Amazing would highly recommend

Spice Hotel & Spa is amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a very good place to enjoy with kids. The hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. If you want to swim for relaxation the sea and outdoor pools are perfect, if you want to swim for fitness in their Spa they have a 25m pool. The food was perfect, with wide variety of options to choose from you won't go hungry. Plenty of activities for kids to enjoy means everyone get's to enjoy their time.

Nu recomand DELOC!

Personalul!in primul rand nu se vb engleza!Am cerut timp de o saptamana o amarata de factura,pe care intr un final,tot nu am primit-o!!! Nu este muzica pe nicaieri,este un hotel fff plictisitor, nu arata deloc ca in poze.Mancarea lasa de dorit pt un hotel in Turcia.

Jalnic!

Am plecat mai devreme cu 2 zile!Am rezervat 3 camere...nu arata deloc ca in poze,mancarea jalnica, nu te poti intelege cu ei pentru ca nu inteleg engleza.Nu aveai nimic de facut,inafara de plaja..nu muzica,nu spectacole..nimic

I stayed 6 days in the hotel and it is very bad I wouldn’t recommend it at all

The food

The air conditioning is very very bad, the hotel management is very bad and they doesn’t have the hotel hospitality mentality, you will book and pay for 5star hotel but you will get 2star hotel then you need to ask for everything for example (my reservation was for 2 adults and 3 children the room has 2 bathrooms with total of 2 towels and shampoo and hair conditioner and solid hand soup that’s it!! My room location is on the 3rd floor with building view (not sea not pool not garden!) I had to walk 5 minutes to reach any swimming pool. The furniture is very old and not comfortable, when I ask the hotel that isn’t what I expected and they need to fix my issue all they care is how much more money I have to pay more so I can have an upgrade or room change after I agree on paying more to change the room they gave me very very dirty room with insects all over the room

Dirty,service-0…2 years ago was premium class..now managment changed-0 quality…food nothing from sea food..only dry fish with bones…if you came 30 min before closing dinner/you can not find food….especially meat on fire…if it’s finished..it’s finished…telling only sorry…whaat?-premium class?Alcohol only on bottel is writ chivas..u can drink 10-and never get drunk😂😹

It was a good place, not a great place.

Breakfast was very good, dinner was very good.

The specialty restaurants were not great. Paying extra for food that was not better than the main dining room was disappointing. The seafood restaurant was not really open and it was something we had wanted to try.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic hotel staff exceptional very friendly always there for you the rooms were cleaned every day could not fault anything.. beautiful walks on the grounds very spacious had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back .. thank you spice

Try another resort

The pool was wide and big that was the best thing in the resort .

The food quality is poor and the buffet is the same every day only few portions is changed, the room is old as well the resort it looks old , the room is not clean the beds sheets is dirty and the resort offers only one pillow for the bed and when we request for another one we wait more then 2 hours, the reception staff doesn’t understand English and they are rude , all of these lead us to be sorry that we spent the cost off the money in this resort .

Great service, everyone was very friendly and fast. Beautiful sea and good food.

The sea is great, the pier is amazing and we could go swimming straight from the pier. The pool is huge. Entertainment is diverse, there’s a new show every night and different activities throughout the day.

The room needed renovation, especially the bathroom and faucets.

Hotel room has use, damp and worn bed sheets.,ac not working but was compensated with villa for 2 days The actual villa we paid and booked separately had an ant issue and the pool flooded onto the ground floor a couple of times, this particular villa had issues too and hence because of the hotel room we had a 2nd villa that was nice helping us to bear the holiday

Don't believe the photos of the object

When checking in, we were given rooms for the disabled, which in our case was not acceptable. The room was in terrible condition. Dirty bathroom, old renovation. Nearby there was a staff room where everyone smoked. After the requirement to replace our rooms, we were moved to the highest category rooms. But it took a long time to figure it out, we asked to cancel our reservation.

Room experience not so great

Staff was great, especially Mouammar. It was a nice place to either relax or have lots of fun. I recommend it.

No elevators to go to the rooms in the back. They didn't have a King size or Queen size beds, they had to put two single beds together. Rooms were not properly cleaned and the people coming in with insect spray knock and barge in the room without waiting. Staff English is not top!

good amenities but staff incompetent, and all they seem to care about is making money from you

the pools and amenities were quite good

the whole hotel seemed to cater to Russians only, we had staff that were rude and would hover around for a tip, had room service cut the call on us mid way call, came to the hotel room and had to clean sheets, when room service was ordered it was cold and bland overall not worth the money, hotel told us it costs 50 euros to get a transfer into the bazar, had to pay this then on the way back got an uber back for 300 Turkish lira. overall not happy with the stay, won’t be returning or recommending

Everything was perfect except of one important thing. Service in high level Entertainment team members are friendly Big two pools Dishes are delicious

No pool games this year which disappointed me Sport games only once in a day Animation show is in low level.I can call it ridiculously unprofessional shows in the evening.

It was beautiful experience and we felt special in your lux hotel.

The room was specious and beautiful. Swimming pools are good for swim, water was clean and pleasant, we were in April. Spa center is very good, great swimming inside pool, two sauna, hamam, you feel nice and relaxed. Delicious food, all day. Service was great, staff friendly, specially the lady that was taking care of our room. Sweet mature lady ❤️

Evenings were little boring, not much Entertainment. The water in the jacuzzi in the spa was cold. Cocktails in the bars need improvement. Last evening finally we had bar waitress in the Lobby Bar that recommended and brought us very good cocktails ❤️
