Amazing view, nice garden and spa area with a nice private (bookable) sauna!
Nothing really

Hotel pięknie zlokalizowany. Widoki zapierają dech w piersiach. Teren dookoła obiektu bardzo zadbany, klimatycznie urządzony ogród. Sprzyja relaksowi.

Man musste immer wieder nachfragen.

So unfassbar lecker, toller Service.

Everything was just so magical , like in a fairy tale - and I am telling the truth
The spa/ wellness even inside or outside was beyond imagination, well prepared beautiful and quiet.
All members of the staff was helpful and super kind , we felt like being at home with our relatives and friends.
The view from this hotel is absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking …
Dinner or breakfast with the view of the Lake Garda well below your feet … amazing .
The garden , the outdoor sauna and jacuzzi was just like in the movies .
This hotel is beyond everything
We have been to several haut-niveau hotels but this beats them all…🥰
There were none !

The restaurant was fantastic and the food was phenomenal
Rooms had no view and patio needed upgrades

Clean and nice pool area and indoor spa. Fantastic outdoor sauna with a great view. As a guest you were able to book the outdoor and indoor spa for free 2 hours a day. The breakfast was extraordinarily.
Very clean and tidy room and hotel. If you are looking for a good standard and relaxation we would recommend this hotel.
It’s 374 meters up in the mountain. It’s a narrow road to get there. When you get up, you have a fantastic view. We were going with the hotel’s shuttle bus to Malsecine.
The service varied. We would have like some of the staff to be more open and smiling.

We enjoyed everything! We travel a lot and we consider that this hotel was the best accomodation in our life.I warmly reccomend ! The view above Lake Garda and the outside relax area is breathtaking .

The staff is really nice and helpful, the view from the garden and restaurant is amazing. Breakfast was SUPER GOOD!
Overall is a good hotel, good for couples, romantic.
The pool does not have place for everyone to sit at once (had to wait for a spot). Also it was slightly damaged from the inside (the plastic cover was hanging around).
The outdoor / indoor spa that is included with the room is only available if no one else booked it first. When we got there, it was all fully booked, and if we still wanted to use it we would have to pay 60 EURO for 2 hours extra.

The buffet breakfast was amazing! Such a wide array of food! The view was breathtaking, everything about the hotel was so well set-up.

very friendly staff and amazing views of lake Garda
the room was a little noisy - walls are thin, you can hear the doors banging at night time.

location was beautiful
view from the room and service wasn't up to 4 star service

everything. book this hotel! it was spotless. great idea on the one hour leisure time in the pools as it keeps it private and quiet. staff were fantastic and the breakfast was the best we have ever had abroad!
would be nice to add one additional shuttle time in, maybe around 8pm so people could explore the town at night.

The view from the hotel/restaurant is amazing.
The staff were very kind and helpful.
The garden and the pool area are very beautiful.
Room was big and comfortable.
À la carte dishes were tasty.
The location of the hotel is not the most practical to get to the towns around the lake, only if someone likes hiking or driving on very narrow little serpentine roads.
We had breakfast included with different types of food to choose from, but the quality wasn't amazing. The juices tasted terrible.
We didn't like the shower in the room (except for the water pressure which was great). No proper adjustable holder for the smaller shower head or shelf for our own things.
Rooms are not soundproof. There were a lot of noises from 8am (guests/traffic...etc.)
There is a high voltage power line very close to the hotel, just above the garden. We could even hear the buzzing sound when standing underneath it.

Friendly service, good food, super view
Nice room but the exhaust of the chimney blows with the wind into the room and is more a smoke room than a relaxing stay.
Night staff helped but next day
management was even not sorry at check-out and just said newly installed and walked away, we should have called the fire department at night as room could only be used after wood oven was turned of and lengthy air-out.

very nice rooms and fantastic spa. Friendly staff. very good breakfast. I would definitely go back!

Amazing view!!
Breakfast with view to the lake
Nice room
The building is a bit old, you can find a beauty in that but for us it wasn't that fine.
Far from the center, we had a car and been there for only 1 night so wasn't that of a problem but can be a problem if you plan multiple nights and don't have a car.
For us the view was worth the distance from center.

The property is cozy, has a gorgeous view of the lake, amazing spa facilities, and friendly and helpful staff. Overall, an exceptional experience

The facilities were very good. Sauna, Jacuzzi, and pool with a beautiful view. The breakfast and Dinner were very good.
It is far from the lake and when we were, there was no shuttle.
They tried to charge us an extra of 15 euro for a dog that we didn't have.

wonderful location. Great views over lake Garda. Friendly staff.

The staff and views were amazing. The masseuse was fantastic, got a treatment of 30 min and I fell asleep near the end I was that relaxed. The outside area with the seated hanging pods and the viewing bubble outside had a telescope. The balcony was lovely too, it was great to be able to have my espresso and take in the stunning views. Perfect stay for someone who really doesn't want to leave their hotel.
Little options within walking distance to the hotel only 1 restaurant and very limited options in the evening menu. The hot-tub wasn't that warm and the pizza snack was heated in a microwave and finished off in a grill.

The view from Hotel Querceto is absolutely stunning, breathtaking! The hotel is rustique, nicely decorated and clean. The spa in the basement exceeded my expectations. The pool is clean and the surroundings calm. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of options. Dinner at the hotel was very good and the food was nicely plated. The staff worked hard to provide a familiar, calm vibe.
The information at the hotel was overall poor and confusing. The information about the shuttle to the city center (which you need if you don’t want to be stuck on a mountain) was unclear and the same with the information about the White Dinner. We ordered wine and beer and repeatedly didn’t get served (even though we asked again). The waiters all tended to us, which made them ask the same things several times. The taxi driver which they gave us the phone number to (since we couldn’t book the shuttle home at night because we got no information about it needing to be pre-booked) didn’t answer the phone. It all worked out one way or the other but the lack of structured communication and service did frustrate us. Also, they didn’t serve lunch in the restaurant, only small dishes in a kiosk. When I asked for a piece of cake to my afternoon coffee they said they served cake only for breakfast. He could have gone up to the hotel to get me the cake. This was a small issue of course but overall, considering all, we left with the feeling of the staff tried hard but didn’t quite manage their task.

The hotel has a lovely view over the lake and the spa facilities were really nice. We also had an incredible dinner on one of the nights which we loved. The breakfast choice was good too. The staff were friendly and in particular one young man who is currently also studying in Venice.
We only stayed in a basic room but the cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t the best. The show cubicle was also small. It’s also not very accessible to the town. There is a free shuttle (three times a day) which was useful but left you feeling restricted in your time in the town. We did walk from the town one night but it’s only possible for those who are fit and healthy as it’s a very steep path.

it was a classic antique hotel with nice view and lovely breakfast
the location it’s too far away from the city center and hard to find also the bed wasn’t comfortable I think because it’s old, there is also one thing I thought the jacuzzi and spa free to use but it was for extra charge ☹️
