Hôtel vieillissant, salle de bain à refaire ! Piscine également dans son jus pratiquement jamais pied pas beaucoup de bain de soleil. Personnel peu sympathique !! Beaucoup d’ascenseurs et pas très rassurant sur les bruits… parking complètement plein et pas pratique. Wifi coupe constamment bref 4 étoiles je ne suis pas certaine que cet établissement les mérite. Je n’y reviendrai pas.

Sejour tres sympathique en famille.

Petit dejeuners corrects. Manque de rangements dans la salle de bain : pas de tablette, pas d'etagere.....

Nice location, but not really a 3-star quality hotel

The hotel was in a very good location, the room was large for 4 people, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

The room was not very clean, the carpet was broken and with spots in different parts. The mattresses of both sofa-beds were full of yellow spots and the furniture in the patio was also dirty and there was even a cigarette left on the coffee table.

Die Lage ist gut. Zentral und doch ruhig.

Frühstück wie in einer Kantine. Geschmacklich war es in Ordnung. Hatte mit Parkplatz über Booking gebucht. Komplettpreis angezeigt bekommen. Im Hotel sollte ich dann noch 15,00 EUR pro Nacht für den Parkplatz bezahlen. Habe natürlich nicht bezahlt. Preis entspricht nicht der Kategorie.

Centralt hotell med utsikt och väldigt god service.

Utmärkt läge, nära till hamnen. Fantastisk personal med stort fokus på gästerna. Bra frukost. Bra med parkering vid boendet.

La colazione buona ed abbondante. Posizione ottima con ampi spazi sia interni che esterni

Hotel bien situé, chambres lumineuses avec vue mer et bonne literie

Suite à un soucis technique avec la chaudière centrale, nous risquions de ne pas avoir d’eau chaude lors de notre séjour. En dédommagement pour cela, l’hotel nous a offert les frais de parking, et nous a surclassé dans une suite junior. Au final, nous avons eu de l’eau chaude. Donc merci encore pour le geste, et pour la gestion de la situation. La literie était bonne, et la suite spacieuse. Le petit-déjeuner buffet propose un large choix de produits salés et sucrés, nous l’avons beaucoup apprécié.

L’isolation des chambres entre elles ainsi qu’avec les couloirs de passage est vraiment mauvaise. Nous entendions tout ce qui se passait chez les voisins d’à-côté mais aussi au-dessus, et chaque passage dans le couloir.

De locatie was prima, parking was fijn, arriveer vroeg want vol is vol

We hadden een grote drie persoonskamer maar die was wel met uitzicht op een blinde muur, kamer was daardoor nogal donker en ongezellig

Posizione comoda , personale cortese, stanza confortevole, una vacanza di pieno relax

Hotel in posizione strategica, preziosa la possibilità di parcheggio privato a prezzi adeguati, stanza molto bella (avevamo prenotato stanza standard poi ci hanno fatto upgrade a stanza più confortevole senza che lo chiedessimo !!), personale molto cortese.

Dispiace constatare come unico punto debole la doccia , scomoda con ancora una tendina di delimitazione datata e igienicamente non adeguata. Strano che la temperatura dell'acqua calda fosse solo tiepida, abbiamo richiesto intervento del personale, che è stato sollecito ma non del tutto risolutivo.

Prima verblijf op een goede locatie

Wij hebben hier niet ontbetenen en het hotel ligt op een prima locatie. Met de fiets slecht 5 km fietsen naar Portofino, wat een heel leuk plaatsje is maar een stuk duurder dan Santa Margherita,

Ze waren nu buiten bezig en daardoor wat rommeling bij de parkeerruimte.

Un angolo incantevole e Portofino dietro l'angolo

Posizione eccezionale, panoramica e vicinissima al mare, non lontana dalla stazione; personale alla reception (24/24) gentile e disponibile. Le camere con vista mare hanno dei terrazzini strepitosi!!! Ottima pulizia e letti comodi, stanze ampie.

Bagni piccoli e non proprio all'altezza di un 4 stelle. La struttura è poco insonorizzata, si sentono molto i rumori tra le camere.

Week end in una posizione perfetta

Bellissimo Hotel in una posizione centrale di Santa.Staff eccezionale. Camera pulita, spaziosa e panoramica(la nostra aveva un balconcino che si affacciata sulla piscina dell'hotel). Letto comodissimo. Colazione dolce e salato TOP.

Se proprio devo dare una nota negativa, sono i 15 euro per il parcheggio (un po' caro perché giornaliero)...ma considerando che è comodissimo, che ci sono molti posti auto e che, nel nostro caso, essendoci la domenica la mezza maratona in corso, ci hanno permesso di lasciare l'auto fino al pomeriggio , quando oramai erano state riaperte le strade e si poteva circolare....direi che va bene così👍

L'albergo ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative. Consigliato

Colazione a buffet molto varia con dolce e salato. Abbiamo preso il caffè espresso normale alla macchinetta ed era molto buono. Per il caffè decaffeinato abbiamo chiesto al bar e siamo stati serviti subito. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale (in bassa stagione) e ci hanno ospitato in una suite (con accesso a terrazza vista mare). La posizione dell'albergo è centrale (2-300 metri dal centro di S. Margherita Ligure) con vicinissima la fermata per l'autobus che porta a Portofino

Alcune particolari del bagno possono essere rifinite esteticamente meglio. In ogni caso durante il soggiorno non abbiamo avuto nessun inconveniente.

Great location but hotel in need of an update

Reception staff & location of property. Reception staff gave us complimentary breakfast because we were allocated a different room than the one booked on. Booking.com. Swimming pool lovely.

We were allocated a different room than we booked on Booking.com. Unfortunately the rooms were very tired and in desperate need of an update. Our bathroom had mould all around the bath. Car parking was also very stressful at this property- shouldn’t advertise it as free car parking as it’s very limited.

The entry and exit procedures are fast, and the reception staff are wonderful and kind, especially Mr. Luca and his wife. They provide assistance and are wonderful. The breakfast is normal. The hotel is comfortable and clean.
