Excellent, very friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, excellent breakfast

Bin etwas enttäuscht wie man uns behandelt hat, wobei das Personal immer dabei recht freundlich gewirkt hat.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet

Das Einchecken war nicht möglich. Unser Zimmer war um 14:30 nicht fertig. Deshalb war das Betreten des Hotels durch den Einlassautomaten nicht möglich. Ich musste anrufen, Personal kam dann, Gab uns dann ein Ersatzzimmer, gefühlt im Keller, kleine Fenster, ein Meter entfernt eine weiße Mauer. Das zweite Problem war, dass wir am ersten Abend um 20:39 gestört wurden, es wurde stark 2mal an unsere Zimmertür geklopft. Die Dame von der Rezeption sagte, dass noch eine offene Rechnung vorhanden sei. Auf Nachfrage was das sei, der gebuchte Parkplatz und die Kurtaxe sei noch zu bezahlen. Aber genau, das haben wir beim Einchecken gefragt und uns wurde gesagt, dass das reicht wenn wir das am Übernächsten Tag beim Aushecken bezahlen. Wir haben bezahlt und konnten dann weiterschlafen. Es wäre durchaus noch 2mal beim Frühstück möglich gewesen uns anzusprechen und uns nicht am ersten Tag unseres Aufenthalts um 20:39 zu stören.

ich kann nur weiter Empfehlen

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und befindet sich direkt im Stadtzentrum. Es gibt auch einen kleinen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber ausreichend sauber. Besonders gefallen haben mir das bequeme Bett und die saubere Bettwäsche

Der etwas überhöhte Preis hat mir nicht gefallen. Allerdings, da die Schweiz in der Nähe ist, waren wohl auch keine günstigeren Preise zu erwarten. Außerdem hat mir die sehr kleine Parkfläche nicht gefallen – es gibt nur drei winzige Stellplätze

Affordable stay close to the train station

The room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom was renovated. A few parking spots available for 10€ extra.

Single room had old furniture and reminded me of a dorm room with an already overused and bent mattress. The door was very thin, so that every noise from outside could be heard. Bathroom lacked hangers for towels and clothes.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel Jägerhaus

Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 15 Minuten Fußläufig vom Bahnhof und der Innenstadt entfernt. Schöne hergerichtete Zimmer und warme Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Zimmer zur Straßenseite haben gute Isolierung, bei geschlossenen Fenster kaum Straßenlärm hörbar. Nettes Empfangspersonal sowie Personal am Morgen zum Frühstück. Reichhaltige Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.

Einer Beanstandung wurde stattgegeben durch Zimmertausch. Bei der Übernachtung im Vormonat war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig . Weckruf war nicht möglich.

Nice short stay in Singen

Nice staff - comfy bed - hot shower - good breakfast selection

In the morning, someone just unlocked our door without knocking or announcing themselves. We found out it was maintenance, however we didn’t ask for maintenance at 9am and they didn’t even knock before just unlocking an occupied unit.

Good for traveling on a low budget.

You can easily walk to a number of restaurants in the area.

There are only a couple of free parking spaces, so be prepared to walk or pay for parking. There is no food available on site, except for breakfast. The room was not modernized and the bathroom was tiny.

The room was great, good bed and bathroom.

Reception closes quite early, and the front door gets locked (no late check-in here!). This encourages the local homeless to use the entrance as a meeting place where they smoke and drink. After a meal out I returned and found them quite menacing and it certainly makes the place look more like a hostel than a hotel. I left too early to benefit from breakfasts. No bar.

Disappointing

The staff was not present during the period it was stated that it was possible to check in. We called maybe 10-20 times to get to the staff and were told two of the times they actually picked up thst we had to wait 5 min. Almost 45 minutes later, someone appeared who did not speak any English. Fortunately, another German-speaking guest was in the same situation as us and was there to translate.
