The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and location wise just perfectly located with shops, bars, cafes and restaurants a few steps away.
Every possible amenity was catered for in the apartment which included a mid-stay change of bed linen and towels. This was very welcome as we had arrived during the middle of a heatwave with temperatures topping 43 degrees.
We had access to a pool which was definitely needed given the temperatures and many an hour was spent lazing by the pool soaking up the rays. The pool was clean as was the surrounding pool area. We did find that we had to bring down our sun loungers to be the pool on a couple of occasions due to the fact that certain individuals would “reserve” the loungers around the pool then disappear for the day.
The communication with Stuart the owner was first class from the minute we booked right through to when we checked out to head home. He answered every question we had in a timely manner and no request was a problem for him including our request for a late check out. A big thanks also to Kevin who met us at the apartment on arrival, very late at night I must add, to show us around the apartment and to give us a quick lowdown on the area in general.
With the old town a brisk walk away and boat trips and other leisure activities on our door step, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our holidays.
We would most certainly return to this apartment in the future.

The minute I saw the photo of the balcony, I knew I had to book this apartment, it did not disappoint. We were looking for a relaxation break to stop and do nothing. Sitting look at the boats was perfect. The apartment was perfect, the swimming pool was lovely. We never had a problem getting a sunbed. It's only 15 mins walk to Old Town which was crazy busy so to return to the not so crazy marina was lovely. There are pubs, restaurants and a bit of music in the Marina.
I would book again.

Lovely views
The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a balcony overlooking the marina was great and well used in the evenings after our walk back from town. Being able to walk to town was so convenient.

Perfect location
I was worried this area might be too loud or crowded and it wasn’t at all. It is active with all the restaurants but quiets down at night and the bedrooms are toward the back. The apartment is lovely and bright. We had a great time. I would rent here again for sure.

This apartment is pretty large, very well built with everything you need to live, just add food and drink. It has awesome views of Marina and some Ocean as well. There are tons of excursions to go on right from the Marina.. Walking to town along the coast was almost a daily event, Loved it.

Couldn't have been better
We have stayed at many VRBO's in other countries and around the United States, and this one is in my top 5! The location was perfect for me, the apartment was spotless and I loved the view from the balcony. The balcony was a perfect place to sit in the evenings for a glass of wine and to hear the music from the restaurants below. I would never stay anywhere else in this region.

We loved our stay in Albufeira. The apartment was beautiful, very well located. It has everything one needs for a perfect vacation. Stuart and Caroline answered all of our questions and were easy to get a hold of and the property manager was great.

We liked the apartment a lot, spacious, cozy, and no detail was missing, both in electrical appliances and in decoration. It also has good views of the port, and also a large pool that we used on several occasions. We have been very happy with the apartment and with Stuart, with whom communication was very good and there were no problems. If one day we return to Albufeira we will repeat.

Great Stay
Great location especially if you like boats, The apartment was presented very well, clean and well equipped. There was only two of us, but the apartment is large enough to accommodate 4. There is plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance.

STUNNING Apartment!
This apartment is in a perfect location. Right on the marina and only a short 10/15 minute walk to old town. The apartment itself is much bigger than how it looks in the photographs. It had everything we needed to make our stay just so perfect! Couldn’t recommend it enough! Air con in each room meant everyone slept so well each night. The 2 bathrooms meant there was never a queue. We have stayed in many apartments in the Algarve but this was definitely right up there with the best.

Fabulous Location. We are coming back!
The whole experience started Graham and his lovely wife meeting us at the apt. They gave us tons of info. The Marina Area has everything you need. A great bakery, a supermarket, restaurants and a nice Irish pub. The walk to the Okd Town is short. There are so many great restaurants, stores and we loved the street with all the cocktail bars and nightly entertainment. We highly recommend the Algar Catamaran Caves and Coastline tour which can be booked right on the Marina right outside our building. If you are considering staying hear stop looking and book it now! Lovely long weekend
We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights which was a perfect short getaway. The check in process was smooth with regular communication with the agent who was very helpful. The apartment was just as we expected, the pictures do it justice! We loved the sunloungets in the apartment as there was only 1 left when we went to the pool so great to take our own! The view from the balcony is lovely! It was very easy to get to the apartment from the airport, we hired a car. Can't recommend this apartment enough, it's Lovely, we had a great time. oh and the air con was needed and worked very well.

We spent 4 days at the marina apartment and we LOVED it. It was spotlessly clean, everything you could want in a self catering apartment.
Designated parking was a bonus. We hired a car across the road from apartment.
Plenty of restaurants and bars below apartment.
