Great location, good rooms. Only downpart is that is a bit noisy

The location is great, very close to the race track. The rooms itself are pretty big, the shower was ok and the bed was comfortable. The location makes it the best though, there isn't anything in this price range that is closer to the track.

It is quite noisy, you can hear the neighboors talking like they are standing next to you. This wasn't a problem at my stay but I can imagine that is an issue when there are noisier people guests at the same time you stay there.

lovely room, perfect location, perfect for a long weekend

the whole place was cleaned well, the beds and bedding were comfy, the shower is perfectly adequate nothing to jazzy but still decent enough, location is above one of the best restaurants in the town, its a 10 minute walk to La Source gate. free Nespresso machine in the main hallway which is always a bonus.

you get a little noise from the restaurant below but it’s certainly not anything to moan about, parking is a bit hit or miss, its either right outside or a short walk

Great location to race track

Great location for race track. Easily walkable and good sized room. Parking was also available.

A little loud in the evening but to be expected on a race weekend.

the location was excellent for the race track and convenient for food across the road.

Comfortable hotel close to Spa race track, will book again.

Very comfortable beds and pillows, air con would be nice but a fan was provided. We ate every night at the restaurant owned by the same company opposite the hotel and the food was superb! Staff there extremely friendly and helpful. Ideally placed for the racing at Spa, a short drive away. I would not recommend staying with very young children (unless keeping windows firmly shut) as they are huge and open completely, good for ventilation but not for small children, did not bother us, we liked the large windows and will book again if we ever travel to Spa.
