It’s a nice spot if one prefers to be close to the beach and city center.

The hotel is located directly by the beach, pet-friendly beach is just 8 minutes away. Some stores and restaurants are 5-10 minutes away from the hotel. The rooms were modern and the stuff was in general friendly.

The cleaning lady only changed the towels but didn’t fill up the soap in the room and didn’t throw away the garbage. Since the hotel is located in a central area, one can hear music from the outside till at least 12am.

Baska Voda egyik legjobb szállás helye!

Kiváló a központi elhelyezkedès és a panoráma a tengerre. Modern, tiszta és a kitünű a felszereltség. A parkolás is kényelmesen megoldott a mélygarázsban. Isteni finom volt a reggeli és a vacsora. Repcepción kedves a fogadtatás. A reggeliztető hölgy és a kollégája igazán kedvesek. Visszajövünk!

Nice location, soundproof, clean and spacious.

No luggage room so you have to leave the luggage in an open room and the wifi wasn't very strong.

Great apart-hotel on the beach in Croatia.

Nice room, very clean. Big bathroom with walk-in shower. Great sea-view from the terrace. Small kitchen with everything you need to make a meal or breakfast. Paid parking in front (20 euros / day as of 2022). Beach is literally a 30 second walk.

The double bed is not a king size bed but just two small beds side-by-side. There is no elevator and we were on the 4th floor. AC was unusable as it made weird sounds, but the room was not that hot even in August.

Aprartment which we was excellent. Position of place is excellent , next to the beach.

Parking place is not included in apartment price. You have to pay for it. I think that it is not ok for such an excellent place with high apartment prices.

Very nice rooms, good location, but overpriced

Location close to the best dog beach in HR Nice and stylish room.

Too much noise from the disco bar until late night. Super small room. No place to park as the hotel garage was full as well as the street. Elevator would be useful (pregnant wife).

A perfect place to stay on Baska Voda with an amazing sea view

It's a perfect place to stay at Baska Voda - just by the beach and the promenade full of restaurants and shops. We didn't use our car during the whole stay. Our family apartment was really spacious, very clean and modernly decorated. There was no shortage of any equipment. And the sea view was simply spectacular!

There is no elevator, so bringing luggage of our 4 person family on a hot summer day was a tiresome exercise. Also hotel's parking space is very limited, so try booking it in advance. And it's not much cheaper than parking by the street - 85 kuna vs. 100 kuna.

Exceptional

Studio apartment is across the street from the beach. It's super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. We were welcome to use facilities from nearby hotel (swimming pool, sauna, hot tub...) for free.

Amazing.

Everything. The staff was realy nice and kind. Room was amazing - bed was very confortable, kitchen have everything you need, bathroom modern like other stuff. I would realy recommended this aparthotel.
