Nice time in Taormina

The location was great and the welcoming staff (Ernesto and Mona Lisa special thanks ) was amazing & polite. The staff at the beach was so kind and helpful during the whole day. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious. Very close to the funicular to go up to Taormina.

Actually, there wasn't any specific issue for me to write a negative review about. Apart from the packaged bread with mold that we requested for breakfast before our tour. If I were a customer inclined to create problems and potentially undermine the positive experiences of our otherwise enjoyable holiday, I could have provided very serious feedback here. Most importantly, despite raising the issue twice at different times, there was no positive follow-up or resolution, which is a significant concern. In such instances, it's crucial to reassess customer management and approach strategies. I recommend reconsidering what another customer might express or expect in this matter."

It was nice.

The location is great, the hotel personnell was also very helpful and great. The beach is nice. And the most beautifull is morning view of the sea. The breakfast was ok.

The furniture and especially the bathrooms are much too old and in a bad condition. That old furniture and dark old bathrooms are not charming at all. They are just old. I belive that years ago it was really perfect hotel, but it really needs a good renovation. Also the terrace floor could be cleaned of tree berries.

Despite the initial surprise of non refurbish hotel the stay was verry relaxing.

Very good

A glorious retro hotel, where nothing has changed since the 60s. Like stepping into a Bond film set. Right on the beach, which is never very crowded. Amazing sea views.

You just have to like the retro style, and be aware that there is no pool

Beautiful property with excellent service and food.

The location was perfect and the staff excellent!

Local vendors approach you all day long on the beach. Some were very aggressive and did not take no for an answer the first time. It was hard to relax or feel like you could leave personal belongings unattended while going for a quick dip in the ocean 2 feet away.

A beautiful old world hotel with breathtaking sea views.

beautiful location, very friendly staff, view to die for.. very clean rooms and facilities. sleeping with the sound of waves was wonderful! we will definitely return.

we would have liked to have more tour information at the hotel, and we would have appreciated a shuttle to Taormina. Other than that, a wonderful stay.. recommend highly!

Pleasant stay in Taormina

Nice large balcony in the room, breakfast and beach towel service with sun lounger and parasol.

The shower cubicle in the room was extremely compact.

We really enjoyed the hotel, location and territory. Attention to the guests , you can feel from the first second. We would like to thank receptionist manager Salvatore, very caring and professional, lifeguard Giovanni (service on the beach was great ), barmen Roberto, and all the staff. The sea was amazing , beach, music, drinks and good breakfast. Thanks for manager Giuseppe Trefiletti for a compliment champagne. Grazzie mille for hotel management. Our holiday was amazing, we would like to come back.

Old hotel. Dated decor. Good location and nice staff.

Great location. Staff was helpful. Great parking. We got very good tips for restaurants from the staff. Very good breakfast and fantastic Negroni.

Hand towels are very old fashioned “table napkins” and should be changed. Hotel facilities are very old fashioned and it should be given a drastic refurbishment to bring it into the 21st century.

4 start hotel on the 50's, not now.

Our room had a really good view of the sea and the facilities of the beach are good enough. The staff is friendly on their Italian way. Breakfast is good, but not fantastic.

No good connection to Taromina Centre, only reachable by a 15mins walk on a nonexistant sidewalk road with passing cars. A taxi would charge you 15€ for the Centre or Train Station each way. Not recommended if you arrive without your own private transportation method. The rooms are really old, not updated over the last 30 years at least. It looked like a 4 hotel in the past, but not for now.

hotel with a beautiful terrace, but dated and tired.

the terrace. the terrace is really beautiful, but it could be kept a lot better: swept, the cover of the chairs washed etc.

a part from the terrace nothing else. the hotel is extremely dated in every thing, even the menu and the hierarchy of the wa the breakfast is very limited: in one of the regions of Italy with abundant fruits they serve tinned peaches and pears and stewed prunes.

Hotel is outdated an old like the seventies Fir the stars it Hase should be Updated. Wee had a bad smell in the room. Nobody dud snitching about its ? Wee were disappointed ☹️

Peaceful Hotel.

Breakfast on terrace next to the beach. Free lounger, Umbrella,Beach Towels.

Bad WiFi. Good walk to gondola (up to town centre) on a road with no pavement.

Loved it!

Although we only stayed here for one night, we loved it! Especially the staff (very friendly) and the beach, right in front of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Taormina!
