It was pleasant overall but messed up by the harassing phone call at the end of my stay.

It was located in the middle of the city and that was very convenient for me. It was very spacious including its hallways and corridors. The restaurant staff tried their best to cater for my vegan diet.

The carpet is now antiquated and has a kind of smell that no carpet cleaners can ever remove anymore. Being phoned on the day of checking out to be reminded of the check out time 45 minutes before I was due to leave was really annoying. I travel and stay in hotels all the time and I leave on the day I reserved until and on time or even just before the time! To be ringing me was just harassment and disturbing my last minute packing moments. That was so uncalled for!

furniture is old and damaged. we stayed at a higher level and the hot water was not always working. the door was broken and couldn’t be closed.

best option in Ploiesti, not so many to choose from...

last time it was a mess because of the shower with low pressure and no hot water, but this time they upgraded me to an executive apartment which was perfect with comfortable bed and hot pressure shower excellent after a hard day working

breakfast is boring, staff is unable to communicate properly in English, the restaurant is using more and more frozen products and the meals are below average compared to years before when it was quite good

A very good option

Great location, right in the center of town. For my business purposes it was just great. Very friendly staff, large spaces even gym. Well soundproofed windows, courtesy kit, mini bar, even fresh fruit in room. Great free parking in front of hotel. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, shops, cafes, pharmacy. I didn't have breakfast so I can't give feedback on this service

Rooms a little older, with the mochete a bit dirty. Lacked hot water at evening hours. The lights in the room were a bit dim but it wasn't necessarily a minus

The bathroom wasn’t very clean (grout between tiles was dark in the shower). Old sink and faucet, shower door broken seal.

Pretty average old fashioned hotel.

1. Location for travel to work 2. Close to some basic shops, mcdonalds and parking. 3.

1. Too Old Fashioned needs bringing up to date. 2. Shower door kept coming off runners. 3. unfortunately had noisy neighbours. 4. Breakfast was very basic and repetative. 5. Restaurant too old fashioned to feel comfortable.

Very nice hotel in the center of the city

Everything was good, it was a nice stay during Christmas holidays with the city lights in the center of the city. Big room, clean, very good bed.

Some of the furniture seems cheap and could be changed.

The bed was very good and the room very clean and spacious.

Breakfast was good, but I've missed sparkling water. And maybe more sorts of yoghurt.

The hotel knows that it is "the" long-established hotel in town and exudes confidence commensurate with this position. Very helpful reception staff. The restaurant was not open on Saturday evening, because of a private function, but the full menu was available in the bar.

Exceptional

Elegance, clean, fine rooms, great bed, fridge, balcony y so central and great view!!!! Then personal great. Kind, polite, helping. Food e excellent, restaurants perfect and I like the Berbecu band singers.

Parking was a little wired, Everywhere busy and taken. I had to.park in the inner yard in a space for electric cars, so I was afraid I will get a ticket, but in the end was really safe. Actually was safer than by the main street.
