Lovely comfortable place to stay with a gorgeous view of the sunset. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Excellent food at a reasonable price. The pool with a view is great and the beach is lovely for an evening walk

we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the wildlife, we saw a firefly! the sunset views were very nice and there was a nice cafe just up the road with cheap tasty veggie options
the A/C did not work at all, it was an incredibly uncomfortable night sleep with wet towels on us to cool down, the room was dirty (but the sheets were clean) the pool area is disappointing, the beach covered in rubbish and the breakfast was dreadful. we were in the apartments not the bungalows and these did look like they could be better.

Price is reasonable, lots of tree.
Clearness, facilities, service minded staff, insects and animals.

So is the Very quiet small complex, bungalows a bit aged but ok.very large bathroom.
Overall away from the hustle and bustle, not ideal without your own vehicle (motorbike). Small supermarket within walking distance, as well as some cheap, very good, simple restaurants.
The pool is small but ok, the beach very nice with few people.
If you are looking for the hustle and bustle of Chaweng Beach, this is not the place for you.
You should not be disturbed by croaking frogs.

Overall a good stay. The staff were lovely, and the hotel is right on a very clean and clear beach which was great to walk in the mornings. Cabin room was really cute and the bathroom was huge, but it didn't feel very clean because bugs can get in between wooden planks in cabin walls. There was also an outdoor shower which would be such a luxury if it wasn't full of leaves and dirt so we didn't use it.

the room and the beach were stunning
the location
5.0 / 10.0
Location is near the beach.
A hotel looks like a really old building. All furnitures, bathroom and other stuff really need to get an upgrade. Hotel staff has no clue about english language and laumdry service is overprice.

- This bungalow resort is so beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice!
- gorgeous garden with little ponds inbetween the bungalows, makes you feel like being in paradise
- large bathroom with tub and shower + outdoor shower
- there are watersport rentals right next door with parked jetskis (luckily they are insanely expensive so not a lot of noise)
- there is not a classic beach you would imagine, you only see the sand during low tide

Beautiful location, infinity pool overlooking the beach was absolutely perfect. The Villa was beautiful, very comfortable bed, great little balcony area. Restaurant on site was lovely too
Not a problem for us but the bathroom in the villa does get a few bugs/frogs. Also the Wifi in the villas didn’t work but again no problem for us

Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great. Lipa Noi is a little bit quieter than other parts of the island which we really liked. The resort also had scooters and bicycles available to rent. There was also a really lovely pool. The gardens and walkways were beautiful with lots of exotic looking plants. We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed our stay.
The bed in our room was a little bit hard but we did get used to it. The breakfast selection was a bit limited although whatever we selected was tasty.

very close to the beach and
pier for next-day travel
our room was farthest from the beach. it was okay for one night though.

beautiful pool close to the beach, nice room with balcony, nice territory
very bad breakfast. stuff doesn’t care a lot about guests. furniture is a bit old-style. there is nothing in the area, you can’t rent a bike not in the hotel, or nearby. but just close the hotel you can find a good cafe to eat.
this place is good to stay at if you want see sunsets, long beautiful beach without too many tourists and have a bike with you

the resort is located in sunset beach and you can walk a lot along the beach when is low tide. not super busy area. the one bedroom villa was very spacious and nice. the receptionists very friendly. they allow me to check out late. you can find some restaurants close to resort in case you don’t want to eat there.
I liked everything :)

The room was spacious and clean. Our room had a bath which was a lovely surprise! It is right on the beach although sadly the beach was rather littered with rubbish ( not hotels fault). The restaurant served a sufficient breakfast. The staff were helpful.
It is rather remote although there is a supermarket and a few restaurants on the main road (5-10 minute walk).

It's like at home thanks Mathieu and family !
I don't forget the star Bobo, the dog.
Restaurant ++
Relaxing in the beach ++
If you looking for something natural in bagalow and the most sunset you ever seen, let's go.
Close to the road. So we can't do nothing this is the place. Other side, front of the beach is better.

Never again.
Dont closed windows, lizards in room. Never Again! This hotel is scam, not ***. After 3 hours from check-in, seeing a lizard passing to the room through leaky balcony windows, I moved out, the hotel does not want to give me a refund on my account, I am told to fly to the kho samui. These are scammers!

Good value first night on the island as we wanted close to the ferry to catch sunset
Ageing bathroom ....shower head loose ....bath needs attention

The room was quite big and I had the nearest room to the beach, so it was perfect. Free kayak for guests. Nice deep pool for swimming.
Very small issue, that bath tub didnt have hot water option. Restaurant could have more options for breakfast; it closes at 5 pm in the evening as well so thats a bummer
