The apartment is in a fantastic location. The best possible location in Larnaca. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. the staff is very friendly. It has its own free parking in the garage 20m next to the apartment. The view is fantastic. Everything is beautiful. We will come again.

Localization, car parking, comfy bed, great view, apartment has everything u need. Heating system wasn't a problem for us. Welcoming water/wine, nice touch. Very spacious, useful guide with directions, great contact via WhatsApp.

Excellent location right at the beachfront. Wonderful seaview from the balcony and the bedrooms. Plenty of space. Excellent service and communication with management company. I appreciate very much we were able to check in earlier. We could park our car free of charge in a nearby public parking.

It was a bit noisy on saturday evening as there was live music from one of the restaurants in front of the building.

Good for short stay in heart of Larnaca

The location is in the heart of touristic area of Larnaca - in case you need good access to cafes/bars and nightlife the apartment would be perfect fit... and tradeoff is - hard to sleep in case you want a calm rest. Lazuli service is great. Stayed in several apartments managed by the company - Lazuli becomes a sign of good quality for us.

Perfect apartment in an amazing location with everything you need right there!

amazing location with lots of restaurants and the beach right in front of the building. Very well equipped apartment, beautiful modern design, clean. The staff was also extremely helpful and nice.

the elevator stopped working more than once and people got stuck in it. also, there was some construction work going on in another apartment which was a bit noisy sometimes.

It's been a great pleasure spending 2 days in this awesome place.

Excellent location and it is 100% what its name says it is: "beachfront apartment". Great sea view! Very clean place, nice facilities make you feel at home and offer you an enjoyable stay. They have a great guest support team always willing to help with anything you ask them for. Also a reserved parking spot in a nearby parking place. Very satisfied and we are looking forward to staying there again soon.

The apartments were nice and comfortable. There is everything you need for good stay. Staff was always ready to help, we have received answers to our questions very quickly. Wonderful view and convenient location.

It was little bit noisy, but it is frontline and very nice view. And, unfortunately, we did not have parking place and we left car on the private parking and additionally paid.

The location and the view are fantastic. All the rooms are facing the seaside. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The interior is pleasant. In general it was clean in the apartment when we checked in.

In general, the design and plan of the apartment is weird (tiny necessary spaces, together with huge corridor of no use). The kitchen is too tiny, you shall not rely on it to cook during the stay. The microwave was located very high, so that even my husband could hardly reach it. The bed linen and towels were just terrible, of a very poor quality and there was no cover for blanket. So, for those fastidious ones this will be tough.

Like your home - but better!

Sparkling clean. Seriously , its SPARKLING CLEAN! Internet was working perfectly, tv had tons of channels to choose from, a/c units are new and cleaned, beds were super comfortable, bathroom was great also!!

The building needs a little love - for instance, the elevator is not in the best condition and could use a good clean up!
