Onwijs vriendelijk personeel. Denkt met je mee. Rolstoelvriendelijk. Ontbijt was heel erg goed.

Loved the views, the staff were all very courteous and were lovely with my grandson who made a big mess at breakfast time!
Distance to the town. Get a car for sure.

Although the area is usually windy, the premises keep you as protected as possible, allowing to still enjoy the beauty of the place
I can completely appreciate that due to the beachfront location, keeping the front door of the 4* hotel might prove a bit tricky, however the handprints and sand dust constantly on it during my stay there was the first and last thing I saw and you know what they say.. it’s in the little things ;)

The breakfast was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
The wifi reception was poor and I would suggest that they increase the number of sun loungers by the pool.

Staff friendliness, position, pool
Hotel requires more maintenance (jacuzzi, shower, window anti-mosquitos net). Wifi is also very poor

Location was very good. Great place to stay for peace and quiet. Staff were very helpful. Good access to beach. No children at the resort was a big bonus for us.
Choice at the breakfast was just okay. Could have done with mixing it up every few days as we were there for 14 nights. The bathroom was very small and we had a problem at the start of the holiday with a leaking shower.

good location
definitely not 4 star. nice pool shame it’s not not so well maintained. overall the whole structure is a bit run down. noisy air con and fridge in the room.

We loved the quiet location and the fact that the balcony was so big it gave us shelter from strong winds which lasted for days. Loved being right next to the beach where there were super comfy sun-beds.
When checking in we asked if we could upgrade to a sea view room to which we were told this could only be done in the morning as she was alone on night shift (not that there was anybody else in the lobby, let along queuing to see her). Breakfast buffet was so average (a fellow guest told us they used to have a different chef who cooked much better food) that we didn't try their dinner one. Whilst the sun-beds on the beach are super comfy, the ones by the pool aren't so much.
I don't understand why hotel guests are being charged for using the sun-beds on the beach. And whilst I do understand that a deposit for pool towels are nowadays sadly a requirement I don't understand why they also charge for washing them (although one can exchange them however many times one wishes to (which I guess in turn isn't exactly environmentally friendly)).
We needed to see a doctor during our stay and got referred to one which we cannot believe a hotel would recommend. Not very trustworthy and rude on top.

front desk staff are really delightful and helpful. rooms are clean and spacious. all in all property was really good.
to pay for coffee and water in the breakfast is first time i experienced and quite disliked. but what was really annoying was the cleaning staff. they not only were extremely noisy with all the dragging furniture over and over and make it impossible to oversleep a bit, but also totally ignored the DND sign on the door twice and in that second instance i was naked to hop into shower when someone unlocked the door with their key.

Location, staff 👍

Spacious room with a good range of facilities. We had an issue in the room which I reported before breakfast, by the time we had eaten breakfast and returned to our room the problem had been solved. Impressive!
Umm well unhappy that we were expected to pay for beds on the hotel beach - these were more expensive than the ones on the local beach and were not superior in any way.
Also disappointed with their response when we asked for transport from the ferry to the hotel. Their response was ‘ get a taxi’ no offer of arranging it for us.
Location was fine for us but a good twenty minutes walk along a quite busy partly lit road/ pavement to a selection of bars and restaurants .

Good arrangement - ratio value/money, swimming pool, beach a few meters from the hotel. Area out of big hotels spots, car as an advantage. Large space in the lobby and patio, snack bar during the day serving simple food, cakes and good coffee.
Room level - average, bathroom (a bit old) might be improved.
