About this house rental
The property, on its own grounds, is in the rugged Renvyle Penninsula, Connemara, Co Galway. The house has a very spacious living and dining area. There is also a conservatory. Both of these and two bedrooms have superb views over the Atlantic Ocean and the village of Tully which is a 2 minute walk away. The Twelve Pins form the background. The Renvyle Hotel is a 5 minute drive and Renvyle Beach and Pier are nearby. The village of Lettterfrack and Diamond Mountain, in the Connemara National Park, are minutes away. The larger town of Clifden is 30 minutes. Clifden hosts art, theatre, literary, film and music festivals as well as the Connemara Pony Show in mid-August. Oyster and mussel festivals are also held. The drive to Galway (80 km) through the Inagh Valley and Oughterard is spectacular. Historic Kylemore Abbey with its Gothic Church, Pottery Making, Walled Garden and Craft Shop is a 15 minute drive.The Renvyle Penninsula has something for everyone - hill walking, mountain climbing, fishing, scuba-diving, boat rental, island hopping (Innisbofin and Clare Islands), horse riding, golf, pubs and the craic

We’re “day trippers” and value returning after a day’s foray to a welcoming home. Heaven, Too was just that and more: spacious to the point of luxury, with views that constantly drew the eye. I was often re-reading the same page two or three times because I was either distracted by the scene outside or drifting off in the comfort of the lovely sunroom. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a little piece of heaven that we needed to escape our crazy travels. It had beautiful ocean scenery and was walking distance from the beach. The only thing we overlooked and were concerned about was the extra cost for electricity and oil. The cost was so insignificant in the end, that it was not a concern.

We have stayed here before and just love this house. It is clean and comfortable but the view is fantastic. There's one bath with a walk in shower and all rooms are on one floor. Two small steps to enter the house in the back. There is a hand grip. So, it's well suited for older folks. Nice restaurants nearby and a lovely grocery store in Letterfrack. Don't miss Killary Fjord and Kylemorre Abbey.

Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Spacious comfortable house with all conveniences for a family. Local store in walking distance for any groceries. Lots of restful seating areas to relax in. Most importantly the sea views are amazing. Could sit for hours looking out to sea. Easy walks to the pier and local small beach. Would recommend to experience the epitome of west Irish coast.

Annette’s home was lovely, very clean, with everything anyone would need. We have come to this area often and this property is within walking distance to anything you would need. The only issue is that the two places to have dinner within walking distance were not serving food anymore. Paddy Coyne’s no longer has a kitchen and the hotel next door which offered great food is now closed. You have to drive to Letterfrack to eat unless you cook yourself. Annette has no control over that but it did affect our plans immensely. That being said, this is a wonderful spot to be considered if you really want to relax and de-stress. We will mostly likely return someday when the restaurants come back.

Wonderful three day's spent at Heaven too. Views are stunning. Plenty of room in this charming home for the four of us. Especially loved the Sun room. Found everything we needed to cook meals. Sleepy little friendly town with a general store. This home was just perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It was very spacious and had all conveniences. The view was grand and there are great walks and good restaurants in walking distance. Fully recommend to stay here!

Stunning views of Connemara

Fantastic home and excellent location
We had a fab time at Heaven 2. The location is stellar and we were able to walk to Tully and Tully Cross for coffee and groceries and nearby restaurants. The Island View Sandy beach was only a mile continuing up the road.

A little bit of Heaven
Our extended family of 6 enjoyed this little gem. Our goal was to stay off the beaten path and this little house provided just that, while at the same time being only a short drive to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed daily visits from the neighbor dog, watching the horses next door and listening to the rain while sipping wine and sharing family stories in the sun porch. We would definitely stay here again. No one wanted to leave when we were ready to move to our next destination.

This house has everything. Beautiful location, all amenities, including an extremely well equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. Easy access to Kylemore Abbey and hiking trails in Connemara area. Would love to return and spend more than 3 nights.

