Excellent location since we were going straight to the airport. Very quiet neighborhood!

The room was decent and the place was clean. There was a balcony and I could lock my door.
The breakfast was like 3 pastries in plastic wrap it wasn’t an actual meal. The owner only spoke Italian and he kept coming to my room and standing in my bedroom and at one point yelled at me because I didn’t take a ride with his friend which was a scam to charge me for a taxi higher than I should pay. He wasn’t nice also you share a bathroom with others but the other people were all older men who only spoke Italian I didn’t feel safe.

Location was a bit out of the way from airport than expected.
The place wasn’t easy to find in the building. Better signage would be better. Also if you don’t have an Italian SIM card, it’s hard to get a hold of the manager to check in, especially if you need to get a late check in.

for the value I paid it was really an upset. smell of tabacco and all the facilities. didn’t like the vibes of the neighborhood and never felt comfortable in the room . for the prices in Rome maybe ok but was an upset

Staff was friendly, but location and facilities wasn't so good.
There wasn't conditioner and was too disturbing
0.5 / 5.0
There was a woman from first room who all the time scream and in 1 am we heave to leave our room because we was scared she made a scandal. We couldn’t sleep well.

Basic but fine

The coffee was good, the bed was comfortable and in the night it's quiet
I left a night earlier because it did not meet my expectations at all!
The appartment was in a shadowy neighbourhood.
The room is in an appartment of an Italian man, where also two other families live.
It's noisy and outside there are dogs barking half of the time.
The shower didn't work properly and it was not clean in the bathroom.
The breakfast where only pre-packed things and espresso, (the espresso was good)
The room is not worth 50 EUROS, I think the guy has to change the price to 20 EUROS a night, that would meet the quality of the room
