Good location in a more residential area, across from a church right off the main part of town. I walked there from the train station in about 20 minutes, and nearby grocery stores were only 5-10 minutes away. Really liked the kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable.
I had a corner room and sound from other floors carried down; kept hearing slamming noises the last two days I was there which was irritating.

It was cheap
There are many neglected parts of the building and the room. Part of the corridors is pitch black even during the day as the lights are not working and there are no windows. The bedside table is falling apart. The fridge is next to the bed and quite loud. The bathroom has no drain and since the shower is 30 cm above the ground, it's pretty easy to flood the whole bathroom. There are no shelves or hangers in the bathroom, so you cannot put your clothes or towels anywhere.

A spacious room and all the necessary facilities but it's more like a hostel than a hotel. But really good value in comparison to other places in the centre. Parking at the Les Halles garage costs €8.50 per 24hr so fairly reasonable. Can only park for short periods on the street, 09:00 to 17:30, free afterwards, you are in the centre virtually.
Quite awkward to park your car at the entrance for any length of time to offload\load your luggage, it's a oneway narrow road.

Nice location, quiet, good bed and relatively big room. The kitchen is smal lbut functional.
The major problems were the curtains: they do not prevent the light from entering the room at all, because of their design (too small for the windows' size) but also because one of them was dysfunctional.
The shower is very simple as well.

Central location. Good bed. Good internet connection.
If you´re looking for comfort and quietness, this is not the place to stay. Prepare yourself for the following:
Both the fridge and electric meter will make distinguished buzzing noise (also at night!).
You can hear the front-door closing every time when someone enters or leaves the apartment building.
During weekend the neighbors might have loud parties till late.
At Monday morning (before 8 am) the garbage containers - gathered under your window, will be emptied.
The shower space is tiny where the shower curtain constantly touch your body; it also gets easily wet on the bathroom floor.
The water tap in the kitchenette closes with a lot of effort.
Notice that the hotline of the care-keeper can only be reached between Monday and Friday from 9:00 - 18:00. Requests during the weekend, for an extra towel or toilet paper will not be answered.
Further more: few places to put your stuff (including luggage); no chopping board or a proper knife available, in case one wants to cook.

Everything was great. It's my third accommodation in Amiens and this one is the best for a longer stay. Working Wi-fi, table, TV and nice kitchen in the room were great. The bed was comfy. The vicinity of the city centre was also very convenient. The staff was there very helpful. The room was also quiet. If I'm going to Amiens again, this is the place I will stay.
Maybe the shower could be at least somehow shielded, it's nearly impossible to take a shower without creating a pool in the bathroom.

It's very well located, near the cathedral. The room is comfortable and quiet, so no problem getting a good night's sleep. .our room was facing the canal. I would happily stay here again.
It is basic but perfectly fine and for the price - great value for money.
