Perfecta ubicación y trato!!

Reforma perfecta, amabilidad. Buen trato. Muy bien!!!

Creo que el desayuno necesita un reajuste. No hemos desayunado mal, pero creo que falta algo. No hay fruta, zumo de naranja de bote. POR FAVOR !! PRODUCTO NACIONAL!!!

El parque que tiene cuando te asomas a la terraza,la cama es muy cómoda.

El que no tenga parking. Pero no fue tampoco un problema.

Hotel caro para lo que es

Hotel remodelado que han puesto suelo y camas nuevas en las habitaciones.

La recepción del hotel es compartida con recogida llaves apartamentos. El precio se ha disparado en comparación con el anterior hotel (Ayamonte Center). Estuvimos dos días sin tele hasta que lo solucionaron. La cisterna del baño está estropeada. Se oye mucho ruido a pesar que pedimos habitación tranquila y sin ruido. El desayuno es muy muy escaso, no vale el precio, no es buffet y la camarera solo te dice que hay café, tostada,zumo y poco más, algún dia hay melón pero no siempre tienen fruta. Empiezo a entender por qué la gente cada vez más alquila apartamentos turísticos y no hoteles. Hotel muy caro para lo que es, antes (Ayamonte Center) si merecía la pena porque eran precios más asequibles, ahora no merece la pena

El bar restaurante del hotel que se comparte con no clientes del hotel Y que no reúne los requisitos para cobrar el desayuno como un desayuno buffet. Tiene muchas deficiencias para lo que se paga

La limpieza de la habitación

El bar restaurante del hotel. Abre a las ocho y media y cierra a las 12 de la noche. Si llegas a las once de la noche a tomar un café te lo niegan porque tienen que recoger para cerrar a las doce. El desayuno no tiene buffet te lo sirven en la misma mesa que usan clientes de la calle que no son del hotel y les faltan cosas. En la habitación faltan perchas y en el cuarto de baño no hay sitio para colocar nada

Goed hotel in het centrum van Ayamonte

Mooi gerenoveerd hotel! Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Je kan ook lekker wat eten of drinken in het restaurant. Lekker Dolce Gusto machine met veel 'gratis' keuze. Al bij al zeker de moeite waard om in het centrum van Ayamonte te verblijven.

Met eb een nare luchtje uit de badkamers. Maar ik had de raam opengezet voor de rest geen last meer.

Very fine for a night or two

Proper hotel with all rooms overlooking an established park with beautiful tall trees. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Nice private balcony. Short walk into the edge of the old town where the activities, restaurants and cafes are. The cleaning staff attended the room every day. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Supermarket adjacent to hotel. Ayamonte is trending to good food offerings, the best being reservation only, as well as many great cafes with interesting tapas and full lunch menus.

The WiFi in my room on the 3rd floor was intermittent, iPhone often was ok but my iPad never in 5 days reached a level where it could be used, thus preventing me from working. My first 2 days were on the 1st floor where both did work. Hot water in the shower was often not available in the mornings, but usually ok in the afternoons. The only chair in my room was a cheap and very uncomfortable one, which was a shame especially compared to the elegant, comfortable ones in the hallways. So, this didn't work for me during the long siestas. I could find no terrace bar for a drink, as advertised. The hotel, other than a vending machine with a few items, had no facilities other than its rooms and helpful receptionists. This is based on a week's stay. For those needing one night, these concerns may not apply.

The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable.

Being a hotel I would now expect a fixed hairdryer in the bathroom, which there was not,

Great hotel with helpful staff and excellent facilities

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Clean hotel. Excellent facilities. Would recommend and definitely the best accommodation in Ayamonte.

Exceptional

Good location, cafe, bar and food However, the receptionist was brilliant For complicated reasons by passport was catching me up in the post so didn’t have one when I booked in. In the morning I was trying to get my bicycle brakes fixed, and the receptionist also worked in bike shop, so although, in theory, they couldn’t do it that day, he had me fixed in half an hour. What more can you say about good service!!

Pleasant, clean and fairly central

This hotel has reasonably sized comfortable rooms with balcony's. The rooms are a little dated but I have always found them to be clean and pleasant. The hotel has limited facilities, but this is not an issue since it is a five minute walk to the centre of Ayamonte where there are many places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The separately run cafe on the ground level could have better breakfast and upgrading the quality of the coffee would be a big improvement. However, I guess this is not within the control of the hotel.

The advertised cafeteria was closed so there was nowhere to get breakfast. There was a cafeteria about 200 meters away on the opposite side of a busy road. My wife walks with difficulty so this wasn’t very satisfactory. If we had known the situation, we wouldn’t have booked.

Very good covid protocol. Clean and wide room. We enjoyed our stay.

Electricity plugs in the room could be better distributed, but that’s a minor detail.
