Purtroppo sono stato messo in un altra stanza da dove avevo prenotato. La camera datata, molto buia, solo lucette, sciacquone rotto, rubinetto del bidet orrendo travi in legno con polvere..

Passable

The mattress was broken, which made for a horrible night's sleep. the next morning I had to go get to the hospital to get an injection to get through my day. the mattress obviously needs changing. we also had a visit of ants in the room, it also needs maintenance in this regard. If this hadn't happened, I would have given 5 stars, but it really wasn't a good experience personally.

It was very clean and nice room close to center. The owner offered us bottle of water and was very helpfull

Shower was bit destroyed, but everything else was absolutely ok

Affordable, and comvenient

Bathroom shower was flooding, some noise from upstair rooms in the evening -occassionally, expected breakfast was not provided however upon arribal this was clearly informed, and refunded

It is really central, it is just 5mins for the central area and the place was really clean. The price was really good as well. But the most thing I like is that the owner is really helpful

Everything was fine. Suggestion: maybe have a "Welcome document" in the room with contacts of taxis, tours, transfers and places to go/visit, restaurants...

Great value for money in the city center

Great location in the city center. Very clean and tidy. Great price with breakfast included. Fast internet connection. Friendly staff. Easy check-in/check-out.

Room was a bit noisy. Mini bar fridge in the room was a bit loud and you could hear people talking in the corridor but overall it was not a big deal.

if the host repairs the hot water problem, then it sure is the place to stay in Trapani

the apartment is in a quiet place The staff was very friendly, (but he cannot fix the hot water problem) private bathroom

there was no hot water. only a little warm. my wife could not take a shower. :( We tried in other room also (as the host told us) but still no hot water.

Host was friendly. Room was very big, buss and train station was pretty close. For the money I think it's a great option.

The heater wasn't working and room was cold. Also we had to wait for the host at small street which didn't seem very safe. The shower wasn't in its freshest condition.

Very good

The room and bathroom were clean and in a good location. The bed sheets and towels very fresh and clean. Our contact person, Gery was very friendly and helpful to give us good restaurant tips and parking space information.

However, as the room was in an old building, it had a strange perfumed smell. The bed was hanging through a bit. The small bathroom did not offer much space to keep toileteries or to hang towels. The TV was not working. All in all, the room offered good value for money.

Disappointing

The location was great and there was A/C

We had to wait to check in for 20 minutes even though it was during check in hours. Also there was an issue with the toilet, meaning that after you used it, it wouldn't flush properly and caused a very bad smell in the room. Finally, we got locked out of the main hallway the first night and was only able to get in because someone was leaving.