We loved our holiday at the house. The setting is ideal, lovely gardens and fantastic views. The house is spacious, clean and the kitchen extremely well stocked with everything you need. We had a slight problem with the WiFi when we arrived but Annette had it sorted out the next day. Our dogs loved the space in the safe garden and the beautiful beaches at Renvyle, Lettergesh and Glassilaun. The food at Maol Reidh in Tully Cross was good as was the welcome in Paddy Coynes and Veldons in Letterfrack. Most places don’t allow dogs in when food is being served, so we tended to eat at the house in the evening. This wasn’t a problem though as the house is very cosy especially with the peat fire going. I have been coming to Renvyle to visit family for over 50 years and Heaven Too is probably one of the best rental houses we have stayed in around the area. Can not recommend it enough and will hopefully be back next year

Spacious and comfortable!
With 6 travelers, we were very happy to have so much space to spread out! And the view was fantastic, and so relaxing. Not only was the main living room spacious with lots of furniture to get comfortable, there was also a sun room, and outside seating! Someplace for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was stocked, so breakfast was easily fixed and served. The location is convenient to the little town on top of the hill, where there are a couple good places to eat. There are wonderful places nearby for sightseeing and adventures. This area of the country is so incredibly beautiful! Watch out for sheep in the road! We had a wonderful time!

Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf den Altlantik ist wunderschön und lädt jeden morgen bei einer Tasse Kaffee und Träumen ein. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert, es hatte viel Platz ums Haus, Sie konnte allein zum Strand laufen, welcher in ca 10-15 Minuten erreichbar ist.

Very spacious and well equipped bungalow
Had a fabulous time exploring the surrounding area.Beautiful sandy beach 10 minutes away in the car.
Loved the bungalow so spacious and comfortable for 4 adults with stunning views.
Only niggle for us the double bed mattress wasn't the most comfortable and made a noise when you turned over,must have been the springs!
Despite that had a great stay and look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic Stay in Tully
If you are looking for a few days relaxation from the hustle and bustle of daily living a great spot to enjoy yourself is Heaven Too. This house is meticulous and the owner has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. While Tully is a small village it has some of the best cuisine in Ireland. Enjoy Connemara Lamb at the Maol Reidh Hotel or fresh mussels at award winning Paddy Coynes both of which are just 1 km from the house. All of Connemara is at your doorstep at Heaven Too...go experience it!

This house is magic!
I just spent two weeks at Heaven Too and it is a magical place. I just retired and wanted to relax and unwind and wake up looking at the ocean each day. This house did not disappoint. It was truly better than advertised. The pictures don't do it justice. It is a very well appointed house and immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable and has all the amenities you could wish for. We were blessed with good weather most days but it wouldn't have mattered. It was so comfortable at the house that we choose to stay home some days. There are great grocery and restaurant options close by also. We met the lady who cleans the house, Ann, the first day and she was very helpful. Then we met the other Ann, who manages the property for the owner. She was very friendly and helpful. Annette, the owner, was wonderful to work with before we went also. I have rented homes all over the world and this was one of the very best. I hope to return. We loved Paddy Coynes restaurant in Tullycross, the butcher in the Gala shop in Tully and the Country Store in Letterfrack for groceries.

Spacious yet cozy in heart of Connemara!
We had a wonderful week at 'Heaven Too' starting with Ann Jacke (sp?) going above and beyond the call to ensure that our luggage that the airline lost got delivered to the cottage on our first night. She was in contact with the courier to provide directions that we couldn't have and then personally had him follow her to the cottage on a dark, rainy evening. We appreciated that so much!
We had mom, dad, two children, and grandma on this trip, and we were all comfortable in this home. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The solarium was a favorite feature and the ocean/mountain view was spectacular. A short walk could be had to get to the beach, the shops in Tully, or to the pubs and restaurants in nearby Tullycross which were wonderful. A short 10 minute drive to Letterfrack gave you access to more nice pubs and restaurants, a bigger grocery store, and Connemara National Park visitor center. In addition to that, 'Heaven Too' is in a perfect location for making numerous day trips to all that Connemara has to offer.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this cottage without reservation.

