The hotel is very wellknown by business person. It is in a good location. the room is clean, fair price ( no more local

Clean, fair price ( no more local tax), nice breakfast. The receptionist both Serina and Erika are very helpful. The maid was also very pleasant.

Pillows should be brought to the sun to let them smell good.

Canadian work and leisure driving trip in Italy

The reception staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast staff took a while to warm up. The location is good for some great restaurants and the center of town. The rooms and public areas were very clean . If you are interested in Facist architecture, then Latina is an excellent location to visit

For a four star hotel, the room furniture is very dated and as is curtains and bedding. It was the most expensive hotel in our two week Italian driving trip and was not worth it. The bed was comfortable but not the pillows. The parking is not convenient as you have to pay with coins to the amount of 8 euros a day. It was not a terrible stay but also not what I had hoped for with price and rating for this area.

Exceptional

very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. we also had dinner at the hotel - also outstanding and at a fair price. i rarely give a "10". this means this hotel, as i see it, is exceptional when comparing cost and what you get. i recommend considering having dinner at the hotel. nice top-roof place and, at least when we were there, delicious dishes.

for future guests: the hotel does not have a parking lot. you have to leave the car "on the street". it is not a problem to find parking - i am just mentioning this, so it does not come as a surprise.

The hotel was nice staff was always available

The staff and room were very nice staff made us comfortable even though we knew limited Italian. Would recommend but beds were not very comfortable. Would be nice to have access to Netflix

Breakfast was not worth attending. Seemed to be same food daily. Wasn’t fresh daily. No hot food choices. The food was left overs from the days before not fresh.

Clean

Room was too cold always although outside was warm, there was no coffee possibility, neither a water boiler. There was no beer opener even and I had to go the reception to open it. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen too uncomfortable and leaking from the top although room was pretty big. The coffee at breakfast was bad so I was going out to get one and overall it is surprising that this is a 4 star hotel. I had to stay a lot of days for work but there is nothing to do in the room and neither Netflix possibility. Finally I expected a decent gym but there was no bench no weights and no mat so the gym was useless too. It was disappointing and price was high as there is nothing besides an uncomfortable bed. Even dinner was expensive, I paid 42 euros for pasta and a salad which is normally 1/3 of this price outside.

great location just in city center. big spacious rooms with natural light. staff helpful and kind. nice breakfast.

matress and bed super hard, you can feel the strings. air conditiones hard to regulate, arrives directly to face.

Breakfast was excellent with wide choices of cereals fruits, breads meats sweets etc Might need a little improvement on the coffee machine. The service and the staff were absolutely delightful, my compliments to them.

I didn't like the sunday trading hours as we've suffered jetlag from a very lomg flight and needed the coffee shot earlier than 7.30. I found that there were probably too many sweets For my style of breakfast. I also wasn't happy that I wasn't able to use the terrace on the top floor!

Disappointed with closed restaurant but everything was otherwise up to scratch!

Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast. We managed to eat once at the restaurant and the food was really great! Great Chef!

Hmmm… the fact that the hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday and 15th August compelled us to eat very very bad in the area. It was really bad that the hotel closed the festaurant when it had quite a number of guests.

No satisfactory and would never recommend it!

Central, chef of the restaurant friendly

No housekeeping in daily basis, no trolley assistance, no parking, public parking to be paid from night till next day because missing parking, no welcoming staff (except chef of restaurant), location not safe, many strange people around and coming inside the hotel, garbage problem, bad smell around the hotel, all garbage for 1 week outdoor and indoor not replaced or changed, I would never recommend such hotel, staff rude and not social, tv only 1 channel, shower very very tight and small, housekeeping leaving at 11 am meaning no housekeeping for a week! Arrival and departure with heavy bags without help till the public parking near the hotel.

OK experience.

Breakfast, a good selection. Positiv to the fact that there were very little noise from the outside. Room / bathroom very clean.

Bed too firm / hard. I prefer a light duve, here it was just a light sheet, which is ok in the summer, but not in march. Restaurant closed on Sundays! Hotel recommended Lárco around the corner, that was a good experience. Also the room had a quite strong flowery smell! Smell of fresh air is better.

The hotel is in the center of Latina. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities nearby.

The beds are very hard.

I believe there are better options in the same area.

Very basic Break fast, very few options, one day there were no more bread.

no private parking, first day I had to park 500 metere away in a blue stripes parking slot

Exceptional

It was wonderful! The staff were so nice to include the waiter at the restaurant. The food was wonderful, I recommend the menu completo! The room was very very clean and the location was close to everything. Parking was right nearby. Very happy with my time there!
