Place was just what we needed to get some good snowboarding in and not spend a whole a lot.
4.3
The condo is in a great location at a decent price but falls short in size and quality. The condo is truly tiny, imagine staying on a small boat. Small condos are fine, but the owner made no effort to deal with the space. Huge table, huge couch, huge coffee machine means you can barely walk through the space and have to jump over your luggage when unpacked. The bedroom featured all the luxurious appointments of a Motel 6. The mattress folded in the middle and wasn’t level, no headboard, and the lamp fell off the wall in the night. The room’s blinds didn’t come down all the way, making sleeping in very difficult (they are so aware of their lack of blinds that give you sleep mask- yet no mention of it in the online booking). The bathroom was also minuscule, having no room to put your items. Not one drain in the condo functioned properly. The sink and the shower would back up, leaving you to take a shower with your ankles in waste water. The kitchen appliances functioned, but the owner only provided us with DeCaf coffee. Yay. I understand that it’s a tiny condo in a good location, but the owner should realize this and outfit the place with furniture and accessories that both fit the place and function properly. I’ve stayed at small condos before and left happy because the owner was thoughtful about the space. Would not stay here again and would only recommend to one person or maybe a couple that don’t need to sleep or cook there. I’ve stayed at nicer motels.

Up grades to the rooms was nice

Small. So small. Say it accommodate 4 people but thats severely stretching the truth. My three sons and I tried to stay but we were miserable! I booked the room for a whole week and only stayed a couple of nights and ended up getting an Airbnb right down the street that was cheaper and so much better. The whole room is outdated. The queen bed in the tiny bedroom has plywood instead of a box spring and the frame is about to break. Turned on the oven in the electrical panel started smoking badly! The water pressure is a joke. The water will be hot and then all the sudden ice cold and then scolding hot again. The pull out couch is also a joke. You can't go by the pictures they're stretched to make it look larger than it is. no TV in the bedroom either and the one in the living room is from 1992 probably. The only positives were the common area is okay and Main Street isn't too far of a walk but there are just much better accommodations than this place. Truth
4.3
Definitely on the smaller side for four people, but we knew that when we reserved the property. We enjoyed spreading out around the fireplace in the common area. Parking was close and easy with our provided parking pass.
4.3
Condo was as advertised. Clean and organized. No issues at all.
4.3
Start with the positive. The unit was very clean and the shower was spacious. The location is great with a short walk to the slopes, restaurants and shopping. Check in/out was really easy and communication was great.
The negatives… the unit was +/~ 78 degrees when we arrived. It was around 15 outside over night. We didn’t know how to adjust the heated floor but we completely turned off both stats and still had to cracked the bedroom window and use fans just to keep comfortable.
No way the unit can accommodate 4 guests. There were 3 of us and we were on top of one another just walking thru the unit. The bedroom can’t be more than 8x8 with a full bed. When you open the sleeper sofa it comes to within 2 feet of the table even with it jammed against the wall. There is no room for ANY bags without placing them on the desk in the bedroom or the table, which out of respect, I hated to do but there wasn’t even enough floor space to place bags on the floor.
To be fair, the unit would be fine for two guests for a 2-3 day weekend get away but the sleeper sofa mattress was marginal at best and the size of the common room and bedroom is just way too small to reasonably accommodate more than two guests.
I guess I assumed a 1 bedroom unit would have at least been the size of a standard hotel room.

It's a bit smaller than I thought, but Ok for 2

This is fine for the price. Thankful for the complimentary ear plugs!

Reviewer Comments:
The pictures were deceiving- the place was so tight! Though it slept 4, we only had 2 and were tripping over our ski stuff and luggage. Also- it smelt like BO. The place needed a serious freshing up!The shuttle driver (older man) was a snarky thing and really needs to retire.

