Ideal for Families. Bright and Spacious apartment on the sea front of Tamariu's beach with Free WiFi.

It has a large living room with a balcony over the Passeig del Mar. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Thanks to its location, right on the boulevard and right on the beach, it is perfect to enjoy the beach at one hundred percent.

Flat of 74m2 with 3 bedrooms, one of them has a king sized bed and the other two have twin and bunk beds respectively. You can access the bunk beds via an sliding door in the twin bedroom. It has a large living-dining room with windows that allow the entry of light and sun during big part of the day. These windows separate the dining room from a small balcony that face the beach. The flat also has two full equipped bathrooms, including showers in both of them. There is a very comfortable kitchen, with oven, microwave and a really equipped cooking-tool set. The apartment is provided with one set of towels per person, and linen for the number of guests staying in. There is also a washing machine in the apartment, where you can do your laundry for best convenience and a clothes line in the back side.

If you come by car, you will find a parking lot half way down La Riera Street, named La Pineda (for about 3€/day).

In Tamariu there are two supermarkets, typical and charming restaurants on the beach, shops and summer clothing accessories, hairdresser, two bakeries, a diving center and a small agency that rents boats to explore the surrounding coves.

On the date of departure, it is important for you to wash your dishes, take the garbage away (there are public containers on Carrier de la Riera Street), turn off all lights and electric devices, leave one set of keys on the dining table and close the door behind you when you walk out. Leave the other set of keys back in the lockpad, and change the numbers'position so it stays well closed as well.

- City Tax is 1,10 € per person and day. IF YOU BOOK WITH AIRBNB, THIS TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AND HAS TO BE PAID ASIDE.

A baby crib can be provided, on request and subject to availability. It has an extra cost of 5€ per night.
If you wish to sleep separately, you will have to advise before your arrival, there may be an extra charge.
You will be able to self-checkin. In any case, we will be available for anything or matter that could happen during your stay.

TAMARIU:

Tamariu is an old fishing village with a central beach and two small beaches at each side. It is one of the three beaches that belong to the town of Palafrugell together with Llafranc and Calella. The walk along the beach is lined with several bars and restaurants, and some small shops. There are three small supermarkets, a couple of bakeries and some places where they prepare take-away meals, sandwiches and pizzas.

On the beach there is a kayak rental place where they also offer guided tours with small canoes for small groups of people. There is also a boat rental agency that offer diverse types and sizes of boats with which you can go surfing nearby and explore the many coves and small beaches that surround Tamariu.

The dirt path named "Camí de Ronda", which covers much of the Costa Brava along the coast cliffs, leads us to beautiful and hidden places to enjoy nature in a greater and quieter way than in the crowded beaches.
There is an important and consolidated diving school on the main beach: a great experience to go for with "Diving Stolly's".

You can also enjoy the area by cycling from town to town through the gorgeous natural dirt paths that connect them. There are also several places to go play activities such as archery (near the village of Esclanyà), horse riding in many horse riding places in the area, playing golf, sightseeing with visits to Iberian and medieval settlements nearby... There are also other possibilities that we will be happy to let you know about if you are interested.

Tamariu is a familiar beach so nights tend to be quiet. Most people simply go have dinner by the sea, on the boulevard's restaurants, or choose to go enjoy a "cremat" drink, made out of rum and cinnamon burned up in flames, and orange slices. Summer evenings in Tamariu (mostly the traditional festivities such as 15th of August) tend to be accompanied by the folk Habaneras music as a background. If you are looking for clubs or discos, Tamariu is not the spot... to find this, you will have to go to Calella or Llafranc, Begur... where you'll find more nightlife spirit.
There is a mandatory tourist tax of 1,10€/person/night which is not included in the rental price. It has to be paid directly to the rental agency either through our Guest App or by credit card over the phone before arrival.

By default only the number of beds needed for the amount of people indicated in the reservation will be set up, using the main bedroom for the first 2 guests. If you wish to sleep separately, it is important to advise before or while making the reservation. In any case, at least 3 days before your arrival. Depending on the variation it implies, it may be charged separately (12€/set)

If you are coming with more people than indicated in the reservation, the following extra costs will incur:
- 12€ or 18€ (depending on season) supplement per extra guest, per night
- 10€ per extra set of towels
- 10€ per extra set of sheets
- 1,10€ tourism tax (per extra person and night)

Norms:
Smoking and parties of any kind in the apartment are prohibited. In all cases, quiet hours go from 22h until 9am.
People under the age of 25 are not allowed in the property unless they come with their elders.
Pets are not allowed.

Make sure to explore the Guide in there before the day of your arrival, so you get familiar with things in advance for a smooth self check-in. In any case, be sure to write to us or call if you need help! :)

Upon check-out, the keys must be put back in the lock-pad where you took them from. Please make sure to close it's door once the keys are inside and then change the combination so it stays securely locked.
Dishes must be washed and done by the guest and the garbage bags need to be thrown away before departing. In the guide of our App you'll find instructions on where to find the containers.
We also insist on keeping the kitchen and all surfaces clean and tidy with no organic food. Make sure to rinse off any trace of sun screen from your bodies before sitting on sofa/beds/using shower towels during your stay as you are in a natural environment and ants will pay you a visit!

As much as we love to share our place with travelers wishing to explore, we also try to maintain a sustainable activity:
- Please be responsible with the use of electronic devices and lights, reminding you to shut things off while not being used or being away for the day.
- Be concerned about water usage, the toilet flush not getting stuck or leaking, and make sure to keep the door of the fridge open the strictly necessary time (it happens to be the most power consuming home appliance!!).
- We will also appreciate you shaking off the sand from your beach towels and flip flops or shoes before walking in, but never in the shower or sinks, pipes get clogged with the sand !!!

Please be responsible for the use of appliances and lamps, that the toilet tank does not leak, that it uses the water that is really needed, and that it turns off the lights while away.
