NUR zum Übernachten ausreichend

Sehr vielfältiges Frühstück, nettes und sympathisches Personal. Wegen defekter Klimaanlage haben wir winen Ventilator bekommen. Badewanne!!!

Die altmodische Einrichtung lässt das Zimmer ungepflegt aussehen. Klimaanlage ohne Wirkung (Zi 51, in Zi 52 konnte die Klimaanlage wegen fehlender Regler nicht eingeschaltet werden) dadurch sehr stickig und warm im Zimmer. Teppichboden wurde nicht richtig gereinigt (Zi 51, es waren Haare von früheren Gästen auf dem Teppich). Duschvorhang in der Wanne war sehr unhygienisch...

Perfect location, spacious rooms, secure parking & friendly staff.

If you're looking for a comfortable and central place to stay in Frankfurt, this is a great option. It's close to the main station and the city centre, so it's perfect for exploring on foot. The room was spacious and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There's a fridge in the lobby where you can always get soft drinks and beer. You can park your car in the courtyard, which has a disabled parking space and an underground car park accessible by lift. There are only about 7-8 spaces in total, so it's best to book in advance. Parking costs 20 euros per day (including overnight parking until 12 o'clock the next day of departure), but it's great peace of mind if you want to keep your car close and have access to the reception 24 hours a day.

It's not a 5-star hotel, it's a very solid 3-star hotel, don't forget that, and if the soap dispenser runs out of soap, just ask at reception and you'll be helped immediately.

Very nice and convenient to have such a pleasant hotel at Frankfurt Main Station

Breakfast was very good and it was included in the very reasonable price.

I would have liked some fresh fruit such as bananas and apples or grapes.

Best Budget including Breakfast

The room is small but has all as expected, kettle, free tea and coffee, fridge, safe, wardrobe and good sized Smart TV. The shower water has great pressure and heaters and aircon are working well. But the best is the breakfast buffet with really good coffee and tea and the assortment Just Unbelievable :) Staff is friendly, informative and car park is available on premises for a fee.

Really best location , next to main city train station, walking distance to expo center (20 minutes), close to river and historical city center.. Also breakfast was very good for me.. I mean better than my expectations and enough.. Next time I will come here again..

Disappointing

They moved me in another hotel without even telling me before: I discovered it while checking in in the night. So I can't comment about Minerva, but the other hotel was fine enough for the money.

Good budget hotel in an excellent location

The location of the hotel was very good. It was within walking distance from the central station. The neighborhood looked safe, with many good restaurants, mainly from Africa and Asia, in close proximity. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. There are some seemingly unsafe areas close to the central station. However, those areas were on the other side of the station, quite far away from the location of this hotel. Therefore this hotel can be a good choice if one wants stay in a safe and interesting area within walking distance from the central station.

Two single beds were joined together to make a double bed. This might be somewhat uncomfortable for a couple.

Very good hotel with very helpful staff.

Pricewise, the breakfast is more than enough which exceeded my expectations.

Facilities seem a little bit outdated, however they are surely clean and useful.
