The staff (The lady was amazing with us and perfect communication), location so good, free parking, space of apartment, they have playstation 4 (Gaming), bathroom so clean (lot of towels).
There is no shampoo or Soap, however they already mentioned in website. So I was prepared.

The place was amazing and spacious, the stuff very helpful and friendly and the location top.
Just the bed was a tini tiny bit to hard for me.

Helga is a great host. She always checked whether we had everything we needed. Rooms were large, clean and modern. Good beds, nice shower.

Location (walking distance from the supermarket, Kaprun center, ski-bus), facilities and contact with the host were simply perfect. The room was spacious for family of 3. My wife frequently used sauna.
Window blinders are not making the apartment cozy, but this is not a huge problem.

Everything was really well organised. Apartment is spacious, contains all the things you need. It’s further down the restaurants but it’s really quick to reach it.

The staff are the reason we would come back. Helga made sure we were welcome and cared for without hesitation.
The building has a great Sauna facility, including a boot room, hardware storage room for skis and snowboards, and a convenient laundry room.
The interior of our apartment (Pinzgau) was very well laid out, with an excellent bathroom, kitchen, and TV (which also connects to Netflix and Amazon Prime).
The walking distance to the free bus is 100m at the end of the road. There is an excellent supermarket across the river (circa 300m), and everything in the centre of town is within 10 minutes walk.
The laundry room charged €3 per wash and per dry - a total of €6 for one load. Whilst a free laundry facility wouldn't go amiss, it would be easier to include a card payment system so that guests without cash in hand can still wash their clothes by simply paying contactless on a card.
Also - the 3rd quilt / bedding cover (used for my daughter) was really thin and I swapped mine from the master bedroom with my daughter's so she wouldn't be cold.
The pillow covers looked old and tired. Mine looked like it had been used before we arrived.

The host (Martin) was exceptionally nice and gave us tons of tips for the surrounding areas. The apartment is located in a very quiet and cozy area.
Only my personal preference, but I thought the pillows were too big.

Good and very quite location - 10 min walking to center.
Modern and spacious rooms and bath.
Fully equipped modern kitchen (no oven).
Sauna and Infrared cabin are available and are included in the price.
The desk is usually not occupied - you have to make an appointment with the host to get/return the keys.
I didn't find the beds comfortable - they were hard and they squeaked.
There might be not enough parking places. The host will manage to point you a parking spot but your car might be blocked by other cars. So, some organization between the guests is needed sometimes.

We enjoyed our stay here as much as we enjoyed it about ten years ago. Everything we needed was included and available: sauna, towels, ski room (for drying ski boots), kitchen tools, parking spot. Due to delays at the borders, we arrived very late in the night and the host provided us a video explaining how to self-check-in, we appreciated so much.
We had a squeaky bed, but it was fixed and eventually we had a good rest.

Helga, the host was just amazing - she was flexible and very informative. She runs a very nice place. We especially appreciated the sauna after skiing and the late checkout on Sunday. The apartment was fully equipped - we didn't miss a thing. It was a very nice and convenient base for our skiing weekend getaway.
The apartments are just a short walk (5mins) from a skibus stop which takes you to the bottom of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier gondola.

The host Helga was very nice and helpful. The apartment is placed good and near enough to the ski slope, it was clean with a nice sauna after a day of snowboarding.
The only thing we didn`t like were the beds. They were to small in length, the mattress wasn`t so comfortable and the pillows were very uncomfy.
