Excellent food selection. The staff were very helpful. The pool area is pleasently laid out
The hotel is huge, consequently there are small queues for drinks at the bar, and long queues at peak times for the buffets. Sun beds are at a premium

The food was nice, there's quite a lot of choice, an the desserts were tasty. The room was clean an spacious. Good view from the balcony!. Overall nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay, would return.
The room wasn't ready to check into on arrival had to wait, was allowed to go for lunch whilst waiting ( lunch was good ).. There's a 50euro deposit which wasn't returned within the 3 days they said. But was eventually returned. Would be better if had lactose free options on the food, sauces etc.

I had a air bnb and the roof caved in due to a leak at 3am, this was the 3rd hotel I tried and they accommodated me the check staff was excellent.

I really liked the layout of the hotel, a pool on each side of hotel, several other separate sun bathing areas, the music and entertainment was great, staff were really friendly, all inclusive was well worth the money, the cocktails at the pool bar were lovely, the snack bar open nearly all day was very handy, lovely breakfast in the buffet, plenty of arcade games, pool tables, air hockey, ping pong etc the room was lovely and big too with a sea and pool view. great stay altogether
poor selection at buffet for vegetarians for lunch and dinner, not much other than margarita pizza and chips

Excellent swimming pools and pool area. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. If you want a quiet part of the hotel, book a deluxe room as it can be a bit noisy beside the pool area. Most areas walkable from hotel. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach.
The shower leaked over the bathroom floor and the flush button for the toilet needed properly fixing to the wall, but it didn’t impact the enjoyment of my stay.

Food have a good variety view from top floor are nice
Size of hotel lifts are not enough plus mostly no working iam hear patients and wait for 15 minutes for lift at the end walk all the way down stairs plus this is future can create problems on busy season also bath fans no working room doors fitting needs fixed.

clean and well laid out and organised.
This hotel has had a refurb since I last stayed and lost its Spanish feel so now more modern vibe with natural colour scheme.
Dining experience greatly improved.
Nothing not to like

Some of the stuff were friendly.
Well firstly, because of the food I returned home and I discovered that I have two parasites 🦠 from food and I had to be in treatment for 2 weeks and sick for 4 weeks.
The staff generally was not well prepared- eg. You have to pay a fee for taking an iron, and not even to this day they couldn’t find if I had paid or not
Food - it was ok, even though repetitive and not necessarily good quality
Noisy - because there were live acts every night so you could not sleep until 1 am ish (if you wanted to rest earlier)
The stay all in all was grotesque

We loved everything! The staff is so friendly, they speak several languages, they are professional. Children are welcome and they have really good content for children. The whole hotel is extremely clean and they constantly take care of cleanliness. All inclusive is really in the full sense, you can't stay hungry and thirsty. they also have a free bus to the beach.

The room was amazing.
Permanent noise around the main pool by playing loud beat music and games in and out of the pool by the activities team.

The check in and restaurant staff were lovely. There was plenty of food choices and it was impeccably clean. The bathroom was also lovely with a nice walk in shower. Very comfortable beds as well. Also, great location.
The staff at the pool (lifeguards) were ready rude. Maybe should have a couple more channels on the tv’s for English guests. Also, I didn’t get the room I paid for and when I asked reception about it, I was told there weren’t available but no refund was offered for the difference. I booked and paid for a deluxe double room but was given a standard. Although the room was lovely, it wasn’t what I paid for and I think i should have been entitled to a partial refund.

Very spacious rooms and very clean
There is a kettle in the room but no sachets to make tea or coffee in the room so didn’t have much point being there
