Exceptional

Great and cozy rooms, well equiped apartment with kitchen, great wifi, free parking, excellent staff. Good breakfast and dinner with lots of options. There are also options fore excursions, Siam Park and Loro Park tickets on the front desk. There is also a pool bar.

Cozy, clean hotel, at a very good location (if you like walking), with exceptionally nice personnel.

2nd stay in this hotel, 20-27 May 2023. My wife and I like the atmosphere, as the hotel is smallish, and sort of tucked away between larger stuff. The hotel is a little older, but very well-maintained. The medium size swimming pool is clean, deep enough for adults, but also has a shallow section for kids, and is surrounded by new, very good sunbeds, in a well-maintained garden-like setting. There is some towel laying going on in the morning, but people doing this really show-up not long thereafter and it's not annoying. There are enough sunbeds. The pool area also has a bar and an eating area. We had a room at ground level with our little terras facing the pool. This proved to be an excellent location (not in the last place to get your ice cold beers from your own fridge - don't tell El Socorrista). The room we had was large enough (you don't want to be in your room, but out anyway), had AC, good beds (2 single beds, on wheels, so beware of the split!), and the bathroom is OK. The bed is made and towels are replaced every day, except on Sundays. The location of this gem is the best: it's ~75m walking down to the walking path towards Playa del Duque (north) or Playa de los Tarajales (south). Or you walk ~250m upwards to C.C. San Eugenio. 'Everything' is within walking distance. There is a mini supermarket ~100m walking up from the entrance of the hotel. Perfect to get your beers, water bottles, sunblock >100ml, everything! Last, but CERTAINLY not least, I want to mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel's personnel, which is exceptional. Only smiling faces!

The AC seems remotely controlled, which is fine. But it gives a beep when it switches on/off. It would be good if that beep could be or is disabled. Our room had a shower in the bathtub, which is OK. But a walk-in shower would have been nicer.

excellent all round friendly and relaxed just what was needed

Excellent location for both Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Small but very friendly with lovely bright and fresh bedroom’s. Never any problem getting a sun bed and very relaxed atmosphere. Pool and gardens immaculate. We were able to change our dinner option for lunch.

Great value for the price

Nice cozy hotel! Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Dinners are good. Staff is extremely friendly. Really good value for price!

According to the map it was close to the sea but in reality you need to walk around 10 to the beach. Breakfasts were not as good as dinners.

Breakfast and dinner were fantastic! Great hosts and accommodation close to the beach!

There was the possibility to switch dinner or breakfast for lunch which we appreciated very much. The accommodation was great (spacious and very clean) and the hosts were very friendly and forthcoming!

nice stay overall, would recommend it

The hotel is well situated, closes to beaches and sights, the staff is friendly, the breakfast and dinner were satisfactory with a variety of options offered. The rooms are big and we had a nice view.

it is not clear in the description and their webite that the free outdoor parking has limited availability (only like 10 parking spots) and it is not guaranteed that you will have free parking daily. We rented a car, and it happened every night to get back to the hotel and not find a parking spot. The options we were offered from reception were to either pay 5 euros to a private parking, park on the road if we find a free spot or go the nearest free public parking, 10 min away. We were travelling with a little baby so this was quiet inconvenient getting back to the hotel after a tiring day and not having guaanteed parking and having to look around or pay extra. After we complained they were kind enough to offer us a spot in their indoor parking without charge.

Great food. There is a good choice and fruits/deserts. Live musicians during the dinner.

You cannot use air mattress in the swimming pool. No music during the day.

Can’t wait to come back !

Couldn’t have been better! The staff were so friendly and helpful, live music was so much fun. Location was absolutely ideal and the rooms were a great size and very clean, even though we didn’t have a view the balcony was lovely to sit on.

Nice and quiet around the swimming pool,staff good even the cleaner...

Had to up grade room,they gave us room with no view just a wall in front,food average,and the parrots by the hotel quite noisy...

Highly recommend

Loved everything about this place. The location, the staff, the rooms, everything. Our son made friends with almost all of the staff. They were all so friendly and paid so much attention to him. The whole place was very peaceful and so relaxing.

One small detail that made the sleep situation a bit uncomfortable was the 2 beds pushed together. Whoever sleeps in the middle will end up down between the beds. The extra sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on at all. Half board with breakfast and dinner, changing to lunch on days where we wanted to eat out in the evening. Great selection of food all of the time and and no shortage whatsoever.

Staff was great, they were very friendly and willing to help with anything. Room was very clean and spacious. Covid safety measures were on point, masks were obligatory for everyone in the hotel area (even hallways) - but not at pool. Food was good. Parking place isnt the biggest, but we had space everytime.

Room safe had to be paid additionally. Drinks at lunch/dinner had to be paid additionally. Pillows were not the most comfortable.
