Sehr nette Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip

Das Personal war super freundlich, alles war sehr gut in Schuss und sauber. Die Betten waren bequem, im Bad gab es gut Abstellfläche und die Fenster haben den Lärm von draußen super abgeschirmt. Das Frühstück war echt lecker und vielfältig, besonders gefreut hat mich, dass es pflanzliche Milchalternativen gab, ohne danach fragen zu müssen. Die Lage war genau, wie gewünscht. Mit dem Bus sind wir schnell in der Altstadt gewesen.

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein. Mit unseren beiden großen Koffern haben wir gerade so hineingepasst. Das Fenster ging zur Straße hin, was bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut war. Aber wir sind weder der Aussicht wegen hergekommen, noch haben wir nachts das Fenster offen gehabt.

Klein aber fein

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gegen einen geringen Aufpreis war auch ein LateCheckOut bis 13.30 Uhr möglich. Die Betten sind bequem und das Zimmer war auch sauber. Obwohl unser Zimmer auf der Straßenseite war und diese auch sehr stark befahren ist, konnte man in Ruhe schlafen (wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind).

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank (Minibar) wäre von Vorteil. Der SelfcheckIn hat nicht so gut funktioniert und man musste die Karte vom Nebenhotel abholen.

Gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, geschäftlich gute Lage, Parkplatz vor der Haustür.

Lage top, da in der Nähe vom Kunden, ruhig und Parkplatz vor dem Eingang perfekt. Zimmer ganz ok, Frühstück sehr gut.

Das Zimmer war etwas kalt...hätte gerne z.B. eine 2. Decke für die Nacht gehabt. Im Frühstücksraum war auch sehr kalt, unangenehm...eine andere Dame hat auch reklamiert, erst dann wurde etwas wärmer.

Very disappointed!

The hotel is clean.

We were very disappointed by the hotel room which is too small for 3 of us although we paid a price premium for our room. My husband could hardly fall asleep due to the poor quality of mattress. It is not worth the money.

Very small hotel room. It was on second floor with no lift so we had to carry our bags which were very heavy. Cofee sachets was only one for 2 persons. I called receptionist and then she said that I have to collect it from MAX 77 . For evening no coffee sachets as well as sugar etc.

The hotel location was perfect for a nice walk into downtown. The rooms were modern and very clean. Staff was friendly and respectful.

When i booked the room, i paid a city tax. Upon check in, i had to again pay the city tax again. For one person staying 2 nights, it's 'eh, whatever.' However, if you come with a family and stay longer, you may be hit with a surprise fee - which you may have already paid.

Overall the hotel was very good.

The location was excellent. The personnel were accommodating and very nice.

The rooms could have been cleaner. Also the rooms were very warm and the airconditioning didn’t work until we were given the remote on the last night. It meant we could sleep with the windows closed and therefor in a quieter room.

Good budget option; reception is in a different hotel

This is a good Salzburg budget option with a comfy bed, clean room and quiet place to sleep. It is about a 17-min bus ride to the Old Town, depending on traffic (Take Bus 1 in front of the hotel). The staff is friendly & it was a nice stay. I would stay here again.

The reception is actually in a hotel around the block, called Max 70. It was a surprise that I had to check in there, and if I had a problem, I had to go over there. Also, there is no reception after 10pm or so, so if you lose your key at night, you are screwed. Laundry is 7 euros a load to use the machine yourself.

Ideal for a quick stopover on the outskirts of Salzburg. Walked to it from the airport, about 30 minutes & about the same into Salzburg. Good price for Salzburg, nice and clean, kettle & cup, teabag & coffee for a cuppa in the morning. Just the job.

Had quite a small room to get into by the front door so a bit noisy as people came and went.

Superb

Second time here, ideal for a quick stopover on the outskirts of Salzburg. Walked to it from the airport, about 30 minutes & about the same into Salzburg. Good price for Salzburg, nice and clean, kettle & cup, teabag & coffee for a cuppa in the morning. Just the job. Very nice staff on the desk each time I've been. Had an upstairs room this time, nice and quiet.

The facilities are clean and modern

Many people will like the hotel as the rooms are very comfortable. However, I was given a room right next to the front door (the reception is in another building) and was kept awake the whole night by people going in and out. When I complained the next morning the receptionist was dismissive, seemingly unable to understand that the location of the room was in any way a problem. After a long and fairly bizarre discussion I was given a different and quieter room. However, it is entirely unacceptable to expect guests to sleep in a room where noise is guaranteed.

Nice hotel in a good location to explore Salzburg

Good location, 30 minutes walk to the city center. The hotel is pleasant, in a quiet area and it has free parking (4-5 places). Heating and hot water ok.
