Un soggiorno abbastanza piacevole

L'appartamento si trova in ottima posizione, a 5 min a piedi dalla RER con la quale arrivi sia a Parigi che a Disneyland. Vicino si trova un supermercato e qualche locale. L'appartamento in sé è molto carino (pulizia da migliorare), la cucina è ben attrezzata. C'è anche un piccolo giardino, in comune con altri inquilini.

È la prima volta che ci capita dover fare il secondo letto (divano letto) da soli, di solito lo trovavamo già fatto. Appena arrivati, abbiamo dovuto passare l'aspirapolvere in quanto si vedeva che il pavimento non era stato pulito. Le lenzuola avevano un pó di odore di chiuso. Insomma ci sarebbe qualcosa da migliorare.

La mancanza dell’aria condizionata anche se abbiamo trovato un ventilatore.Ma eravamo in 4,e le mie due figlie dormivano nella zona cucina -sala,in un divano letto e quindi anche per loro era necessario un altro,visto il gran caldo.

Mooi appartement, leuke tuin en we komen graag weer een keer terug

Het appartement is netjes, en heeft een leuk tuintje. We voelden ons er op ons gemak. Het contact met de host is heel goed, altijd bereid om mee te denken en reageert snel. Het bed in de slaapkamer ligt prettig en de slaapkamer kan goed verduisterd worden waardoor je goed door kunt slapen. Op ongeveer 6 min lopen een grote supermarkt waar alles te vinden is. De locatie ligt op zo'n 30 minuten van Disneyland Parijs. Om naar het centrum van Parijs te gaan, pak je ook heel makkelijk de trein en daarna de metro of bus.

Helaas hadden we alle dagen ijskoud water in plaats van warm water onder de douche. De eigenaresse heeft wel 100 euro teruggestort ter compensatie omdat we alle dagen niet met warm water konden douchen (haren wassen met koud water geeft niet de beste haarcoupe ;-) helaas). Voor de rest is het een prachtig appartement en voor 3 personen net groot genoeg. Het logeerbed / de bedbank in de woonkamer ligt niet zo comfortabel en kraakt. Sommige pannen uit pannenset in de keuken mag wel vervangen worden, want er zaten diepe krassen in bijvoorbeeld de koekenpan.

Ruhige Lage, flexibler Zugang. gute Erreichbarkeit für Einkäufe. Bahnhof in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Schimmel in der Dusche und, bei geschlossenen Fenstern, deutlich feststellbarer Schimmelgeruch in der Wohnung.

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung

Sehr gute Lage, sowohl zum Disneyland als auch nach Paris. Die Station Bry sur Marne ist fussläufug in ca 6 min erreichbar. Intermarche Supermarkt sowie Pizzeria und Döner in direkter Umgebung. Ebenso ist das Parken in der Straße problemlos möglich. Wir hatten ein paar Willkommensgeschenke in Form von Nespressokapseln und Duschgel! Das Schlafsofa auszuklappen war etwas herausfordernd, klappte aber. Wir hatten eine Erdgeschosswohnung die sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber war, einzig ein paar Ameisen störten aufgrund der Nähe zum Garten.

Es war alles gut und wie angegeben In der Wohnung befand sich zudem eine Mappe mit Infos, ebenso war der Kundenservice sofort erreichbar

La atención del dueño , no nos hizo caso , la calefacción no funcionaba , pasamos frio , y no nos atendió el dueño , le llamamos y no nos cogió el teléfono en ningún momento a pesar de poner que tenía servicio de 24 horas y el baño sucio

Gute Unterkunft für das Parieser Erlebnis!

Gute Lage. Nah an Bahnhof RER Linie A. Mit der Bahn kann man bis zum Zentrum von Paris fahren. Lebensmittelgeschäfte vorhanden. Ziemlich ruhig gelegen für eine Stadt.

Das Bett war für mich zu weich.

Consigliato per chi vuol star comodo e vicino a città e Disney

Posizione perfetta per chi vuole visitare qualche giorno Parigi e qualche giorno Disney perché si trova proprio a metà strada e xon la RER arrivi tranquillamente in entrambe le destinazioni. Supermercato e boulangerie a 2 passi

Asciugamani e lenzuola per eventuale terzo e quarto letto da cercare tra armadio e bagno...stoviglie non del tutto pulite. Prima di usarle ho dovuto lavarle. Niente di particolarmente problematico

Perfetta per visitare disneyland

Comoda, self check in, a 7 minuti a piedi dalla metro per disneyland. Quartiere tranquillo anche se si torna a tarda notte

Excellent séjour

Tout . La petite annexe est très sympathique et accueillante . Moderne , propre, elle est équipée de tout le confort ; rien ne nous a manqué . Nous avons pu aller à pieds au supermarché et chez quelques commerçants pas très loin pour nos courses et surtout prendre le RER proche également . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Beds were not ok, but the house and garden were beautiful

Easy to get the keys, everything was in order and clean when we arrived. The shower was lovely!!

The bed in the bedroom was not good. Lumpy matrass. The couch in the livingroom was not comfy, also the bed from this couch was not good. At night the exhaust from the batroom was on all night, made a lot of noise.

I found the property in a very good location for shops, trains and access. it was well provided for and was very clean.

when we arrived we found some of the sheets and the towels very wet in the room for the fold out bed.

A beautiful apartment in a great location

A beautiful apartment, clean, and spacious. Only a 10 min walk to the RER train to catch to Disney or Paris. Lovely garden for children to play in. We felt safe and loved Noisy-le-grand. We would definitely stay again, thank you for a lovely stay.

The shower seemed to block, so may need looking at. The only negative for us was the sofa bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. Although we found the main double bed very comfortable.

Very good and cosy apartment near Paris with RER 5mins walk away.

The Annexe was very clean and cosy. It had everything you would need. The location was fantastic with a supermarket and the RER within a 5min walk. The host was extremely accommodating even when we requested an earlier check in time for the 2nd time. Highly recommended, if we were to come back to Paris we would definitely re-book.

If I was being picky, the on street parking was limited and took us a fair amount of time to get parked outside the apartment. (We knew this before we booked and still doesn't put me off)

There were a few ants in the room. Description says host speaks English but all replies were in French We arrived when it was dark and got wet by the water sprinkler Previous reviews were raving about breakfast but that's no longer offered

Fine vintage modern. Comfort, convenience and character.

The place is beautifully decorated with a fine mix of modern and vintage. It’s spacious with all the convenience a modern set up can bring while the vintage atmosphere enhances the cosiness and character of the place. All the positive reviews we read before booking are very well deserved. It’s comfortable, quiet, spacious and beautiful.

Really nothing we didn’t like during our stay.
