very good stay, comfortable beds and big rooms

hotel lovely and clean, we stayed on second floor and they got a lift, we didn’t get a chance to o use the pool and spa. but I know that is nice, and we can use it for free everyday. breakfast good. reception very helpful and other staff

the location is a bit away from the centre, we spent a lot of money for taxi service.

Glad we stayed for two nights only, would not come back

Not a lot to say, air conditioning was a plus, staff is not happy to have guests around, seems like they need a lot of training

Room decor is screaming for improvement, breakfast was poor, very little selection, one day the bread was too old to eat, restaurant staff is pouring remaining amounts of milk/food to existing jars/plates for guests to use, worst thing to see was, that a girl wearing cleaning gloves was wiping the tables and seconds later wearing same gloves were sorting out food! Disgusting!

Horrible. Avoid this place

Most horrible place where we stayed in Poland. Not recomended. We came at night with children. This is sport base, not hotel, not hostel. If there is no pictures of rooms in booking - avoid. Dirty place.

The room walls were dirty. Tawels, blankets with halls. Brackfast - horrible. We traveled in Poland and payed~100€/night, this was the only such horrible place for such price. Just avoid it.

Comfy spatious room. Comfy beds. Slept well. Air conditioning. Helpful staff. If I had more time I would like to go to the swimming pool.

the air con in the room did not work properly even after the receptionist said she’d call in the technician

next to the main road. easy access to the airport and highway . a lot of sports activities - swimming gym etc.

beds could be better and bigger. mine 2m were abit too big for it :)

Not a good solution unless you really need to use gym infrastructures

The gym facilities. Some workers are really nice.

Very used furniture and the room was not daily cleaned. The shampoo was not refilled. I just received the shampoo because I requested 2 times without success and at the 3 time I was persistent and stayed next the counter until I receive it. Some worked don’t care about their job.

The man in reception didn't speak English, but he tried a lot to explain about visiting the pool.

The hotel is air-conditioned.

First of all for family is not suitable the room is so small. The price is so high for such room. The most important that the swimming pool is not allow for women to swim with swimming short she must be naked or in bikini.
