Place was totally rehabbed recently. Perfect place for one person. Close to town and skiing.
10.0
The place is very small but it got the job done for three adults. We were able to cook and sleep comfortably, with one person on a cot that we brought along. Cooking basic meals was no problem, although the ventilation is poor so food smells lingered. The place is kinda dated but wasn’t a problem. The location is fantastic, a short (but uphill) walk to snowflake lift and Ski in. The walk into town is super easy as well, great proximity to bars and restraunts. All the above was consistent with our expectations based on the ad.
The main disappointment was the grill and hot tub facilities. The grill didn’t work (perhaps the propane was too cold-whatever) but the hot tubs were the biggest issue. One was out of service during our visit and had a messed up cover- although they seemed to be trying to work on it. The ‘working’ hot tub was not kept very warm, and was not very clean. At one point we went out during the day and the ‘working’ unit was completely off and the water was green, although this appeared to be running and clear later that day. Managment should up its game on hot tub cleaning and maintenance.

Stayed with two of my cousins for the night. Was an awesome location, unit, and the community accommodations were great. Was pleased to find the hottubs worked great, which is honestly uncommon for a lot of vacation rentals in the mountains!

Never got a check-in access code until 17:51, and had to call for it a 16:46. The place was small and 'dirty'. My feet were black from being barefoot for a little while. Yuck. Filthy rug and very dusty.Very musty smell. The pictures were deceiving.

340 sq feet is not a ton of room for four people. But we didn't spend a ton n of time in the room. We played pool and games in the lobby and sat out by the stream. The beds were comfy and the place clean. Super close to town. Great home base for us.

Wasn't able to make the original booking date but the host allowed me to change the booking to a later date. Appreciate the flexibility. Never actually stayed at the property due to other circumstances. Although I didn't get a refund it was good on the flexibility side.

Cute and quaint one bedroom that is perfect for a night’s stay. The location is sweet and retro with a lodge style lobby and two communal hot tubs. Our room was right by the lobby and there is a door that opens from this apartment into the lobby (it was locked but was a simple inside door so for security reasons felt odd). Additionally, this location faces the hot tubs and it can be noisy at times. Overall, perfect for a single night stay in the mountains and can’t beat the location (5 min stroll to the Main Street)!

Quaint, cozy and convenient.
The condo was small but cozy. Ski-in access was nice. Lobby w/ fireplace and game-room was a very nice amenity, and of course loved the convenient accessibility to the hot tubs after a day of skiing. We had a wonderful time. Thank you !

Not At the location listened on the VRBO Map
While the stay was pleasant and clean, it is not where it is listed on the map. Make you ready the details on the listing about location and do not book based on the map marker
We would not have booked here had it not been downtown.

Cozy and great location
Great value for being able to ski home at the end of the day. A little cozy but had everything you need. Would be perfect for a romantic weekend on the slopes. The hot tubs were gross so we didn't use them but the unit itself was great.

Small, but clean apartment. Bus out, ski-in. Convenient to town. Only negative , had to call to have dirty towels changed.

Great location
Short walk to Main Street. Walked there every day because it was so convenient. FREE Private shuttle. They give you a phone number and a very sweet young gentleman comes in a small bus within 10 min from the call and he’ll drive/pick you up anywhere in Breck. Enjoyed the hot tub and lobby with the pool table and fireplace just wished it stayed open later than 10 pm. We had no problem with noise. Ski in. Very cool it’s off the 4 o’clock run kind of a guessing game of where to get off though and there is a very short walk with your gear but we didn’t mind. I would stay here again if I came back to Breck for the affordable price it was worth it!

Park Meadows
Pros:
- Economically priced
- Walking distance of downtown night life and shops
- Free shuttle for Park Meadows
- Ski in accommodations
- Large, open areas in complex for entertaining other friends or family
- Free city bus to Peak 7 and Peak 8 just across the street
Cons:
- Condo is extremely small. Two normal sized people cannot pass each other in the kitchen galley. You have to walk sideways, or wait for the other person to pass.
- Mattress on fold-out couch DESPERATELY needs to be replaced. My two teenaged boys slept there and kept rolling into the middle.
- Parking spots are limited
- Could use more kitchen items (pizza pan, pizza cutter, etc)
- Shuttle driver, Gary, could sharpen his customer service skills!

February 2017 Stay
This place was perfect for the price - better than a hotel room (having a separate bedroom and kitchen), perfectly cleaned, fabulous location (we walked everywhere), cute lobby, easy check-in/out, zero complaints. Greatest part was when we wanted to snowboard, we just called the shuttle, waited 5 minutes, and at the end of the day boarded right to the front of the buildingr!

This was a great place for a weekend getaway! The unit is small but it was perfect for four. The condo was recently renovated and was nicely done. There was a fully stocked kitchen for times when we just wanted to stay in and cook. The condo is in walking distance to town. Overall great stay and we will be back!

Over Priced for Quality
Good Things: Shuttle service and staff are great. Common areas are excellent. Location ski in/ski out excellent as well as to all things in town.
Bad Things: Bed and couch, both need to go. Paper towels have better support. Really? Kitchen lacks serious basic equipment, no mixing bowls, no sheet pans, casserole dishes or 9X13. Extremely small. Really made for one person. Two was crowded
Not worth the price and would not stgay again.

Nice property, well kept and comfortable.
We loved the condo and the location of the property. It was a wonderful location and very nice. The condo was small, but was absolutely perfect for my husband and I... only thing I would change is to add a tv to the bedroom, towel service daily and add a box fan/ceiling fan for the bedroom.
