Great location, reasonably priced hotel for a short stay. Family friendly.

We loved the location. The pool was a nice size and well kept. The bedroom was ok in size but the shower in the bathroom was a bit small and awkward to get under. The balcony was small but nice to sit on. We asked to be close together in our two bedrooms and they accommodated that. The beach beds were good. The boat trip organised by the hotel was good. The reception staff were helpful. The breakfast was ok for all four of us.

Loud air con in the bedrooms. The shower heads were at an odd angle.

Enigzins gedateerd hotel, maar locatie, zwembad en direct aan zee en nabij centrum is fantastisch!

Locatie aan het strand, met zwembad en prachtig uitzicht op zee. Genoeg strandbedjes en parasolletjes en lekker muziekje erbij.

De kamers zijn wat gedateerd. Niet alles werkt meer fantastisch (schuifdeur douche, kraan wastafel, doortrekken toilet (meerdere keren nodig), airco werkt nog wel maar niet helemaal goed en verkoelend genoeg. Om de dag wordt je kamer 'gedaan' maar toiletrollen aanvullen is bv. niet gebeurd en 1 toiletrol als voorraad is krap aan voor 4 dagen.

Trevligt hotel

Trevligt hotell med egen ”strand” precis nedanför poolen. Fräscha rum. Helt okej kontinental frukost, men saknade ex omlett, eller våfflor man kan göra själv.

Att man inte fick varsin liten vattenflaska. Brukar va standard och de gick inte heller att köpa i restaurangen/poolbaren och ta till rummet.

Good location Good pool and beach (but noisy …) Breakfast is correct Parking is free

Very noisy area Kinda old rooms and building (definitely not a 4-star based on European standards) We waited at the pool snack bar to have a menu for 20 min, we ordered, and then we were told that the kitchen was closed … Beach is not private as mentioned : you can have umbrella and sun bed for free but the beach is opened to everyone .

NOT for 4 star, I struggle to give it 2 stars!

We arrived at a '4 star resort' and was so horrified tha vwe walked away from our monies. There is absolutely no way we could stay there, fortunately we found wonderful alternative accomodation at Maison W Kotor. Could we get some sort of refund please ? I can send you a picture if you wish. Very disappointed, Philippe and Hayley

Great hotel but could do with a bit of an update.

Friendly staff, great location and the pool and wellness centre are great.

The 90 steps to our room from the pool and the lack of vegetarian options at breakfast. Our room could also was pretty basic and in need of a deep clean.

Overall, the quality of the room detracted from the overall experience. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff were awesome, general facilities were great,but not as expected, food was excellent, location was perfect.

We were expecting a tennis court considering we were in Montenegro for tennis camp, however the hotel informed us that the tennis court has been closed for a few years now...nonetheless, it is still advertised as having one on bookings.com. This is false advertising. The rooms are badly in need of renovation, ours had a water leak that wasn’t fixed, they are not kept sufficiently clean or serviced properly and the towels aren’t changed often enough. Dishes were not done, neither was cleaning products supplied. Not at all what we were expecting for a 12 day stay.

Superb

It is a family oriented space. It was true happy holidays for my kids of 5 and 2. They spent half of the time in kid swimming pools. It is clean and comfortable. Everybody is pleasant and friendly. Food is good.

Many people, who are not hotel guests, use a loophole in security and enjoy free sun beds on the beach and swimming pools for free.

Great location, but misinformation spree

Hospitality of the staff, food, location, facilities cleanliness.

Lack of information on closed spa, misinformation about pets being on the beach (pets cannot be on the beach), the TV was not working, Wi-Fi was working only sporadically. However, we got a discount and a fair compensation because of the mentioned faults.

Value for money

It was my 3rd time in this hotel and I think it's ok in case if you will get a nice price for it. It' located right at the beach, they have own sunbeds at the waterfront (they are available starting from Jun 13), large pool and comfy sunbeds, big parking, friendly staff, nice breakfast (special thanks to the restaurant staff) with nice selection of food and AMAZING open air terrace where you can eat.

There are several issues with this hotel, however they aren't too important to be honest. 1. Rooms are outdated and quite small, however do we really care about this that much during vacations?) 2. Strange smell in the bathroom, but also not a drama. 3. Room cleaning was poor, absolutely. That was real issue, but still not a great drama. 4. Wifi in rooms works not yet good, honestly - it was poor, however for 10 EUR you can buy local 4g sim with 500gb in case if you need fast internet. 5. SPA center is closed due to covid and that's sad, but we all know that covid is a serious thing so... 6. I booked this hotel as I wanted to use sunbeds at the waterfront, but they werent's available during my stay, that was really sad for me, but now that's fixed. So as you see there are no dramatic issues, unless you are trying to find a drama. If you do - there are a lot of luxurious hotels so you can pay 500 EUR per night and stay in luxury place if you want :)

Great central location on the main city promenade; nice view; very friendly staff; the food was fine; our room was large with a beautiful view of the sea and the city promenade

this hotel looks a bit tired; restoration would help to improve the overall impression; cleaning can be better - rooms, pool and the area around the pool

Pleasant

Location is good, between Herceg Novi and Igalo; so is the private beach. I took BB and breakfast was good, although it happens that buffet for some food is not refilled when exhausted.

Amenities are modest, overall impression definitely not a 4*, more a 3*hotel. Wifi is rather week and I stayed there in low season. Not enough parking spots.
