It was super easy to get into our room with the given codes, etc. Breakfast is about a 5 minute walk and the food was good and staff was friendly and helpful. This is a really good deal for the price you pay.
Better bed pillows!
4.5
It is a very good hotel. Very close to the center and to the train station. Perfect spot for visiting Uppsala.

wi-fi, location
It was written that one bathroom for two rooms, but in reality - one shower on the floor! The text message with the door and unlock codes was sent to me less than two hours before my stated arrival time when I no longer had internet access. Of course, it was inconvenient.

Hotel is located in a very good place. close to the city centre but still quiet during the night.
Building is old so it was quite cold during the night because of the old windows. heating did not help. Big minus is the fact that we had to walk for breakfast to a different place and the breakfast was really bad.

Good price great location.
Nothing

the fact that I didn´t see anyone. I could not find the wifi code and didn´t
4.0
The fact that there is no stuff in the building makes it difficult to control for loud guests.

The room was larger than we had expected. We paid a little bit extra for a private shower, which was very welcome after 2 days of travelling. The breakfast options were definitely sufficiently varied and tasty. Nothing fancy, but everything we needed was present.
The check-in codes were sent pretty late which caused us to miss the message due to not having an internet connection outside of public places. Aside from that, the room wasn't very warm even though the radiator was on, but it didn't stop us from having a decent night's sleep.

The hotel is in good location. It was clean, and came with loads of toilet paper.
The room was very small, the breakfast is in another hotel, Vandrarhem Uppsala Centralstation (6 minutes walk), and only cold.
The hotel is not stuffed and also contains a hostel part, and from my room I could hear people flushing the common toilet all the time.

Tiles in Bathroom need cleaning
Breakfast room is filthy, floor especially

Silent, clean room; nice, silent and central location. Breakfast was proper and good quality, though variety was
not big. Great idea is the coffee, hot chocolate and hot water (free tea) machine in the kitchen. And I did like the well-equipped and nice-looking big kitchen.
The room was cold (and the entire ground floor). The room seems to be super tiny; the shower in the bathroom has only stone paved and rather cold. For breakfast, one had to go to another hotel every day. Check-in was not easy, and the rules one could only figure out gradually there (i.e. not enough info prior to arrival).

Very sympathic old fashioned nice place. Extremely quiet. Near to central station and town center.
Maybe the fact that the beds did not stay together. But we managed it. Even the fact that we had some minutes to walk for breakfast was not a real fault as it was a very good buffet.

This was my second stay in this hotel, and somehow I liked it better than the first time. The room was very clean. I liked the interior and the possibility to work at a small table in the corner. I also liked the coffee machine in the kitchen on the first floor.
Although I had booked the hotel, there was no room service and also a sign “please tidy up the room” was missing. It would be great to have breakfast here instead of the other hotel opposite the central station.

YId The service was very efficient, there is no reception but you get an access code by email, everything is neat and cosy, the brrakfast is buffet style at a sister hotel close by, location is great close to the central station and the city centre

Excellent location, friendly staff. Small but clean room.
The walls are practically non existent. I could hear a person next door receiving text messages.

The room was basic, but clean. The hotel is in a pretty, historic building. It's fairly comfortable. The breakfast selection was good. I did not really interact with the staff, but they made sure I had all the information I needed. The Wi-Fi was decent and it's in a relatively quiet neighbourhood.
There wasn't anything really bad, but it would have been nice to have a glass or two for drinking water.

The bed was comfortable, the bedding and the towels were clean. There were enough heaters to keep the room warm and cozy. Check in was easy and straight forward. WiFi stable and good speed.
The room was not clean. There even were little gravel stones in the floor. The carpet was extremely dirty, already grey with dirt and tons of hair stuck on it. The room smelled bad, as it hasn't been ventilated in a long time. The fact that no breakfast was available in site makes absolutely no sense. What if the guest has a mobility problem and can't come to the partner hotel? You say that it is due to covid precautions but yet, you are forcing the guest to commute to another hotel where he/she will have to interact with even more people. You should either provide lunch boxes or at least have coffee and cookies/fruit in site.
I know it is supposed to be a low cost hotel but that doesn't mean unclean and mediocre. After all, almost 600 SEK per night is not that cheap neither. Highly disappointed with this accommodation.

There was a nice old stoof in the room. The house is cute. The breakfast is 5 minutes walk.
The door of our room could not entirely be opened and was quite heavy, but I guess this is just with the one room we had.
