We were asked to keep it quiet but the neighbors were very loud. I realize it was a Holliday but wow!

Third time staying here, won’t be the last. Best Vrbo in Nashville.

Had 7 friends get together for a Kenny Chesney concert weekend. This house had the perfect setup for all of us. Plenty of room, beds and bathrooms. It was out of town which was good but an easy drive to the stadium.

Good location close to Nashville, but not right in Nashville. Enough room for a lot of people, with 3 bathrooms, which was wonderful. However, the house does need some work, and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are pretty small. Although it's on the lake, you can't really see the lake from the house, as the garage is in the way. It's obvious that no one uses the pier/boat much, as this area needed some care also. The game room in the garage is a nice amenity.

Beautiful setting for rest and relaxing on a lake. Close enough to downtown Nashville to enjoy that as well.

Even though a few things occurred, it was a great experience and manager had everything taken care of and we also assisted to make it work! We loved the garage and dock so much! Kids caught fish had camp fires and enjoyed the garage when it rained! We will be back for sure. I also suggest having a way to lock bedroom doors for adults, putting a tv in the garage, checking on outdoor entertainment equipment to make sure not damaged or broken before arrival. But what a great time we had during our visit.

House was great but still close to Nashville and what we wanted to do

Good experience over all. Flooring is a little uneven but you adapt quickly. Didn’t realize that we had access to a nice dock as well. My husband and I enjoyed the sunsets in the hot tub and coffee on the dock in the morning. Recommended it to some friends. Had fun doing ping pong and darts. Got to watch some TV and enjoyed the fire. Will probably book again next fall for sure.

We enjoyed the house and beautiful scenery. House was perfect for our large family. The big kids (21-28) enjoyed the ping pong and darts in the garage. The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time in the garage with both doors open and enjoyed the breeze and beautiful lake view. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything need including coffee, sugar and creamer.
The Hot tub was so nice in the evening! We’ll definitely be back.

WHERE TO START - The house is very quirky and the bathrooms much worse than pictured. One main complaint was how dirty everything was. There was dried food on the dishes. We rewashed everything before using. The second complaint was that the selection of cookware was horrible. Lids did not match any pots or pans. They were scratched through to the bottom, making them unsafe because the non-stop coating was scratched so badly. There was not even a cooking sheet to bake garlic bread. We had to use a muffin tray. The garage (game room) was absolutely filthy. We called our grandson to bring a blower to clean the leaves, cobwebs, and other stuff on the floor. We had to blow it out to make it even usable. I could go on and on. The location was ideal for the lake, but the filth in the house ruined our family weekend. The owners were interested in the money, not the product they provided. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!

The location of this house is perfect if you are looking to get away from downtown. Our friends do a trip every year. This was the first year we stayed at the lake. Access to a dock at 2 foot was one of our main reasons for choosing this location. House was warm when we arrived but we bought a fan and it helped. Beds could use some attention but overall not bad. Had a slight issue with some flying bugs in the house but pest control was there the next day and they were gone. Overall we would stay again and are looking to rent it next year. I just ask for some more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning the house and “game room”.

We were in Nashville visiting our daughter who lives down on music row. We treated her and her roomates to a little time in nature. It was so much fun. The house was cute, well equipped and had a lot of room for sleeping and sharing meals. We had fun on the little row boat and were able to swim out to the boat party which happens every afternoon. The garage is full of games and is a really nice transition down to the lake. The hot tub was a family favorite in the evenings. I would definitely rent again. It is a great property.

The property was gorgeous right on the river. The house was unique and beautiful. I wish we had more time to chill in the garage with the ping pong and double doors, but there was just too much to do! Definitely recommend if you are looking for something closer to nature and farther from the bustle of nashville (not too far though!)

We were in town for a family party. The house was in a great location. The house was clean but needs some TLC. Was not a fan of the curtain going into the master bath.

Wonderful week!
This property was absolutely amazing!! We did not swim in the lake as it was thick seaweed and kind of merky but the hot tub and garage with games made it easy to occupy kids and adults of all ages. If I plan a trip to the area again I will definentely rent this place.

Great vacation home
Pictures don’t do this home justice. We thought it was much nicer in person. It was super clean. The beds were made, some paper products and detergents were there which was nice. We were a party of 6, but the home could have accommodated more.
We spent our days fishing or floating on tubes in the lake. We enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking when boat traffic was light. The row boat was tough to maneuver as the current was strong some days. We played a lot of ping pong and enjoyed our family game nights. “I wish I didn’t know” was a family favorite. There is only one tv in the living room but it wasn’t an issue for us. The beds were comfy but some of the bedrooms are bright in the morning.. The kitchen is well stocked and there was propane for the grill. We spend a lot of time in the hot tub. It was a little foamy when we arrived but they have someone service it weekly. It was crystal clear after he left.
The two foot cove is popular among boaters. Everyone was friendly but it did get load on weekends. We rented a pontoon boat from Mark and enjoyed exploring the lake. We also visited Opry Mills mall when we needed to get out of the heat. It was a great mall and we highly recommend Nectar if you are looking for a great place to eat. Nashville was less then 30 minutes away. We visited several times.
Overall, we highly recommend this home!

Family getaway
We couldn't of asked for a better trip to Mt. Juliet/Nashville. The house was spacious enough for 13 (4 coming from Georgia and the rest from Michigan). We enjoyed spending time in the outside space, using the fire pit, fishing and swimming off the dock, and relaxing in the hot tub. We would definitely return in the future.

Gathering Space
This home was spacious, inside and outside the home and unique being on the lake. Secure dock and newer life jackets. Excellent in kitchen supplies, two sets of washer and dryer machines. The bathrooms very functional with excellent water pressure. The host exceeded expectations on responding and in kindness, in accommodating my family. The garage is large, safe and had several outdoor games. The jacuzzi was clean and functional. The lakefront property is a must go to as it offers so much for a relaxing visit. Thank you so very much. Must return!

Perfect for a getaway!
My family and I stayed in this house while attending a expo that weekend. House was clean, comfortable and more than enough room to accommodate 9 adults. Plenty of activities in the game room including. Ping pong, foozball, darts and not counting its right on the water. We would highly recommend this house.

Friends Getaway
We had a great time at the cabin. There were more things to do than we had time for, unfortunately. Six of us came in town from the Kansas City area for 3 nights to attend a Bonnie Raitt show at the Ryman. It was nice to be away from the busyness of Nashville. Lots of room for gathering together or just getting some quiet time. Loved the hot tub! Lots of parking. Nice kitchen set up to make a meal or just grab a snack. Overall wonderful experience. Wish we had been able to stay a few more days to enjoy the lake setting.

Enjoyed the Lakehouse immensely! There were enough beds for everyone and the kitchen allowed us to share our culinary skills. It was an enjoyable week!

Well stocked lake house !!!
Property owners went above and beyond stocking the house with everything needed for a comfortable lake house stay! Only wish we booked during the summer to enjoy the lake more. Hot tub needs to be drained and cleaned, other than that we had a comfortable stay. Pictures don’t do the property justice, don’t hesitate to book!
