Excellent restaurant
The corridors and some of the furnishings are a bit dated.

Good location and pool, ideal for champagne tours. Helpful staff.
Feels a bit dated and in need of a refurb. The rooms we had did have a slight smell. Quite sprawling. Restaurant quite expensive so ate locally

Excellent restaurant and staff
Reception not always occupied
8.0
Good value, for the champagne area, hotel and restaurant, with excellent food. Spacious room, if lacking a little charm, with a great bathroom with walk in shower.
Champagne tasting menu in the restaurant, all 4 glasses the same champagne. Not what I call a degustation.
Rather uninteresting village location.
9.0
The room met all standards. The most commendable feature of this hotel is its restaurant.
Given the location (rather off the beaten track) the price of the room is too high.
8.0
Spacious quiet room with good bathroom with bath and height adjustable shower. Separate toilet.
Really appreciated the tea-making facilities in the room.
Restaurant room was a lovely space.
A small difficulty finding and accessing the entrance to the car park at the rear of the hotel which is somewhat hidden. OK if you've visited before!
Meal in restaurant was very good with additional amuse-bouche and palate-cleanser, but was on the expensive side.

Dining room quite nice
probably best suited for business stays

we liked the place and the room, the restaurant and the champagne of course. Also the pet friendliness and free of charges.
I liked the fitness room, pool and sauna. It was a real relaxing trip.
We were expecting a welcome drink or something equivalent. The breakfast was a bit expensive for what was included. I am personally not a big fan of industrial coffee.

In the heart of champagne country, this hotel oozes class. Big rooms with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. Private parking out the back (go all the way past the hotel and almost out of the village to reach it). Superb dining room and cuisine, including wine list of course!
Nothing to complain about.

Five restful, relaxing nights with excellent gourmet dining and menus, warm spacious indoor swimming pool, sauna and exercise facilities, comfy beds, friendly, helpful staff, free parking. Thank you for a very lovely stay.
We were placed unexpectedly in a wheelchair accessible room. Consequently, the toilet was quite elevated, enough to make it awkward for people of average height. LOL. We laughed it off, adapted and still enjoyed a nice spacious room, gourmet restaurant and great facilities. That being said, best to avoid elevated toilets unless a person really required a wheel chair accessible room or elevated toilet.

food in exceptional. Staff were very helpful.
The room was a little “tired”.

Excellent restaurant and lovely breakfast. Convenient secure parking. Lovely swimming pool.
The property attracts coach tours of the Champagne region. Try to avoid having breakfast or dinner at the same time as the coach guests as it gets a bit chaotic

champagne wine list
restaurant over full, odd table up steps, waited hour for crepes Suzette, which were too thick
& like rubber

The room was quite adequate, there was any really comfortable seats in the main area, but having a balcony with a table and chairs was a real bonus. The bed was superb and extremely comfortable.
Dinner was first class, but on reflection we would have prefererd a simpler meal. Brekfast was really good with plenty of choice
That there was only gastronomy for dinner. We would have prefered some smpler choices, though this maybe due to our age!
9.0
Very helpful reception staff despite our lack of french and we were able to arrange room service for dinner.
We were unable to book a table in the restaurant for dinner on the frst night as it was full. This could have been avoided had we been advsed at the point of booking that reservation in the restaurant was essential.

the hotel is nice, I liked that the rooms had terrace/balcony
the staff doesn’t speak fluent English, but they were helpful, struggling to understand my French. be aware if you arrive late, you can only enter the hotel through the parking lot… a suggestion to the hotel, please share a paper map to the customer with the parking directions. the reception, front door closes (they told me) but I had to call after midnight because I didn’t find the parking lot, it is 2 min by car and it seems like you leave the village before turning left for finding the entrance. that’s why all this confusion. at the end, I managed to enter.

A Logis, so expected food to be good and it was. Little pool was a welcome facility after a longdrive. The restaurant had a very nice ambiance and was comfortable, with delightdul and efficient staff.
Rather basic accommodation, and air conditioning was inadequate. The decor was somewhat dated .
9.0
Nice spacious room with a balcony and ample parking. Lovely evening meal, served by efficient and friendly staff. Short drive to Epernay with its varied champagne houses which provide tours and Champagne tastings - we got to explore the vast caves beneath the Moet et Chandon Champagne House.
Hotel pool and sauna available for use up to 11pm, which we made good use of.
Would definitely return to this hotel.

Beautifully decorated rooms. Main room very spaceous and comfortable
Food extremely overpriced in the restaurant and we were a captive audience as no other restaurants for miles around and for this reason wouldn't stay again.

Nice hotel at the centre of the Champagne.
Good facilities incl. a restaurant.
The booking went wrong despite phone calls and Emails.
