Liebenswerte Unterkunft in bester (Strand)Lage

Tessa und Richard sind super lieb und bemüht! Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Hinterm Haus geht’s in 2 Minuten in den Ort, vor dem Haus ist auf der anderen Straßenseite direkt ein Dirk (Supermarkt) und dahinter direkt der tolle Strand und alle angesagten Beachbars. Die Zimmer haben alle einen Kühlschrank, so dass man sich dort super Getränke oder Snacks kaltstellen kann.

Dass die Tür zum Außenbereich nicht immer geöffnet war. Das Kopfkissen war zu hart und hat Nackenschmerzen verursacht.

Fantastisch sfeervol klein hotel nabij het strand met uitmuntende service.

Richard en Tessa bieden geweldige gastvrijheid. Het hotel is zeer sfeervol, vlakbij het strand en het centrum van Zandvoort. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Wij komen zeker terug.

Die liebevolle Einrichtung und die herzlichen Gastgeber. Auch die Lage zum Strand ist herrlich.

Great location poorly equipped room.

The location is excellent.

Nowhere to put luggage. No proper storage for clothes. Completely inadequate! 2 coffee pods provided over 3 days.

Love this place and can highly reccomend. I will return.

The staff was extraorninarily friendly. They gave us un upgrade when they saw my friend´s injured foot, to have her stay more comfortably. The food was very good. I love the design of the lodge. It showed a lot of their attitude, when theyx helped several people who got caught in a bad storm outside while we were having breakfast. These people are so kind. I also liked the vicinity to the train station that took us directly to Amsterdam Central.

I guess, due to the storm, the drainage of the bathroom smelled a little annoying. But it disappeared when the storm left too.

Exceptional

Here you can find a very lovely place next to the beach and to the centrum. You reach everything you need in 1 to 5 minutes. The couple who manage the hotel is so kind. A really awsome place to spend a few days/ your holidays in zandvoort. We definitely come back! .

A well located, clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was perfect for my needs and the staff, owners, very friendly and accommodating.

the walls are very thin and you cannot help but hear sounds of your neighbors. that’s the only thing that is not good about this place

Fantastic stay, simple as that!!!

I loved the location, the very friendly owner and accommodation was great. Richard was very welcoming and gave great advice on where to find things. I had a few days off before starting a new job and decided to go away and relax. This was perfect and well worth the price, brilliant

If I was ultra, ultra picky I'd say the room was a tad small for a double. You couldn't get around one side of the bed to use the blind or change the radiator setting. Also a bedside table would be useful for putting things on when in bed i.e. a cup. As I said that is being very critical and i would definitely return.

Cozy room, small but comfy, very clean, nice place to have breakfast and the owners are super nice. Located close to the city center, a supermarked and the beach are just across the street.

Normal and cosy place to stay

Flexibility and great communication with the hosts. Close to the beach and city centre. We enjoyed very much the balcony and the small second room to drink a coffee. The history and philosophy of the accommodation resonated very much with us: normal old local building, flexibility on times for breakfast and room cleaning.

Sometimes we heard noise from the room above and the stairs leading up to the first floor. Payment by cash or debit card was preferred, but that was not communicated upfront. (Credit Card was also accepted then, still if something else is better for the hosts I would be happy to do it - but need to know upfront.) Recommended bike rental was not really good.

We had a lovely time!

Very friendly staff and the room we booked has a nice king size bed, which is great for couples who don't like to sleep on separate beds. The venue is located on a great spot, very close to the boulevard of Zandvoort.

Impossible to relax, but beautiful location

Great location, 50m from the beach with a supermarket across the street Friendly staff (a couple) Beautiful view from the balcony Spacious

Door opened directly on to the bed and the open tub Only one key available (even after requesting a second one) Paper tin walls - can hear footsteps & voices coming down the stairs Mandatory room service between 11am & 1pm Windows opening inward, needs to choose between blinds or open windows (not both) Big window facing one of the busiest street in Zandvoort Breakfast needs to be confirmed by 4pm for the next morning (8.30-9.30) Front door needs a key to be locked/unlocked with every use, but only one key is provided (very inconvenient for multiple guests)

Great spot near beach and train station

Great spot close to the beach and the train station, friendly staff. I'm a frequent visitor to Zandvoort and would be happy to return.

My room was a bit small, which was totally fine for me! Just FYI if you're looking for a large space.

Wonderful experience for a few days of relax

The atmosphere in the hotel was unique and the owner is super friendly and helpful on everything you need! The room was nice and clean, and the position is very close to the beach and the city centre

I had a very comfortable stay and will return in the future.

The room was very comfortable and put together with love. I did not have breakfast, so I cannot speak for it. The location was also very easy to reach.
