near ski lift. Shopping. restaurant/shops really closed to the property.
not able to park the car near the property. ( have to pay a parking outside ).
We can't checkout easily at any time on the morning, we have to schedule a visit from 8am.

The location is very convenient, in the very centre of the village.
There were no mugs / cups in the room, we had to drink coffee from glasses.

Location very central.
Ideal for lunch breaks in apartment
Night time music till v late. Read this in the reviews but thought this would have been improved. Sadly not. The music so loud till 3am!
So disappointed with staff. We were left homeless on our first night. Tried to call to report our flight delay, but only French answer phone messages. No numbers or key codes when we arrived at 11pm. So grateful to other guests helping us. Staff could have contacted us and left details on our phone. V disappointed

The location was good once we managed to find the door. The overall size of the apartment was good and it was well presented (clean and tidy with nothing broken).
The concierge was not particularly helpful. We arrived early and knew we couldn't check in until 17:00. I called to find out where the actual door to the accomodation was and for the code to the door.
Having not received any further details than was on the reservation sheet, I called at around 15:30 to find out some information. The concierge said that a text message had been sent out and that we should receive it by 17:00 when we could check in.
At 17:00, no message had arrived and so I called but no answer. I called several times until at 17:45, someone else who had checked in let us into the building.
The concierge was surprised to see us and before saying anything else asked how we had gotten in? I said someone had let us in and she proceeded to tell US off as we shouldn't have done that. It's a good job we did as six days later we still haven't had a code come through.
There were no instructions on where the nearest bins were, only that she wouldn't be working on Monday as it was a French holiday.
I've travelled to France and worked in La Plagne for several seasons previously and I don't think I've encountered someone quite so rude who is meant to be in customer service.
The last issue were the mattresses. Bar the five year old child, we each woke up with sore backs and found the beds hard to get comfortable.

We loved the location, you couldn't be more central. The apartment itself was great, good layout and great space. It was quite modern in appearance too. Beds were comfortable. The receptionist was helpful and answered my many questions/resolved our issues. I felt sorry for her as she was always by herself and apparently only gets the information of incoming guests shortly before their arrival. She had not received any of my emails. She was pleasant and professional despite this. The lift was great.
The pre-arrival service (or lack of it) was the absolute worst I have ever received! I called over 21 times with no answer. I emailed numerous times and my queries were only half addressed when I communicated via Booking.com.
We tried to use the Odalys website to book ski passes and ski equipment but couldn't pay as the site kept saying, 'error'.
Despite asking about bedding/towels. We were not given enough clean sheets, reception was shut when we discovered this so our 10 year old had to sleep on the mattress with no sheets, duvet or pillow covers - SO disgusting! We also had to pay an additional €9 for towels for each person and €60 to park the car.
There were no mugs for tea/coffee, we had to buy some as reception was shut. No chopping board in the kitchen.
It really is such a shame as the accommodation itself and the location are excellent.

Very good location, nice and clean apt.
The front desk opening hours are very poor.
We arrived at night, no envelope /keys were waiting for us. When we finally received them, we found out there were only 3 sets of linens instead of 6. We had to traveled ourselfs to their next residance few km far, to received them. The parking which we paid for was occupied.
Staff wasnt so nice and cooperative.

Location is the best in La Plagne. Ski room just in front of ESF Piou Piou and near supermarket, pharmacy, ski hire shops, ski pass office and more. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful.
The apparent was great for 5 family members
No WiFi in the appartement at all! Only one front desk lady at reception day so it took a long wait. Front office not open all day. Our appartement was just above the entrance to the shopping center so it was noisy at nights
The bed linens were provided separately and we had to set up our beds. Extra charge for towels. (Seems to be standard in France). Covered parking is not at the same building and without elevator.

Close to the slopes.
Every night at 12.30am and at 3am people from nearby pubs would stand in front of the apartment windows and would continue the party for an hour or so... making resting after skiing impossible.
This location is perfect for people who don’t want to sleep between midnight and 4am.
The apartment is located just above the public smoking area. If you are a heavy smoker this apartment is perfect for you.
Also the apartment is adjacent to the lift, so you’ll sleep like a baby if the sound of the lift mechanism relaxes you.

It smelt of food and cigarette smoke permanently. Was constantly noisy in the early hours and carpets were filthy. Not at all what we expected and not family friendly
