Entspannter Aufenthalt in angenehmer Umgebung mit hervorragendem Service.

Moderne und harmonische Zimmer mit viel Holz, was ein äusserst angenehmes Wohnklima erzeugt. Sehr gutes Restaurant, das ebenfalls mit sehr viel Holz und hervorragendem Essen ein tolles Ambiente bietet. Generell überall sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Fehlende Fussbodenheizung im Bad.

Absolutely perfect place to stay on a ski vacation!

Restaurant is excellent, location is as good as it gets. Cute cabin atmosphere, beautiful rooms, and everything perfectly clean!

The room was really pretty with a lot of wood and swiss decor. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were super nice!! The food at the restaurant was delicious. Location was great, right next to the ski lift.

The hotel smelled like food all the time because of the restaurant. It was almost impossible to get a reservation for dinner at the hotel AS GUESTS. The room was too small for three people and the closet space was tiny, especially because snow gear is so bulky and you definitely need more room for all the clothes.

Highly recommend!

Everything!!! The hotel was perfectly located next to the Tschuggen Ost ski lift and train station, the beds were super comfortable, the rooms are bigger than average, the shower was fantastic, the staff were super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was simple but delicious. I can’t recommend enough. We had such a great stay here and we will definitely come back.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Arosa. Train station is right next to the hotel. Loved internal features, cleanness, location , staff attitude , room size and small details . Breakfast is sufficient (no buffet ) Staffs are going out their way to help . Smiley team;-)

Nice stay in the center of Arosa

hotel location is amazing with the ski lifts and the train station just a couple of meters away. the restaurant was very good too and we really liked the wooden design of the room

the doors are a bit thin so the noise from the corridor was heard quite a bit

worth choosing when you are a skier and like comfort!

everything! it’s literally two minutes from the train station, a ski chair lift and a gondola. friendly stuff, beautiful design, and omg how comfortable the bed was! I locked the breakfast as well! very convenient to get your ski pass at the reception desk directly, and I could leave my backpack with them to pick up later! stunning place really!

Not a lot unfortunately

A lot of noise in the room from kitchen and reception. We told this to the receptionist but she didn't seemed to care. Pillow too soft. Breakfast was limited because of covid, this is why I will not rate it but it was very limited. Staff really unfriendly

Nicely renovated and conveniently located

The hotel is conveniently located next to a cable car station and the train/bus terminal. It is has been very tastefully renovated in a very alpine theme. The room was very cozy and the staff very friendly.

Breakfast was nice, but with some egg dish would be even nicer :-)

Building work nearby was noisy until late and from early on. No breakfast buffet due to Covid and so choices nd amount limited. No refrigerator in room.

Very good

We were very well received. The hotel was so practical. Two minutes walk from train station. Right next to the chairlift and it has its own in-house ski rental. These are all a plus when you come for a short stay. The staff were polite and informative. The restaurant was very well organised and catered for, certainly during such an unpredictable time as Corona.

The room was a little on the chilly side. We quickly rectified that with a a heating fan provided by reception.
