Muy céntrico y a la vez tranquilo

La ubicación, lo mejor. El personal de recepción y el portero muy amables. Nada ruidoso para estar en el centro.

La habitación pequeña, sólo cabía una mesita de noche. La ducha poco práctica y no salía agua caliente. El desayuno hay que salir del hotel e ir a otro establecimiento, lo que no es muy cómodo; además, recogieron el buffet muy pronto, a las 10:10h.

God beliggenhed

Beliggenheden er genial - forudsat man er okay med lidt larm i gaden om aftenen og om natten. Der er også lidt udrykning en gang imellem. Fin altan hvorfra man kunne følge se ned på gågaden.

Morgenmaden indtages på en café rundt om hjørnet men udvalget er ringe. Vi valgte derfor at betale for morgenmad på andre cafeer de øvrige morgener. Badeværelset var småt til et 4-dobbelt værelse og bruseren trængte til afkalkning og hang i loftet som i øvrigt var meget højt oppe. Lampetterne ved sengene hang mere end 1,5 m oppe, så værelsesbelysningen var ikke hyggelig.

Pleasant stay.

Large room, we booked a room for 3. 24-hour front desk super helpful. Staff very attentive and helpful, scheduling taxi for the airport. Breakfast in their restaurant was good and well organized. Convenient Location though super busy outside the building; once inside though, it’s quiet.

Bien placé mais insonorisation indigne et equipement minimaliste

L'emplacement, lits confortables, le personnel accueillant a l'hôtel et au restaurant pour le petit dejeuner.

Insonorisation digne d'une tente de camping. Réveillé 2 matins à 7h, par la valise a roulette d'une personne quittant sa chambre. Obligé de demander aux occupants d'une chambre voisine de cesser leurs bavardages apres minuit, le niveau sonore pourtant normal de leurs voix laissant malgré tout penser qu'ils se trouvaient dans la chambre. Absence de poubelle/corbeille dans la chambre, du moindre crochet dans la douche ou pres du lavabo pour suspendre les serviettes. Abscence de vue de la fenetre : un toit en zinc (peint) à 1m20 de l'ouverture

Contrastes de experiencia: ubicación ideal pero con poco confort.

Lo positivo es la ubicación excepcional en plena Plaza del Sol y la amabilidad de la recepcionista.

El desayuno en el restaurante resultó caótico: demasiada gente, servicio insuficiente y escasa variedad y cantidad de comida. En cuanto a la habitación, la falta de luminosidad y ventilación, junto con techos enormes que reducían la sensación de amplitud, son aspectos a considerar. La ducha, en el techo alto y sin telefonillo, junto con el lavabo fuera del baño, añadieron incomodidad. Sumado a ello, el ruido del pasillo interrumpía la tranquilidad, permitiendo escuchar conversaciones y pasos con facilidad desde dentro de la habitación.

La habitación correctisima, La ubicación bien, centrico ya lo escojimos con esta finalidad. La insonorización de las ventanas un 10!! súper, la calle era muy animada pero dentro silencio total.

El acceso a l'hotel nos parecio fatal. El portal ( como si de una casa se tratara ) muy feo y desconcertante. El desayuno muy bueno,. pero que esté fuera de l'hotel no nos gustó, en la reserva no lo explicaba.

Location is perfect, very nice stuff (perfect recomndetions for food, stores, places, quick taxi assistance. Room was clean, spacious with air conditioning (it was.life saver, since it was 39 outside)

I personally struggled a bit without window (technically very small window with the view on the hot metal roof of nearby building - close view so I can touch the roof, left me without any sunlight in the room).

LocAtion was central

Wifi didnt work. There was a lot of heavy construction outside which i feel you should tell people. No window in room. The breakfast place across the street was weird. Staff at the breakfast place seemed annoyed that guests came there. A strange vibe overall.

Great value and location!

The location and breakfast were awesome. All the tourist sites accessible by walking. Close to great restaurants and shopping. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Overall great place to stay for the money!

Amazing place in the heart of Madrid. Excellent staff who go above and beyond, Ana from the reception is great! Lovely spacious and very clean rooms. Good breakfast. We loved our stay there, we hope to return soon to Madrid and repeat this wonderful experience.

Very good

The property is really close to the center Puerta del Sol. The room was clean and even though we had a balcony facing the street it was quite and we could rest during the night. The breakfast was good.

Location superb, breakfast grsat.

Told initally card machine not working and asked us for cash. Told them we had no cash then machine worked lol then got told not allowed to pay in euros, it has to be our own currencey. Had little sleep due outside noise and second night we heard somebody trying to break into the building. Would likely look elsewhere next time

Location is the best thing going for it.

Room was very dark Beds were very hard Bathroom was far too small, hardly any space to move better toilet and the shower. Good job we are not big people.
