1, The location is great.
2, The staff are very friendly and helpful.
3, The room service charge is £10 on top of your food cost. This is approx double of other places I stay.
4, The room was very spacious and nicely furnished.
5, The rediculous number of breakfast reservation emails I received each day, even days after I had left.

Sound at night of a radiator or something. The bathroom was also a little tired and bits from tap missing etc

Everything from the room to the food and the staff are first class would do anything for you and beautiful views
Nothing was all unreal

Super cosy and relaxed
Our stay wasn’t long enough!

Rooms were recently renovated and much fresher. Breakfast was delicious.
Lack of options in the bar menu. Lack of space in the pool are for relaxation.

location
staff were very poor, not just a few individuals but every member of staff. Long wait times for drinks/food & didnt seem to have basic things such as pineapple juice.
Was also laughed at when I asked if I could enjoy a drink in the seats outside near the spa.
A simple 'no, sorry' would have been suffice.
4.5
Breakfast really great
coffee very good and the lounge very comfortable.
outside sitting arrea really good as the weather allowed us to sit out in the sunshine
dinner on sunday night only offered in the bar area. Food was ok rather than exceptional.

Hotel was comfortable. Room was fine but not outstanding. Breakfast was enjoyable as was dinner in the Loughside Grill.
The WiFi was poor generally. It kept cutting out in the room and wasn't accessible at all where we were seated in the Loughside Grill for dinner. This upset my son considerably (he has additional needs). The fact we had to leave the hotel to walk to the Loughside Grill was also a minor irritation.

Breakfast was fantastic, great selection of buffet food and additional menu that you can order from
Loved everything

I would highly recommended Breakfast was exceptional. Lounge area was soo comfortable. Free papers. Friendly staff. Lovley sauna and steam room.
The resturant we had chosen was closed on sundays for fine dining. The other resturant was slightly outside the hotel 1min nothing major but the food was very basic no garnish or frills(something you could do at home). Bar snack were ok. Cocktails a bit over priced. €11.50. An option to have a coffee sitting out side the pool area in the morning after our swim and before showering would have been lovely. Even we had to pay..

stunning grounds and view stayed in newly refurbished wing
shower could have been bigger and breakfast was just ok

It was fantastic from we arrived until we left food excellent room was fantastic and surroundings were beautiful will definitely be back!

All clean and well managed by staff. Breakfast was decent. Room was spacious.
It was hot like a nursing home in all the common spaces. We managed to turn off heat and left windows open so room was barable. Overwhelming heat everywhere else though!
Beds (2 singles) were not hotel level comfortable. But lumpy and slightly sore backs for both of us.
The restaurant up the hill, Loughside bar and grill, was horrific. Worst food I have paid for in years, maybe ever. Shocking. Avoid at all costs. Hotel bar food and hotel fine dining looked fine though.
4.5
staff are 10/10, clean, the turn down service, acknowledgment of my partner's birthday, breakfast was beautiful
perhaps slightly more seating to relax poolside if I had to pick

The property is beautiful! The staff was amazing, especially the doormen. I had a massage that was fantastic and I loved the pool with views outside. The room was good sized and clean. Breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here.
I would suggest some artwork on the walls of the room. Room looked pretty plain without it. The mattress on the bed felt very soft and old, so I think mattresses may need replacing.
4.5
Amazing stay. Fantastic staff.
Loved everything

Very friendly staff and the attention to customers was excellent. The breakfast was excellent with the best poached eggs I've tasted for quite a long time. I liked the Blaney Bar and the Guinness was well poured. I would probably eat there next time.
I initially thought it was a little pretentious. I was not too impressed with the bar grill. I thought the menu and wine list was limited.
4.5
Beautiful setting. view from the room was great.
bad start to the experience being told no room in hotel bar to have a drink and wait time to be served was over 30 minutes.
4.5
