Das Essen im Restaurant war gut.

Die Zimmer und das Bad waren zu klein. Getränke gab es fürs Zimmer über einen Automaten, der nur mit 1 € Münzen gefüttert werden konnte.

Ideal für einen Stadtaufenthalt. Essen entspricht nicht Wunschbild des Gasthofes. Personal perfekt !

SUper freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Restaurant edel eingerichtet, Service perfekt. Lage direkt an der Innenstadt ist ideal. Ausreichend Platz an Seminarräumen.

Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Bei geöffneten Fenster kaum Ruhe. Zu wenige Parkplätze am Haus, Wellnessanlage dürftig, Essen entspricht nicht dem Erscheinungsbild und Frühstück ist riesig, aber qualitativ dürftig.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern.

Zimmer war gross und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Leider hat die Sauna Sonntags geschlossen. Fand ich sehr schade da ich mich schon darauf gefreut hatte.

We had a great time in Aschaffenburg and were pleased with the hotel with the exception of adequate parking.

The breakfast buffet was the best we have had. The location within walking distance of many sites and restaurants was great. Everything was clean and updated and the staff was helpful.

Very good

Good-sized room, very clean.

No possibility to make tea or coffee outside of breakfast. The restaurant was also closed on the day we stayed.

Perfect for one night if you're travelling.

Very friendly staff, breakfast is good, nothing special, but what you expect from a large hotel. The room was very clean and I absolutely loved the water pressure in the shower. Location is superb!

We mentioned that we were travelling with a dog and the room was really on the small side. Especially when travelling with a large dog. If one sits behind the desk, the other can't easily walk to the other side of the room because of the bed.

A cozy, quiet and comfortable hotel, near the quaint centre of town and the river Main.

The Location is very good, as it is only a short walk to the city centre. The room was a bit overheated when we got in, but opening the windows and letting some fresh air in, took care of that very quickly. It was a nice, quite room. Breakfast offered a very good selection of local and international food. We appreciated the parking available next to the hotel. The Main river is a short walk away from the hotel, which provided a wonderful exercise area for us and our dog.

We had a few items that we would have liked to deposit in the room's safe, however, the safe was locked from the previous guest. When we reported this at reception, we just got a shoulder shrug and an "oh". No offer was made to unlock the safe. Only when we reported it again at check out the next morning, to different staff, were we told "Thanks for telling us; we'll look into it right away".

Very good

The room had carpet which I like, it made it really cozy. It also had a mini fridge good for keeping water cold. The breakfast was really good, the only problem was that due to Covid19 there was no buffet.

The room floor was creaky, and it made sound when I walked on it, the floor on the hallway was also a bit creaky which made it annoying, specially when someone was walking outside late at night. The toilet wouldn't flush fully, you should have tried several times to make it work.

Classic German style hotel

Although the reception (being renovated now) is crapes, and the corridors a labyrinth, the double room was very spacious, above average, and very modern in a new-German style. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast is old school German, so awesome! One of the best during my stay in Europe. There is some free parking, also rare. The bar is very small, but being renovated and enlarged right now. So future travelers should expect a decent size. My son got a single room with a skinny bed, but he was satisfied with it like I was.

Great location and staff. Very quirky hotel and walking distance from river and restaurants. Great stay and will be back.

Couple of things, bed was squeaky and the parking was tight but did have parking spaces about 50m away.

Convenient hotel in Aschaffenburg

Location was perfect for me, right next to the bridge. Great to have parking on site.

I didn't like the shower which couldn't be hung on the wall, you have to hold it while you are showering. Staff wasn't especially friendly when we checked in.