Stay was great. Tiny but perfect for 2 people. Wouldn’t recommend any more. Was able to ski in off the 4 o’clock which was awesome. I do think communication about check-in could use some work. I had to reach out to figure out how to check in. Would have been nice to get something like a 48hr notification mentioning that you’ll be given a door code once your unit is available. Additionally the ac unit did not seem to be adjustable so it was quite warm in the unit and the fans were decently loud. Not a huge deal but would be nice to fix. Overall had a very nice stay and appreciated the common area as well.
4.3
The place was extremely convenient. Very close to main street and the Snowflake lift. It was a little tight for 4 people, but definitely doable for a short trip.
4.3
Very nice property, well maintained and clean. We ha everything we needed. Really liked hanging out in the common area and met some cool people. Walking distance to shops and even groceries was great. Parking was convenient and felt safe. All in all a great experience
4.3
The condo matched the listing, was well maintained with an excellent common area. The only issue was that we did not receive the door code prior to check in, however I was able to find an after hours number and spoke to an actual real person that was able to resolve the problem immediately. Overall 5 stars and I would definitely stay again.

My partner and I spent a Friday night at this ski lodge in late July. It was lovely, plenty of room for two. We couldn’t get the DVD player to work at night, but we were too tired from hiking to watch TV anyway.

Great location. had everything we needed.
4.3
Disappointed
There were so many things that were disappointing about this rental. There was only one pan so it took forever to make even a simple meal, the knives barely cut through an onion, there was no dishwasher soap, the bathroom sink completely stop working two different times, when you ran the dishwasher and kitchen sink at the same time water would leak into the cabinet below, the shower water pressure was a joke, the only "working" hot tub was barely even warm. I have stayed at so many rentals and this one was the only one I have ever complained about. The only positive was the location. We talked to other renters and they had very similar complaints about the other units.
4.3
Convenient location
Overall a good experience. Great location and price. We had issues with our shower and water pressure. Shower didn’t drain, contacted management company and it was fixed. However on our last day same issue occurred. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. At times just a trickle came out. Water temp in bathroom was incredibly hot even when turned all the way to cold setting. All in all it was a good stay and we’d stay again. We would just pick a different unit.
4.3
Awesome old school lodge
Park Meadows unit 6A was better than we expected. Unit was clean and updated. I have two recommendations, Need more hooks placed in random areas so you can hang stuff up. Secondly, a flyer explaining how to walk to lifts and how to ski back to the unit. We would absolutely stay here again.

This apartment is really everything you need for a weekend stay. Plenty of space for 2, with all the amenities. The owner provides a humidifier, two extra pillows, a couple movies, and key less entry. The building is lots of fun. Pool and the hot tubs are a great time, with plenty of other guests mingling around. Be aware the water pressure is quite soft, the drain empties very slowly and the shower door doesn't stay close (we propped the garbage can against it to keep it closed). We cooked with ease and weren't hot at all. We left some coffee filters for the next guest! Overall a good stay and the location could not have been more perfect. An easy walk to everything but still quiet.

Great place near the snowflake lift
Location is great, ability to walk downtown or the snowflake lift is very convenient. On our last run at Breck we skied from the summit directly to the condo - incredible.
The place is very small (as listed), but manageable and the property management team is very helpful.

Mixed review of this property.Pros:-check in/out is easy, great location for shuttle drop off/pick up, close to free bus pick up, ski locker was a nice touch.Cons:- shower/sink didn't drain well (you'll be in a pool of grey water), cutting board was a peice of tile?, shower door doesn't close properly, bed was on a piece of plywood and gave my partner and I restless sleep/back pain, wires hanging everywhere, zero small kitchen items such as cooking oil or simple spices, couch felt like a sumo wrestler jumped on it.

Exactly as advertised
We came here to ski Breckenridge and hang in town and this place was perfect for that. Its seconds away from the mountain, ski in (not out), free buses to take you to the mountain, and two blocks from the middle of town.
The room is small but that's called out. The pullout bed isn't the greatest, but everything else is great. Ski lockers also help to keep the small space open. The rec area is great too!
I recommend this place if you plan to spend most of you time out of the apartment, but still a great place to crash.

Awesome location, property left some things to be desired
Overall we had a great stay. The check-in process is super easy, and the location is fantastic. The hot tub wasn't working while we were there which was one of the things we were most looking forward to after a cold day of skiing. The bed and pull out couch bed were ... not great, to say the least. However the walk to town and walk to the lift somewhat made up for the other shortcomings.

Perfect location
Stayed here one night to get a head start on a hike in the area. Location was perfect, walking distance to bars and restaurants in the downtown area, easy to find, and easy check in/out procedure.
