Wir waren rundum begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

Super Lage im Herzen von Rüttenscheid, sehr freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen, viel Liebe zum Detail in jeglicher Hinsicht. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut. Wir waren rundum begeistert! Ich kann das Hotel zu 100 Prozent empfehlen!

DAS HOTEL BEKOMMT VON MIR EINE GROßE EMPFEHLUNG! IN ESSEN WERDE ICH DORT GERNE WIEDER NÄCHTIGEN.

ICH WAR FÜR 3 NÄCHTE IM HOTEL. MEIN ZIMMER IN DER ERTSEN ETAGE WAR GROß, ABER ZUR STRAßE GELEGEN. ICH BAT DARUM UM EIN RUHIGERES ZIMMER, DAS MIR PROBLEMLOS ZUR VERFÜGUNG GESTELLT WURDE. DIESES ZIMMER IN DER 3. ETAGE WAR ZWAR RECHT KLEIN, HATTE ABER MIT SCHRANK, KLEINEM SCHREIBTISCH UND STUHL ALLES WAS MAN BRAUCHT. ZUDEM WAR ES WUNDERBAR RUHIG ZUM GRÜNEN INNENHOF GELEGEN UND AM MORGEN WURDE ICH VOM LIEBLICHEN VOGELGESANG GEWECKT. DAS FRÜHSTÜCKSBUFFET WAR SEHR ABWECHSLUNGSREICH, GERADEZU ÜPPIG UND EINE FREUDE FÜR JEDEN GESCHMACK. BESONDERS TOLL FAND ICH DIE LUNCHTÜTE, DIE IM FRÜHSTÜCK INBEGRIFFEN IST UND JEDEM GAST ZUR VERFÜGUNG STAND.

LEIDER GIBT ES KEINEN AUFZUG. DAS MUSS MAN WOHL WISSEN, FALLS MAN NICHT GUT ZU FUß IST, DIE TREPPE IST ABER GUT ZU GEHEN - BREIT MIT FESTEM HANDLAUF.

Das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich, das Frühstück sehr gut, das Zimmer karg, Badezimmer winzig

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage für uns praktisch wegen der Nähe zum Folkwang Museum.

Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein. Waschbecken winzig.

Beautiful experience!

Very good staff available to any request for clarification and explanations regarding places to dine. places also present on the tablet in the room. The structure has made umbrellas available to go out as, when we arrived, it was pouring rain. big breakfast in small room, but with everything. With breakfast they also provide a bag to take away as a packed lunch or snack. A wonderful initiative especially appreciated by those who travel and have little time to stop. .

Non-air-conditioned room with small bathroom and television without international channels, but these small flaws are amply compensated by the kindness, services and location of the structure. Highly recommended hotel

Very well placed hotel for a visit to Messe Essen, functional and clean

Good location for the Messe Essen exhibition centre. we walked it in 15 minutes but it is a short walk from a metro station and then two stops. Took us about an hour to get to and from Dusseldorf airport by train. A selection of restaurants and bars also nearby. Staff could not have been more helpful. Good breakfast as well and they allowed us to leave our bags there for most of the day after we checked out. Hotel gave us a city-wise travel pass which covered all buses, trams and trains, even as far as the airport on our way back..

The lighting in the room was a bit stark - bright overhead light or small bedside reading lamps were the only options. And not to be ungrateful but it would have been even better if we could have been sent the travel pass before we arrived, then we would not have had to buy train tickets from the airport!

Was in town for a conference. The rooms are a bit small, but also provided everything I needed.

Breakfast was great and the staff were really helpful. On arrival, the reception manager even helped me to find a parking space, which is quite difficult in the area of the hotel.

Quaint Hotel with Delicious Breakfast in a Perfect Location

This property was perfectly situated in an area of town that allowed us to be close to both shops and delicious food. The room was very nice and had large windows to let in natural light. We absolutely LOVED the breakfast and would highly recommend it to anyone going it was a delicious selection and started our day off perfectly. The staff was very friendly and we would definitely stay again.

The only hard thing was that we did rent a car and parking was slightly hard to find at first. I would recommend going to the large parking lot about a block away from the hotel and once we found that we had no issues with parking going forward!

Comfortable and satisfying staying!

I have really appreciated the kindness and availability of the staff. It is an old structure, with a charm and it is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very nice and the breakfast room was comfortable. In the room, there was a kettle with tea and coffee and it was really appreciated.

Nothing in particular, maybe I can signalise that the bed sheets were a bit old, although very clean. Maybe I would have appreciated a different soap option, but it wasn't that relevant.

Lovely hotel with warm atmosfere, serviceoriented staff that genuiely wants you to have a great stay!

cute little hotel very close to metro, Nice and personal and a very serviceoriented staff. small but very Clean room, delicious breatfast. made everyone lunch bag for free to take with us. In the evening they even made a plate of sandwiches for People to have for a late evening snack.

the bread at breakfast was a little boring - that is absolutely they only thing that wasn’t just awesome.