So aptly named!
The name of this beautiful house couldn't be more appropriate! Three of us stayed here and we just absolutely loved everything about this gorgeous home. First of all, the location is perfect: tucked up on a hill looking out to the sea and with a view to the picturesque village of Tully, the house is private without being isolated, and the views from the rooms at the front of the house are stunning. Secondly, the house was immaculate. If Cleanliness is next to Godliness, the name of this house is even more appropriate--it was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything you could possibly need in terms of cooking utensils and dishes, to the beautiful thick bath towels and luxurious bedding, to the cupboard containing books, playing cards, and board games. Thirdly, there were very helpful and detailed instructions for using the TV, the heating system, the washer and dryer, and especially important, clear and simple to understand directions as to how to access the internet. There was an ample supply of briquettes for the fireplace, and the first night we were there, Anne came by with an extra package of fire-starters for us, in case we had trouble getting the fire going. But I found it to be one of the easiest fireplaces to use--I had a roaring fire going in no time. The central heating came in handy in March, and worked quickly and efficiently to warm the entire house on one particularly chilly day. There was plenty of scalding hot water and great water pressure: all three of us were able to take long, hot showers, one right after another--something that isn't always possible in most homes. I vacation in Ireland twice a year, and have stayed in many places, but this beautiful home would have to rate as one of my all time favorites! Anne couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Book Heaven Too early, as it fills up quickly, and no wonder! My husband and son had stayed here previously and raved about the place--it was nice to experience it myself.

Total relaxation
This home from home was absolutely fantastic, so well equipped, clean and so comfortable. Even when the weather wasn't great just to sit in the comfort of the lounge and look out at the sea and mountains was brilliant. The kitchen especially was equipped as well as at home, maybe even better. This house is just a great space to be in and one couldn't fail to feel relaxed when there. The location is convenient to explore many local attractions including Kylemore Abbey and the National park. Good to visit the Renvyle hotel for morning coffee with the most fabulous scones and Paddy Coynes pub in Tullycross with the most amazing food and great Guinness in the evening.

Heaven Too
What can we say? Heaven Too is just gorgeous from the immaculate interior to the stunning views from the panoramic windows. We spent a lovely week there even though the weather wasn't too kind to us. The house was really warm and comfortable. Loved the fact that it felt quite rural but you could watch the comings and goings around the village from the lounge. The walk into Tullycross to pubs and restaurant only took 5-10 mins and our dog enjoyed the walks from the front door, especially to the pier and beach.
The only thing we would have liked was a bit more information about the workings of the heating (the stove was actually enough) and disposal of rubbish-we couldn't find a bin anywhere?
Would definately recommend Heaven Too and the Renvyl area as a base for visiting the delights of Connemara (favourite trips were Inishbofen island and Kylemore Abbey).

Wonderful House, Fantastic Area
Came here for a week in July with the family, Fell in love with the house when we stepped in the door. Bright open planned and extremely well equipped. The house had everything we could have asked for. The kids were well entertained by the selection of board games on the wet days, and swam at the peir( 5 min walk) on the good days, as well as the local beaches and horse-riding. For those who play golf, the Renvyle Hotel has a great course only 20 minute walk away, and the craic in the bar after is great.
We were able to bring our dog down with us, plenty of garden space to run around in. (Think she loves it mre than us!!)
We have been coming to Connemara for a number of years now and would usually stay nearer Clifden or on the other side in Ballyconeelly, but, this is the best house we have stayed in by far and also the nicest area. Everything at your fingertips. I would recommend this house to everyone of all ages, From a few mates for a weekend or a couple looking to get away for the week!
We'll be back next year and the year after and the one after etc.... hopefully if its available!!! :)
