Location
Dog friendly. Surrounded by grass. Always handy with a little dog. Lovely welcoming staff. Room, although small was comfortable.
Bathroom very small, and toilet bowl was stained.

The helpful staff ..
The bathroom needs upgrading
7.0
easy to find, le Ty of parking and no issue with our dog
the shower gel dispenser was broken and the restaurant was closed - always closed from Thursday to Sunday
7.0
Difficult to find.
For a 3star hotel, the bathroom was disappointing, no kettles no hairdryer and the hot drinks machine in the corridor was unavailable.. however the bed was very comfortable and the restaurant was good.
5.0
too many police in & out all night , heavy footed up & down stairs like elephants, won’t be going back.
7.0
comfortable and adequate
A kettle and basic tea/ coffee making facilities would make for a much more enjoyable stay. The communal pay for coffee machine was broken…

Great location. Welcoming staff who took yhe trouble to arrange a ground floor room for me and my dog. Hotel was not providing food that evening but gave me excellent directions to a retail/ restaurant area a km away.
Room was clean, smart and well equipped with plenty of power points. Bathroom - small but perfectly adequate.
Very comfortable bed with 4 wonderful pillows.
Would highly recommend.
Good value for money.
Nothing - All was perfect.

A good 3* hotel. Staff were accomodating

Good position. Big car park. Decent wifi. Clean.
Very small rooms - like Japanese mini rooms. Bathrooms are metal inserts, like a box, with bath and things all moulded in. Very small.
Sheets and blankets in this day and age? Duvets please!
Lift broken! Had to carry suitcases upstairs.

Mostly perfect. The position for the Eurotunnel and the room was lovely. The evening meal was superb. Breakfast was good except for the cutlery and plates being filthy to be honest. The reception was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Dirty plates and cutlery at breakfast.

Good access late at night when the reception was closed. Comfortable bed and clean room. Plenty of parking although it is not secured with a gate, as a lot of other French hotels are. Very good breakfast and lovely breakfast room. The man on reception was very friendly and helpful.
Need a sign when you go into the 24 hour access door to show you where to go to access the hotel rooms. We went up the first set of stairs (we had been told our room was on the first floor) and ended up in what looked like the owner's accommodation - came face to face with their cat!

Nice quiet area. Really good functional rooms and comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager Michel was kind enough to provide us with an early breakfast on the Sunday.

Limited restaurant facilities. (Not open at weekends)

Staff very obliging to all requests.
Food at dinner and breakfast excellent.
Overall, highly recommended
I would prefer a walk in shower rather than over the bath.
However, if only over a bath is available, grab rails on wall would be big improvement and a great asset for elderly clients.

Room was too hot didn’t want to have window open as was on the ground floor.

the floor our rooms were located in smelt strongly of smoke, which wasn’t pleasant

The position is good for us . It is on the right side of Rouen (only 2 hours to the channel tunnel) and it takes pets. We travel with 2 dogs.
The restaurant was closed again. This was our second stay and on both occasions there has been no restaurant. One of the main reason for choosing the hotel was that it had somewhere to eat.

Staff were helpful given my appalling French. Location is good, nice neighbourhood, plenty of parking and good access to the motorway. Food is good with the option of some franchise restaurants near by.
Decor is neat and tidy but a bit 1980s, bathroom particularly needed to be updated.

StaWe enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel,it has a nice bar and restaurant, however the restaurant was closed in the evening due to it being a Saturday but there are a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk.
We did have the breakfast which was very good and good value for the money.
The property also has a nice outside seating area.
Well worth a Stay.
Would have preferred the rooms to be air-conditioned,however the manager loaned us a fan.

Staff were wonderful! So helpful and accommodating. Incredibly dog friendly. I have a dairy allergy and don’t eat meat or fish and the restaurant were more than happy to make me something suitable that was not on the menu. It was delicious.
The room was small but spotless.
Ample free parking.
Super!
Exterior looked dated, bathroom pod was old fashioned and not much room for my dad who is 6foot.

Very good location and quite
Nothing it was ok

Staff very helpful, a coach trip was visiting so restaurant was full, very handy for anyone heading through Rouen, not walkable to the City but I imagine the public transport would be very good. I will definitely return when next riding through the area.
It was extremely hot during our visit, 40 degrees, the room was very very hot and tough to sleep. I don't blame the hotel for the weather of course but fans being available would have helped.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful
The toilet in the room didnt flush properly the bathrooms are in need of refurbishment take the bath out and provide a flusing toilet and a deccent shower.

This was an overnight stop - it was quiet, comfortable, and served a good breakfast - which is what we wanted.
There was a petrol station nearby and a number of restaurants for an evening meal
No kettle in the room for morning tea :(
8.0
Clean hotel in a quiet area with good parking.
Staff helpful & friendly.
Breakfast excellent & good value for money.
Disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed in the evening at weekends (Friday, Sat & Sun).
However there are a number of restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walk (the paella at La Sangria was excellent - we ate there on Friday evening as it is closed Sat & Sunday evenings).
