Elfogadható, de sok apró hiba van a szálláson.

Kedves személyzet, a reggeli finom volt, és a szoba mérete is megfelelő volt, illetve az ágy is kényelmes volt.

Nem tetszett, hogy a fürdőszobában a zuhanytálcávól zsivárgott a víz, az íróasztal szekrényajtaja szét volt esve, illetve, hogy mikor érkeztünk arra mentünk be a szobába, hogy nyitva volt a tetőablak, így beázott a szoba, és a kanapéágy egyik oldala is vizes volt, meg a padlószőnyegen is állt a víz, mikor ezt jeleztem lent a recepción azt mondták, h nem tudnak mit kezdeni vele. A mennyezeti ventillátor nem működött így elég meleg volt a szobában.

Nu cred ca ma mai intorc vreodata!!!

Parcare ok intotdeauna sunt locuri libere, si e destul de curat in camere.

Mobilier in stare deplorabila foarte vechi iar peretii murdari. Insa cea mai mare problema e lipsa aerului conditionat, hotelul se afla pe marginea autostrazii si caii ferate si ca sa nu te sufoci vara esti nevoit sa deschizi geamul si imedeat sejurul devine infernal fara nici o sansa de somn noaptea.

Μεγάλο άνετο δωμάτιο, στα θετικά επίσης το δικό του πάρκινγκ ακριβώς μπροστά στη ρεσεψιόν.

Ένα από τα χειρότερα πρωινά, αλλαντικά με κασέρι, τσουρέκι κ ένα βραστό βαμμένο αυγό λόγω Πάσχα. Μας έβαλαν στον τρίτο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ στο κτήριο.

Дуже привітний персонал, новий, чистий готель. Сучасні номери, з зручними ліжками, білосніжною білизною. незавантаженість гостями дає тишу і комфорт. неймовірні сніданки, ми були в час святкування Пасхи, сніданок був дуже красиво сервірований і креативний

розташований над трасою і недалеко від колії залізниці, але вікна в двір номера цю незручність дещо компенсують

It was a rather unpleasant experience, so that it determined me to never choose to stay there again.

I liked that it is an easily accessible location with a beautiful surrounding landscape.

I did not like the attitude and lack of professionalism of the person I interacted with at the reception and at breakfast. I also didn't like the breakfast and the breakfast service. Breakfast was always the same, with no choice, and low quality products. On the first morning, after the first two or three customers, the coffee ran out and was not refilled immediately, to have the others. Also, there was only one person who took care of the reception and breakfast. When there were more customers at breakfast, we had to wait a long time.

If you need to only sleep, it is ok for a few hours stop.

We needed a location by the road, as we were leaving to another place. Was only a sleep stop. They accepted late checkin (1:00 am). The sheets were clean. Did not use the shower.

It could use better cleaning. The bathroom door would not close. In the bathroom there was bad sewage smell (did not see a vent so we can air it). Even if we paid about 90 euro, there was not even a glass in the room, so we can pour water in (we brought our own water as there is no option for minibar). There is no elevator, so we climbed 3 floors with luggage. The breakfast was poor and the tables were unclean. We were only given the choice for omelet or fried eggs. The salami was not that great. There was so mustard or ketchup for the sausage. The person serving us, was reluctant to bring my 9 yo son, breakfast (even if we paid for it), for the reason that the plate is too much, and to not waste it if he doesn’t eat all. It is first time this happens to us. The coffee was poor and the machine worked only for one coffee. The water was spilled over the table so we decided not to drink anything. There were no other options for drinks.

Excellent value for the room, we stayed for a week and were very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful, our rooms were tidy and cleaned almost every day. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay and will return in the future

I met the weakest staff. They didnt give us breakfast anymore because they didn't have the goods anymore. At 9:30 the table were emty. I asked for my money to be returned for breakfast and a boy, Benete Leonard refused me saying that is it. He was also in the dining room and at the reception. Dna Paraschiv, the manager, could not be found to resolve the situation and to teach employees how to receive guests, not indifference and bad words. To bad 😡

Quite good hotel

The staff speaks English. Breakfast is good enough. An additional chair was provided. A lot of places to park our cars.

Issues with the internet. It was not stable, so meetings were hard to conduct. We were told that it's a temporary issue due to snow.
