die problemlose Schlüsselübergabe ohne Rezeption; das Frühstück war sehr gut - sehr viel Obst und Gemüse!;

Das Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Aufzug, aber für 1 Nacht kein Problem.

Sauberes, gutes, kleines Hotel ohne viel Schnickschnack, aber das Wesentliche passt.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage zu meinem Zielort war perfekt.

Der PIN-Code zum Reinkommen kam erst nach dem Einchecken. Glücklicherweise war die Rezeption noch besetzt.

wanted to be near the railway station after a holiday east of Karlsruhe. The Elite was good value, quiet and friendly.

close to the railway station but in a nice quiet position. nice big bathroom.

Afordable and nice

Clean and comfortable hotel, a very friendly staff, soft beds, a calm space, not far from the city center and the train station, and affordable price. Overall - it leaves a very positive impression.

Hotel Elite is over priced. It is far from shops for late evening arrivals. All v unfriendly

Breakfast is ok. Not good for vegan and non-meat. No toaster that I could. Coffee machine needed emptied but when I informed reception, I got a very grumpy response from chap who barked ‘there are jugs of coffee on the tables’. As there was no staff in breakfast room not sure how guests are meant to know this as no cups on tables. ´

I specifically asked if I might have a double bed when booking as site suggests it can accommodate such requests. My first night was paid by an organisation that booked me a single room. When I asked grumpy chap about moving for second night (booked at high rate via Booking com) to room with double bed, as promised online, he said rudely sorry we are full. As the breakfast room had only two people each morning I do not believe this statement and told him so. Added to this on my first morning after a long journey my room door was opened before 8:00 am by the lady cleaning rooms with no knock in advance and an expectation that I might not be sleeping there. Finally when you arrive in the evening you get your key from an outside box with no human reception!

Very good

Nice clean acommodation, we were here for one night sleep returning from France and it was sufficient. Very nice surprise was breakfast which was amazing and very various. Definitely worth for price.

I can’t review location as we didn’t go anywhere but it didn’t seem to be too far away from the city centre. Minus was that our room was facing inner courtyard which was noisy and you had to keep shades down all the time if you didn’t want to have people from the other building looking into your room:)

Quick overnight stop near Central train station

Advanced info about contact less checkin. Front desk was closed but was provided easy instructions on room key retrieval.

Nothing really. In fact, even the buffet breakfast was exceptional.

Great stay, I would book it again if visiting Karlsruhe.

Very quiet location, conveniently in between train station and city center, clean room and nice breakfast. Convenient check-in and check-out. Parking spot was relatively easy to find.

I think breakfast ended at 9am and would be nice to have it extended to say 9:30am.

It was ok, just a bit expensive for the offering...

The hotel is from afternoon without reception: If you have problems... they're going to remain yours. In the evening it was noisy. Not too much, but quite was not.

A hotel with a great breakfast.

I wanted a hotel with a nice breakfast and I got it. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go from this hotel.

I requested a single room and the room was small but everything worked well.

Elite is a nice little hotel with easy access from the highway... many restaurants around! Very good for a 1 night stay. And good breakfast! :)

Check-in is a bit weird... reception is open only in the mornings.

A very comfortable stay in this excellent unpretentious hotel.

I had room 405 which was a lovely big, light and spacious room. There was an air conditioner. The bed was very comfortable indeed. The shower was excellent with a detachable head and good flow even though the room was on the top floor so no water pressure problems. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

The only downfall was the soap was empty on the sink and was not refilled on my second day.

Excellent budget option in a surprisingly interesting city

This is a superb hotel on a quiet residential street within a fifteen minute walk from Karlsruhe Hauptbahnhof. I only stayed the one night, but I certainly rued the missed opportunity to stay longer. Check in via the key safe on the outside of the building was swift & painless. The room I had (room 111) was very spacious, the double bed incredibly comfortable (by far the best night's sleep I had on the entire ten night stay in Germany), and the tower fan provided some much needed relief from the intense heat of the time. I was also impressed by the free mini bar offering a selection of chilled beer, Coca-Cola Zero & water. The highlight for me has to be the included breakfast buffet, which offered a vast array of cereals, yoghurts, cheese, ham, as well as cooked foods - Nürnberger sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and even ćevapčići, as well as various teas, coffees, and fruit juices. I have made a mental note to stay here the next time I am coming through this area of Germany. An excellent experience!

The only slight disappointment was the fact that the orange juice on the breakfast buffet was, in fact, orange juice drink, i.e. orange juice mixed with water. I would have preferred pure orange juice.
