5 spacious double bedrooms (consisting of 2 no. twin rooms, 2 no. double rooms and 1 no. queen size master bedroom all with en-suite bathrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own small private terrace each. There is an additional w.c. situated off the dining area. Each bedroom has air conditioning.
Outside there is a swimming pool 10mx5m with a shallow end of circa 4ft and a deep end of circa 7ft plus a built in bench seat in the shallow end for additional relaxation and a hand rail and steps for easy access to the pool for all ages. Pool heating is included within the rental price.
There is plenty of outside seating and sun loungers located in the garden area and a large brick built BBQ provided.
The lawned area also provides plenty of space for our 2 boys to run around and play outside games. The garden is fully fenced with an electric gate.
The outside table and chairs located on the covered veranda provide plenty of space for 8 adults to sit and eat comfortably and there are more tables and chairs that could be added should this be required.
If you're looking for other activities we also have a table tennis table at the villa for your personal use as well as a jacuzzi / hot tub all of which are included within the rental price of the villa.
The driveway provides sufficient parking for 2 cars and there is ample space to park on the road outside as we are located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
The villa is front line on the 3rd hole of the Pestana Gramacho golf course and is only 2 minutes walk from clubhouse. There is also a small local shop which is open every day only 5 minutes walk from the villa where you can buy all of those essentials.
Inside there is a large well equipped open plan kitchen and we have recently renewed the hob, fridge freezer, microwave, saucepans etc and most importantly added a new wine rack for safe storage of those holiday requirements! We have also just added an air fryer and electric pressure cooker making those times when you just need fries or rice a lot easier!
There is a large dining table with 8 chairs but others can be brought in from the garden if required and we have had many a fine evening meal with 12 of us fitting around the large dining table.
There is a spacious lounge area with television, 3 sofas and 2 large bean bags ideal for relaxing in the evening after a hard days golf and swimming! The television has many satellite channels again provided within the rental price of the villa.
Included within your booking price is a welcome pack of the essential items such as tea, coffee, milk, beer, wine, to name but a few to help you settle in to your holiday the minute you arrive.
Other questions often asked by guests prior to their visit is regarding hairdryers and pool towels - to answer those questions in advance - we have 2 hairdryers provided within the villa for your use and numerous pool towels - so that should help make your luggage lighter!
This is our home too so we are continually updating and improving and we hope you will love it as much as we do. We recently had problems with the cleaning company and have now replaced them with immediate effect. Post rental inspections are now undertaken to ensure that every guest receives the best possible experience on their holiday. We have also recently renewed all of the bed linen and soft furnishings and the villa has been completely redecorated inside and out. The rental price of this villa is not the cheapest because we are continually investing in its appearance, facilities and management. We care passionately about our villa and that you have a fantastic time here.
There are no hidden extras if you decide to book - the hot tub, pool heating, wi-fi, satellite TV and welcome pack are all included within the price you pay. The damage deposit is due on booking however assuming no damage has been caused during you stay or excessive cleaning required this will be fully refunded within 14 days of your departure.
If you are looking for other things to do whilst you are here - the picturesque small coastal town of Carvoeiro with it's beautiful beach and great selection of restaurants and small shops is only 10 minutes drive (10-15 euros in a taxi). Similarly Ferragudo is a similar distance and the town of Portamao with a larger selection of shops is only a few minutes further. The historic town of Silves is about 30 minutes by car and there are numerous beaches and small coves all along the coast only a few minutes drive from the villa.
If you're needing to entertain the children further the Slide and Splash water park is 5 minutes drive and Zoo Marine with its aquatic shows including an amazing dolphin display is about 20 minutes drive.

When we bought our villa we were not necessarily looking for one on a golf course but have found this to be the perfect setting. The peaceful environment and easy access to the clubhouse restaurant and shop is perfect and then a short taxi ride to the busier life of various bars, restaurants and shops works really well.
